During week 7 the 3 plants continue to grow outstandingly well! The BADAZZ-CHEESE and ZHEETOS from BIG BUDDHA SEEDDS have a healthy green color and grow so much foliage that I have to defoliate on a regular basis. On day 43 (=flowering day 19) I take off all bigger fan leaves in order to ensure a better airflow thru the closet. The humidity is unfortunately still on the high side and sometimes exceeds 80% in the daily maximum, that is MUCH too high during flowering. I increased the dose of BIO NOVA nutrients according to their feeding scheme and all plants LOVE IT! The ZHEETOS #1 plant grows much taller than her sister ZHEETOS #2, therefore I decide to SUPER-CROP her on Day 48 (=FD 23). This technique developed by SOMA from SOMA-SEEDS is one of my favorites and I use it since years in order to bush out plants, which grow to high. Appr. 15-20 cm from the top of the plant, right above an internode, I take the main stem between two fingers and press very hard until I can feel the fibres inside the stem brake. By slowly pressing all around the diameter of the stem I create a weak spot at which I bend over the stem, so it looks 90-180 degrees downward. I do this very carefully to NOT BRAKE the outer skin of the stem while I bend the stem downwards. Even if some fibres brake, the stem will repair itself within a few days to a week and then start to point upwards again...๐๐ During the time the main stem needs to repair itself, all other side-stems will grow more upwards and this makes the plant bush out more. At the same time a super-cropped plant will produce bigger buds at harvest time, than a plant where you did not do that. Somehow the plant reacts to being hurt by getting stronger and producing more! CHECK OUT THE VIDEO ABOVE TO SEE ME SUPER-CROP! ๐ I also took a video ONE DAY after the procedure (on DAY 49), in order to show how resilient the plant is and how much she immediately repairs herself. Already then the main top has turned and points upwards to the light again, ITS FANTASTIC TO SEE! Simply a miracle plant...

This little lady is putting out a bunch of resin. Sugar leaves alll over this squat little plant. Looks like Quick One is well named as I'm guessing she has 3 more weeks. Bumped up the Fox Farm Tiger Bloom slightly to see if that makes a difference as I have been on half strength all grow.

DID SOME MORE MAJOR DEFOLIATION SO THE LIGHT CAN PENETRATE THE BOTTOM BRANCHES. NOT MANY LEAVES LEFT LOL. CHECK EM OUT NEXT WEEK TO SEE THEM HOPEFULLY EXPLODE

RUNNING OUT OF ROOM IN THE 8X8 TENT SO I PUT ALL THE PHOTOPERIODS IN THE 5X5 WITH A TSW2000. SOME FAN LEAVES ARE BIGGER THAN MY HAND NOW.

ITS A 2 PART POWDER NUTRIENT THAT DISSOLVES IN MINUTES AND YOU MIX THE SAME STRENGTH OF THE 2 PART NUTRIENTS FROM WEEK 2 UNTIL THEY ARE FINISHED (BESIDES THE FLUSH), NO MORE BULLSHIT OF SWITCHING TO BLOOM FERTILIZER. THATS MY FAVORITE THING BESIDES THE RESULTS.

3rd week of veg just started and the tie down method is starting to payoff, definitely going to keep canopy nice and low! Hope to get 2more weeks of veg, guess I will know real soon!

Day 64 (First Grow, Flowering Phase):
Hey everyone!
Weโre on day 64, and the flowering phase is in full swing. The buds are forming beautifully, and the plants have grown 5-10 cm above the SCROG net, creating a lush canopy. The humidity is steady at around 50% or lower, which is ideal for this stage.
To recap, we've been maintaining an even canopy with the SCROG net and our Timor shield mantis continues to keep pests at bay naturally. Our plants are thriving, thanks to the even light distribution and careful humidity control.
We're considering installing a second fan in a few weeks to improve airflow and potentially adding a second SCROG net to support the plants as they continue to stretch during flowering. This should help stabilize the plants and ensure they get the support they need as the buds get heavier.

The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week.
The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) .
The whole plant itself looks perfect ๐.
The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds.
This week it was watered 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above)
They were individually inspected and checked for their health.
Osmosis water for the coming week was refilled in a 100 l tank ๐.

This week has been another good week, fed a little cal mag to the girls and so shall see how they do with this and done some more LST, slowly but surely getting there only a few more weeks now until harvest time :) belle is the height they are at the minute.

Fastbuds Auto Update โ Unexpected Harvest ๐จ๐ฑ
A major issue came up this week โ my dehumidifier broke down! ๐ฑ
Until itโs repaired or replaced, it will take several days, and in the meantime, the humidity has been spiking up to 80%. ๐ฆ๐ซ๏ธ
With Botrytis (bud rot) lurking in these conditions, I had to take action. Today, I harvested two plants, even though they werenโt fully ready yet. ๐ธโ๏ธ Better to be safe than lose everything to mold!
They went straight into the fridge for a slow dry ๐ฟ โ not the original plan, but itโs the best way to protect the quality under these circumstances.
Fingers crossed ๐ค that the rest will make it through until I get the humidity under control! ๐ฑ๐.

Hello growmigos.
Strawberry cough what a little beauty. Great form great shape. Great smell.
I really like this girl. Maybe my favourite of this grow.
She pushes more and passed 1m last week I've not had such big plants before and am very happy.
No attention is needed for her so far. As long as she gets her food twice a day which is a EC 1.6 ish feed .
RH is running a bit higher then normal at 70% highs of 75. I'm not mad it's fine..๐

2/11/24 - Day 96 - Water change day!!! Everything is still going great. I'm just waiting on her to tell me what to do. Her leaves are just now starting to lighten up just a tad. The Trichomes are still a mix bag but mostly clear, with less then half cloudy and maybe 1% amber, maybe. So there is still some time. Keep in mind im going to flush her with just water for about a week. So whatever week i choose to start that there will be atleast one week left.
2/12/24 - Day 97 - She's FINALLY showing signs of the end! The leafs are starting to turn a light green. Soon a lot of the leaves will start to turn yellow. I'll check the Trichomes one more time and then we will start the flush.
2/14/24 - Day 100 - We are getting close, today is day 100 of the life cycle. In a week or two she will be coming down!

Welcome to week 5 of flower.
Trichome production and the density of the buds is really starting to accelerate.
My dehumidifier is not stable, so VPD ranges from 1.2-1.4.
I lightly defoliated 31/10 and last watering was 6/11
๐ฝ๐7/11 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems.
I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line.
Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut.
๐ฝ๐8/11 Their smell is starting to get more extreme.
๐ฝ๐9/11 I removed a bit of the bottom foliage and cleaned up the dead leaves.
It has been really tight around the SCROG net, so it was highly needed for airflow and humidity
