Nothing to do now only be patient

Holy! Gorilla Cookies has really changed since last week. This plant is the size of a small child now, the buds are massive. There is a lot of fading and dead leaves becoming more prevalent. She is definitely coming to an end but still not seeing amber trichomes. Humidity is back down to the 50s and I’m checking for mold every day.

Semana muito quente na região, mas, sem problemas com isso. Rega de 500 ml a cada 48 hrs; plantas com 30 cm. No meio da semana iniciou a flora, completando hoje 4 semanas completas. Foi feita uma leve desfolicação, LST cotidianamente de forma leve e, dia 20/10, foi adicionado a rede de Scrog.

This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. There should be lots of growth this week before the stretch. I'm seeing the biggest growth from the growth tips on the 2nd and 3rd nodes but the 1st nodes are catching up. I will probably start some lst this week.

Pretty simple first week! Seed took 3 nights for the taproot to pop and it was planted in its final pot on day 4. On day 6, it finally popped through the soil and on day 7 the little sprout is starting to grow up. There is a small piece of seed casing left attached. Going to leave it for a day or two. If it doesn't fall off, I'll do it myself. Thanks for stopping by! 🥦

Another good week, just puttering away on grow. Did some high stress training on plant to space out a bit better. Added 2 more buckets and moved 2 plants from the incubator tent. See the video for details. PPM: 400-500 in res; the drain side is only spiking 50-100ppm. Looking fairly good. Trying to keep VPD bit more in range on this grow; closely controlling temp and humidity. Issues: 1. humidifier died in spectacular dump of 4 gallons of water on the floor; made a custom system. 2. The drain line vacuum locks; going need a air-pump or vent line to break the vac. 3. The different plant sizes require different feed ppm and cycles on timer. 11/13/2018 Not sure what the problem is but I lost all data this week?.

Back again!!! After 2 rounds of Spider Mites in my old grow area, I moved my grow area to a completely opposite area of my house - from the attic to the basement. I'm near the end of the first crop of autos that have grown in the basement and I've had NO bug issues at all! 😁 This diary is primarily to see what happens when growing Fast Buds Cream Cookies outdoors and to enter in their 2020 outdoor grow contest. I started 4 Cream Cookies seeds indoors a week ago and they all popped. I started the seeds directly in soil. Personally, I find starting directly in soil works best for me. I'm going to take 2 of the seedlings outdoors in about a week and keep 2 indoors. Indoors they will be growing under a 315w CMH (LEC) in my 2' x 4' tent. Outdoors they will get full sun in our garden. They will be growing in ProMix and I will be feeding Fox Farm nutes as well as Recharge. I'll be feeding at 1/2 strength from the recommended feeding schedule. I'm excited to have a new diary up on GD again. And excited to see how the outdoor crop compares to the indoor. My prediction is that the outdoor crop will grow larger and faster. I've been seeing insane growth spurts outdoors in the past week. I almost took the seedlings outdoors over the weekend, but I'm glad I didn't - it got down to 34 degrees last night. That probably would have killed the seedlings. Stay tuned... p.s. The big girls in the tent are almost ready to harvest and include Seedsman Sour Diesel Haze Auto (nice fat, dense cola), Fast Buds Gelato, Dinafem Critical+ Auto and Female Seeds Auto Bubble. I also have Basil, Oregano, Mint and Chives growing in the tent acting as bug deterrents.

27/02: the plants that looked wilted in the previous week have come back to life as they are being fed 1 litre of water now - it was an underwatering issue. all plants including the ones that were lagging behind have exploded with their stigmas and there are plenty of bud sites throughout. humidity is still a bit of an issue though I am installing an industrial sized dehumidifier into the grow tent as of next week. again there is some over crowding though I do not want to stress the plants by taking too many leaves at this stage. will give it at least another week before another trim. plants are on average around 30 inches high. reacting well to the nutes and all is going well.

Buds starting to put weight on and plant has got quite frosty really surprised with how stocky she is!

Things went very very well for me. The buds didnt quite turn purple but very distinct shape to the buds that reminds me of the original purple punch that I ran. She smell is incredibly fruity of fresh bananas. I promise to update better photos in the smoke report!!!! & remember its 4:20 somewhere!
