This week was quite unspectacular except that my pH was drifting low and I had to counteract. Removed some lower leaves and branches that were only poorly developed.

Here’s why: • The plants are finishing their initial stretch and stabilizing in height. • Bud sites are setting in, pistils multiplying, and the true architecture of the flowers begins to show. • Nutrient demand shifts from pure vegetative growth into a more balanced call for energy to support flower production. Still, the girls are holding up beautifully: • Room temp: peaking around 31°C • Humidity: ~60% (a bit higher over the last few days) • Soil temp: ~25°C • PPFD (PAR): • Pheno #2 (compact at ~90 cm): 760–780 μmol/m²/s • Pheno #1 (tall at ~1.95 m): 1,000–1,100 μmol/m²/s, reaching closer to the light This difference in PPFD is a natural result of their height difference — with Pheno #1 stretching closer to the light, she’s getting a more intense dose. It’ll be interesting to see how she handles the higher intensity compared to her more compact sister. 💡 Grower’s Note – Balancing Different Phenos Under One Light It’s common in multi-pheno runs to have plants finishing at different heights. Here are a few ways to manage light distribution and avoid stress or uneven growth: • Raise the fixture slightly to reduce intensity for taller plants. • Dim the light (if possible) to bring PPFD down into the sweet spot, while adding supplemental side or under-canopy lighting to support the shorter pheno. • Low-stress training (LST) or gentle bending/tucking of the tallest colas can help bring the canopy closer to even. • Stools or risers under shorter pots can bring compact phenos closer to the light. Every grow space is unique, so it’s all about finding the right balance to keep both phenos thriving. This week started strong. Some small concerns due to small orange spots appearing on fan leaves which on researching indicates a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Will add a small amount of cal mag to their next feed

This plant was the first of the 4 to come up, it also basically exploded out of the shell in the germination process. While she was still in water I could already see green leaves lol. She’s really plugging along. This is a cross made by a friend of mine and is the first time it’s being grown.

I can’t believe how big this plant is!! She is really bursting into flowering. There are already trichomes showing at the little bud sites which is incredible. Sweet seeds genetics always seem to bring the frost!! I can’t recommend these genetics enough! She’s the biggest Fast Photoperiod I’ve ever grown!! I bet she will push over the 1lb mark! She’s super resistant to mould/mildew and bugs. She can take the heat like a champ and down pours don’t affect her at all!! I have been spraying her with OMRI fungicide which I’m sure has helped. Like I always say, a little prevention goes a long way! Although I also believe strong stable genetics help!! I can’t wait to see what another week brings!! Transferred to a 5 gallon. She acclimated really fast and you can see her spreading out. No complaints thus far.
