at last we are in harvest week. im happy at all it was a good experience. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are dense and frosty but very little in size! i had some mistakes and problems with this grow so i admit i wasted them . lesson from this grow : grow autos far from fems and always give them 20 hours or more light per day to get good weight in little time.

-first time doing auto and also this is my first crop -i introduce her to full sunlight from day 1 and when the sunlight is off i light up my 100w 6500k led for 7 more hours and let her rest.

91 Grapes day 80; Well for a plant that is supposed to grow a 65 day from sprout she still has some time left to finish. Buds are stacking in true chem91 fashion super dense and chunky but the smell is nothing short of downright grapes, it’s the same smell of grape koolaid when you tear into a package, or a grape pixie stick. Trichomes are getting thick and buds are covered in the grape residue not complaining mind you. She is showing signs of some sort of illness, or nutrient imbalance but she is in mid to late stage of flower development so just going to water her and see what happens, let her grow. Vanilla Fizz. Ms. Fizz her flowers are on the airy side of things but they do continue to fatten daily so time will tell if they will harden up. Trichomes are in abundance and cover everything. And smell,my goodness she stinks, it’s a sweet smell very perfumie kind of thing going on. Her branches are starting to sag and will need some support before next week’s update. Harvey Wallbanger. Miss Harvey. I can’t express enough how upset I am about the rodent encounter that almost caused her demise. I suppose I should be grateful that she is still here with us and she can grace us with her beauty.

The OG Kush made it through her final week of flower...56 days in total. Super sticky and smells like a mix of limonene and pinene and a hint of sweetness on the back end. For my second grow, I am OVER THE MOON!! I just yielded 16.1 ounces (wet trimmed) from a single lady in a small 23"x19" x 48" DIY tent. The strain; Mandarin Cookies v2 from Ethos Genetics, was very easy to manage and did not have any issues even in my small space. It was really difficult to determine the run time, it suggested 9 weeks from the breeder, I ended up going almost 13 weeks!! the trichomes stayed white

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. I stopped feeding last Friday, and they’ll be on plain water until harvest. I’m not convinced by the lack of proper experimental evidence behind flushing, but I wanted to try it myself since so many people report a difference. I’m planning to harvest in about 7–10 days, aiming for a less sedative effect, while still preserving terpene production.

Going great so far for this girl. She’s progressing along quickly compared to the Cement Shoes growing beside her. Buds are already looking like there plumping up and most of the hairs are beginning to turn. Haven’t put the scope to her yet but It’s looking like she’s gonna finish earlier then I predicted. Gonna try and push it 8 weeks but all depends on my tricombs. Getting low on supply as well so that will also going to have to effect my decision unfortunately. But we will see, still got lots of honey left from the shake so gonna be a week of just dabing maybe to let this girl finish rite...lol Been keeping the nutrients pretty much the same this week as the last 2, trying to keep the reservoir around 750ppm and letting the ph swing from 5.8-6.2. She’s loving everything so far. Got a bit of heat stress showing on some larger leaves in the middle of the screen but light is maxed out higher wise and DLI is in the 65-75 range directly under the light at the canopy top but the light mover helps keeps things from heating up too much and gives them breaks like a cloud over the sun does. Chopped on July 28th. Hung for 6 days and trimmed on August 3rd and Put into grove bags. When I first put them into bags I was getting a 65% reading so I have been opening bags once a day for the last week. That takes us too today August 10th. Bags are finally reading 62 stable so they will be getting sealed for the next two weeks where they will thank you be transferred to jars. Got right around 5.3oz with my lazy trim so figuring a little under 5 when fully trimmed. I purposefully leave more leaves on than most people because the leaves protect the Trichomes. This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! D28 - The first day in the fourth week of veg. She is now 18 cm tall, and I'll start doing some low-stress training this week. I trimmed the cover crop today as it was a bit all over the place. I gave her around 1.2-liters of the compost tea I started brewing yesterday, and for once, I remembered to check the pH and adjust it to 6.5. Yay, progress! D31 - Today, I finally got around to doing some low-stress training. I should have done it ages ago, and I don't even have a good reason for not having done it, but hey, better late than never. Right? D32 - She is bouncing back nicely from the training yesterday. Starting to smell a bit so I got the active carbon filter installed. D34 - The last day in the fourth week of veg and the final day as she is in flower now. I did some more LST, as well as defoliation and cover crop trim to increase airflow.
