Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Durban Nights, she popped above soil on day 3 and is now on day 7 and has her first true set of leaves. I started prepping the Coco Coir by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I do have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. 02/08/20 (Sunday) 9AM - Continuing off of the great progress of last week I decided to take the initiative and attempt 'repairs' to the photosynthesis of my plants with compromised leaves using surgical tape. Unfortunately after one too many readjustments on one of the first true leaves of the SVG I caused some minor lacerations on the leaf; it should be fine though. 11AM - All four plants were fed. 5PM - I decided that it would be more beneficial to just defoliate the first true leaves and start lst on the SVG so it'll have a little more energy to grow the tops. Left the top leaf on the abandoned original stem to help with photosynthesis and not over stress the plant all at once. 03/08/20 The SVG seems to have responded positively to the training and is growing rapidly. 04/08/20 Had an exhausting day yesterday and fell asleep before I could turn off the grow light leading to the plants getting 24+ hours of continuous light. None seemed to be stressed and were immediately put to sleep for 6 hours before continuing their light cycle with a shorter day so they'd fall back on schedule. 05/08/20 The plants enjoyed a new record of 10 hours in the sunlight and are starting to look ready to stay outside for the entire day. Noticed one fan leaf on the Jam had evidence of leaf miners and decided to remove it to free up wasted energy for the plant. 06/08/20 More leaves are showing signs of miner activity so I feel it may be time to start considering an early topping. 07/08/20 I decided to do an early top on all single cola plants at their third from the bottom 3+ leaf node to help control the miner problem. Considering keeping the plants as indoor instead because pests seem to be targeting them in my gallery garden, but none of my other species of plants. Took some advice and squeezed all the leaves on the Jam to kill the leaf miners. 08/08/20 All leaf miner progress seems to have been halted.

Very terpy smell, strong and very citric like a pure lemon, very lemony smell basically, nothing crazy but it's very nice, she's producing a lot of resin, you can see she's a good autoflower, not the bets I've grown but it's nice to have something to Harvey's fast. 100% organic grown

Erster Grow, ohne Schnickschnack. Den Growroom haben wir aus/in unserem Gästeklo gebaut. Heizung ist drin, Lüftung ist drin, alles gekachelt. Wir haben einen Boden eingebaut, mit Pressspan-Platten auf einer billigen Holzkonstruktion. Maße vom Gästeklo sind 90 x 110 cm. First grow, no frills. We built the grow room out of/in our guest toilet. Heating is in, ventilation is in, everything is tiled. We installed a floor with chipboard on a cheap wooden construction. The dimensions of the guest toilet are 90 x 110 cm.

buds getting bigger

Hi guys it’s been 2 weeks since the last update. She has been growing at a nice steady pace. Not too much lateral growth but she is getting wider. Have used a few garden stakes for lst & have been leaf tucking and defoliating selectively. She is also in pre flower low lights already at 24/0 and have been giving a P/K spike in her nutrition to initiate flower. She is responding well to the feeds. No topping so she will be growing in all her glory how she is meant to grow. She’s stout and bushy and hasn’t given me any problems at all. Leaves are a nice rich green so she is all good no deficiency that I’ve noticed. What a strain! This was the first Autoflower I ever grew some years back so this is sentimental to me. I’ll be back next week now that we are off to the races. Thanks to fastbuds for the genetics. Won’t let you guys down Let’s grow!!!!

Nice growth out of these girls in their first 9 days above soil. The Dinafem Critical+ is larger out of the gate, but the Blackberry is showing signs of catching up towards the end of the week. I also notice twisted/wrinkled looking leaves on the Blackberry, but that seems to be common with purple strains at this age. They did need a little water near the end of the week, I added some Recharge to the water and the next day I saw noticeable growth in both girls. It could be coincidence since rapid growth at this age is expected, but I've never had any bad experiences with Recharge. Looking forward to the progress this upcoming week! Keep on growing!!!

Really surprised with how everyone turned out! Everyone is starting to flower but Kayla definitely got the lead in terms of pistils and bud sites. These ladies still need to be LST every other day. Looking forward to an early harvest!

Day 63. All is going ok, she has very nice shade of green, maybe was expecting colas to be longer, but this girl jumped the grow train latest, so if i get even 70g of her - ill be very happy ! Day 67. All is progressing very very very nice ! Happy Growing !!!
