Plant on the right is slightly behind as far as kicking into flower. Some yellowing browning just starting a tips. I'll change out the water tomorrow (on day 49). Averaging water changes every 12 days. Day 49: Did not change water today, will on day 52 or 53 instead. Decided it could just be the light being too close. Moved it up and did a little lst above the screen. All done removing branches and leaves. Great end to the first week of flower.

I am literally delighted with this strain. We know it is a classic usa strain par excellence, and for sure Fastbuds had access to a super clone to create it but it is really top. I have grown some Californian fem OGs in the past and it looks a lot like us, in a small way, of course, but the shape of the flowers and the particular way of distributing the hair make it unique. We have moved on to autoflowering, unlike many growers I have no prejudice against this type of plant, it is true that they are the easiest to make but it is also true that they have improved a lot in terms of flower quality and if once ease meant lower quality now even the most presumptuous old school flower children growers struggle to understand if a flower is from an autoflowering or a normal photoperiodic plant. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Woche 9 Tag 63 Letzten Wochen sind im gange... Purple Lemonade wird ab heute eine Woche gespült bzw geb ihnen nur noch ph Wasser. Ernte bei Tag 70 Blue Dream bekommt noch eine weitere Woche. Wird immer noch fetter! Es wird denke ich mein bisher bestes Ergebnis, mit dieser Box sein. In Bezug auf Quantität. Schätze so mit 400g trocken. 12.06.2021 Der Duft ist fantastisch! Purple Lemonade ist so gut wie fertig! Trichome werden Bernsteinfarben, beginnend an den Sugarleaves. 80/20 Blue Dream wird immer noch fetter und beginnt zu Reifen. Trichome noch klare und milchige. Mittwoch 16.06. werd ich die Lila Limonade hacken. Blue Dream geb ich noch eine zusätzliche Woche... Die benötigt sie auch um einigermaßen bereit zu sein. Evt auch 2 Wochen. 🌱🙏😎

Going good so far..

I feel like they could be more light green in color but they are growing really well. Alaskan purple seems to be growing a little lower than the blueberry but I'll bet it's just the genetics. Overall haven't been feeding them water til the soil is dry on top with the ffof, and they seem to respond well to it with no discoloration or burns. Haven't used any nutes and don't plan to til the week of flowering or a week after depending on how the transplant goes. Will add more pics throughout the week, if anyone notices anything I'm missing feel free to spill the beans.

All plants were live frozen and processed to bubble hash. After drying the product the hash was processed to live hash rosin and been cold cured afterwards

Yellowing advancing brow spots, some leafs drying and falling off. One girl I will flush tomorrow to cut on the weekend. The other 2 have more one week or 2. Is these yellowing hurt on the stage the girls are?

This was an easy and productive run. The 2 plants grew up in an overcrowded environment, and as a result, they did stretch a lot. Nodes were spaced but this wasn't a real issue since they both produced a decent weight. Fun/Strange fact: the TOPped one produced 77 grams and the FIMmed one produced 84 grams, very close results with two different methods. I took a clone of the FIMmed one, and it's already 50cm tall, almost ready to flower. The buds are compact and solid as a rock, the earthy taste is hard to describe but 100% unique and yummy. I'm totally in love with this strain!

Been away couple of days Day 74 Came back and the lady’s exploded. Dropped down the nutrients since day 60 and started flushing on day 68. I’m waiting for the plants to get brown trichomes. But all in all I’m happy if I don’t fuck it up somehow Day 77 Flushed yesterday the last time. Ppm was 400.
