Smooth week, lots of trimming and approaching the end of the harvest now (for the autos)

Finally got all the girls germinated and in the system. Germed in paper towels and then into rockwool cubes and directly into rdwc. 13 gallon buckets. 8 inch net pots. Been top feeding as the roots dont hit the water yet. Had a few issues germinating. Wasnt careful and broke a few when handling them. Wasnt going to go with the trainwreck because of the long stretch and mutations from last grow but she seems strong enough . Also, of note, I am considering trying out a manifolding/ mainlining technique this time around. Havent decided yet , although this may be a good method for the lanky trainwreck.

This grow I am going to do it differently. I am going to do day tracking instead of date tracking. I am using using pre-grown ( two grows ago) Coco mix with nature suppers soil to experiment with reusing grow medium. The pots are 5 gallon air pots. I have never used these before so we will see. The 1st take on them that they are very messy compared to fabric pots. Once established, I will be using half strength Advanced Nutrients for Coco since these are autos. Day 1 - 3 Seeds soaked overnight and were put directly into the 5 gallon pots. I pre-soaked the Coco with 5ml/gallon Clonex and covered the seeds with a mason jar. Day 2 - Temp stayed around 78 all day with me going in and out of the tent looking for a sprout. Nothing yet. 😀 Kept the Coco moist under the jar. Day 3 - Nothing popping Day 4 - Two have popped. Day 5 - One did not pop so I put another seed in Day 6 - The little ones are growing up. It brings a tear to my eye. 😥 Day 7 - The replaced seed looks to be comming up.

_________________ End of week 5 update: _________________ First real week of flowering behind us. A small growth spurt this week from a 63cm to a good 80cm. She has grown into a big sturdy bushy plant. She has a nice structure, not optimal in terms of light penetration, but a lot of budsited has developed. leaftucking has ensured that there are a lot of side shoots. I am satisfied with the development of this strain. In terms of nutrients I am on the limit, but she seems to tolerate it. Wondering what she has in store for me in the coming weeks

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. Day 16 Friday 17/05/24 Feed today. Seeing beautiful nice growth, will start LST this week. Day 18 Sunday 19/05/24 Water today with calmag Nice development, nodes forming, will start LST before end of week. Happy and healthy, she's coming along strong 💪💚 Day 21 End of week 23/05/24 Light water with calmag. She really has taken veg well. Fat fan leaves, soaking up the hps 600. Shes super happy and healthy. I will doing soil top up tomorrow and start LST with a feed.

After a month they are doing quite good. Should be bigger by this time but well... there were problems on the way. It's good now ;) Middle one - Grandpa's Cookies is smallest and least branchy - but it was germinated almost 2 weeks after the rest so it's normal. Strawberry Cough is still weird and sicklish - but I hope it'll bounce back in the new soil. All of them were topped last week and the tallest - Strawberry Cough got some LST clips installed to make her more "ghrounded" ;)

Day 15 ready for the transplant tomorrow. Just watered each with 1/3 cup of water. It was the first watering since the initial one 15 days ago. My basement is very humid. All 4 are growing pretty strong. The 2 on the left and right are the Guavo Autos and the other 2 are Sticky Soul Photos. They will continue their life outside starting tomorrow. Day 16 and all 4 plants have been transplanted into their final 3 gallon pots. What I did was water each cup yesterday with 1/3 cup of water. Today I drilled some holes in the 3 gallon pots. I filled it with a small amount of build a soil light mix and the rest with happy frog. I poured 2 cups of water into the new soil. I made a hole. I added 2tbspns of Mykos to each pot. I slid the plants out of the cups into the hole. I watered those in with 3 cups of water each. A little ran off through the bottom. I’m going to keep them in the shade for a few days then toss them in the sun. Stay tuned! Day 20 and we are looking really good. Check the video above.

Ze heeft het naar haar zin en wordt steeds dikker. Heb wat spintmijt gezien, maar was er op tijd bij en heb haar een knoflookwater behandeling gegeven. Er zijn geen beestjes meer te bekennen. Bladeren die al wat aangetast waren en de grote bladeren die veel licht blokkeerden heb ik weggeknipt. Verder doet ze het zeer goed. Dag 60: Het lijkt er op dat ze de honing die is meegegeven met haar voeding erg lekker vindt. De toppen zijn in massa toegenomen de laatste paar dagen. Dag 62: Vanaf morgen ga ik haar alleen nog water (Spa Reine) geven dus flushen. De voeding van Plagron heeft haar laten smullen.🌳 Zeer tevreden. Wordt vervolgd...

420Fastbuds FBT2308/Week 6 What up growmies. Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. This week we've had some temperature swings and wow did they not like getting down into the high 50's. They both bounced back but won't be letting it get that cold again if I can help. Flower sites are all over with pistols. No signs of any major issues so will keep the same routine. All in all Happy Growing

Week 13, Harvest time is soon! I was able to give the plant some waterings of KoolBloom and the flushing process has began! I ran some ClearEx in the flushing process with 6.0ph water. This grow has been a great experience and I am excited to see what she looks like once I wet trim her :) I am going to cut down soon and have an update with pics and etc. It appears the buds did grower denser from the last past week or so.
