😃 Pretty excited. This is my 2nd attempt. Last time seedlings were placed in a window and I think the A/C was too much for them. I also used miracle grow potting soil in the yellow bag. This round will be in a full controlled environment in the basement. Ambient room temp is 73 degrees, 50%-60% humidity, and I am using MG moisture control potting soil in the blue bag. So far so good!

(12/23-12/29, days 56 to 62) Hope everyone enjoys the pictures. I will try to add a video and black back or cover pics by end of week every week. Week 6 Notes & Observations: No new issues to note, no mites found after the first and I have used Spinosad twice now just in case. P2 is getting stressed over ties and no ring, so I decided they will both go on a ring after i broke another branch without realizing it. Found it the next day and then topped the other side to gain two colas there - still 8 set but with varied start time's and points. Still looking to flip around new year’s day. Day 58 (last feed was day 55) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, this time P1 weighed 12lbs 1oz. (12lbs 10oz before last feed) and P2 weighed 11lbs 8oz before feed (11lbs 8oz before last feed). Each plant got 1.5 gallons of purified water with a mix of Veg/Bloom Mix concentrates - 300ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2) and 190ppm Bloom Mix (recipe on week 5) with 1.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) . The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.75ph (6.25 last time). After feed this time, P1 weighed 21lbs 5oz and P2 also weighed 21lbs 11oz (both weighed 20lbs 9oz after last feed). I got ~8 cups of runoff on P1 and 10 cups on P2 this time (8 cups of runoff on P1 and 8 cups on P2 after last feed). Runoff for P1 ph was 6.42 with 970ppm (6.36 with 1110ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.41 with 980ppm ( 6.35 with 1170ppm last feed). no top soil tests this time as ph is mostly showing no issues - next feed will be 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated water and 6.5 to 6.75ph again - I dont see any issues from feed or training.

I did get some nasty burns, but as you can see on the last picture they look way better now. They seem to grow fine. Today on the 22th i watered them for the first time after watering them 11 days ago while putting them in the 2l pots. (500-600ml each plant) The cripple still is slower but it seems like it also recovered. On the 22th the Special Queen #1 seed did germinate and on the 23th the root did come out so i did put it in the 2l Pot, but this time without Bio Tabs, i only did use mycotrex (2g), the rest will come with the 11l pot then. I think i over watered it a little bit since the new leaves are hanging a little bit (the first leaves did hang from the beginning so i doubt that is water related with those) I also noticed today for the first time, when i open my tent it does already smell pretty tasty. Didn't thought it would happen that fast. Also i already learned a lot. Even tho i tried my best to inform myself from the beginning, i made many mistakes which i will never do again. You can prepare yourself as you want, you will still have some failures and that is fine. So im not ashamed of my little plants by now. I will make them survive and a great final result. Looking forward to the next weeks. /edit Last day of the week. There were Roots at the bottom of two pots, so i decided to plant them into the final 11l Pots, i also added biotabs (little bit less since both had some of it from the beginning. Everything went fine. The next days i will give them slowly more ppfd and next week i think i will top them and also tie them a little bit down.

The budlets have fully developed and are now starting to fatten up. There hasn't been any deformed leafs or signs of nutes burn so the flush of distilled water from last week seemed to work so I'll b using 1/4 the the recommended dosage for there first feeding this week. Ap is really showing her purple color with the budlets and her sugar leafs. Blueberry is more potent smell so we will see what this week has in store.

Fabric pots keep your medium airy and prevent overwatering issues. These are the final pots — no further transplants will be done. From here, the girls can stretch, root, and build freely. ⸻ Airflow & Filtration A strong root system needs strong air too. Week 3 Day 1 8/26/2023 Water Change Day!! Added: 36 gallons of Water TPS SILICA GOLD-.5mil/Gal Root Drip- 1mil/Gal CALMag- .5mil/Gal GH FLoraMicro-4.2mil/Gal GH FlroaGro-3.8mil/Gal GH FLroaBloom-3.0Mil/Gal ORCA-.5mil/Gal She continues to look Amazing and to be doing an amazing job! Week 3 Day 2 8/27/2023 Topped her a little and took a little from the bottom. The PH was just a little high so I added 4mil PH down to get it to 5.86. Week 3 Day 3 8/28/2023 Topped her a little and just enjoyed her beauty. Week 3 Day 4 8/29/2023 Topped her a little, and started cleaning up the lower 1/3, I am starting with the fan leaves that are touching the clay and some of the lower, lower portion but leaving the stems for when I take clones. Week 3 Day 5 8/30/2023 The temp has been getting to 79-80 the last few days and I don't like it that high. I lowered the light to 29 inches and decreased intensity to reach the 350ppfd for the plants. By dropping the light it should also drop the temperature. I took a few bottom leaves as I start my clean up, leaving the lower stems for clone material for now. Week 3 Day 6 8/31/2023 Found out why the temp had been getting so high in my tent and my grow room, the controller for my other light for my other tent was malfunctioning and overheating. I guess this was the unknown contributing factor to the sudden increase in temp, how am I sure about this, because the light no work no more. I am working with Spider-Farmer Warranty since the light was under a year old, very sad day yesterday was to replace my SE 7000 on my breeding plant which was in week 9 of flower with a VS2000 I am thinking I am going to have to cut my losses. On a good note she looks Amazing full on Growth Spurt happening, I adjusted the PH up slightly to get it from 5.81, to 5.89. Tomorrow Measurements incoming. Week 3 Day 7 9/1/2023 She is looking beautiful this morning! I took off some lower leaves cleaning up the bottom 1/3 but I left some of the Stems because I know I am taking clones in a few weeks. She has grown 5 inches over this last week.

The white pistils are slowly turning orange, a clear sign that ripening is progressing. The trichomes are now ubiquitous – a glittering carpet of resin covers the flowers and gives them that coveted “frosty look.” The sugar leaves are also covered with crystals and have an intense aroma – a foretaste of what is to come. 🍬✨ 🔸The plant continues to receive Big Bud from Advanced Nutrients, which it acknowledges with a significantly increased thirst. Day 29-35 I installed the net cuz they got big very fast at this point and also tall so thats the perfect time to use a net. It makes LST very easy. Also i dont really know what to write here always, so if u guys have any questions to the genetics or whatever just let me know i am lost in those comments here hahaha

Last week for the 8 , on Feb 1st will be flipping them into bloom 12/12. I think I did well flatten em out like a table. If one tall than the other I’ll try my best to tuck em & if too many buds site to the side or nodes then Ima let em be…. Prolly have to get a 2 nd net trellis…

Looks absolutely awesome. This is my first photoperiod and you can really tell the difference in density and overall quality. She did 35g dry. So I achieved less than 1€/g cost per gram for the frist time! The biggest factor obviously beeing the shorter light cycle compared to the autoflowers I usually run. To save cost it might be smart to give the autos 12/12 as well. I will stick to 18/6 tho. Total Runtime: 82 days -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Set up cost (fixed costs) -Lamp: 40€ -Timer: 3,5€ -Pot: 4€ -Total fixed costs: 47,5€ Given 5 years (or 15 grows) usage time translates to around 3,17€ per grow in materials. cream mandarin is down she smells super orangey and is the most coverd in crystal out of the room so far shes not big but looks like the quality will make up for it shes stacked with heavy nugs making her branches lean with weight looking forward to the harvest report
