Day 50 - Starting week 8 and she’s looking amazing so far. Went ahead and did a little more defoliating, not much but trying to keep the middle of her and some of the lower bud sites that didn’t get even with everything else some light. I’ll continue doing some light defoliating every day or so till I’ve got her where she needs to be. Should be ready for some water in another day or two. Day 51 - Nothing much new today but did do a little more defoliating and checked the wetness of the soil and all still good and probably needs another couple of days before needing any. Day 52 - Gave her just under two gallons of plain pH’d water today and next watering she’ll get a round of nutes. Did a little more defoliating today as well and tucked the rest as best I could. She is getting opened up a bit so hopefully some of the lower stuff can start developing a bit and if not, I’ll end up doing a partial harvest, when it’s time and chop the rest after it develops more but still a ways off from that. Day 54 - No major updates really today, just did a little more leaf tucking and gave her a once over. She’s really starting to fatten up and getting really shiny with all the trichs. Held off on any defoliating today and will probably continue with a little tomorrow. Day 55 - Just did a bit more leaf tucking with her today and will give her a feed of nutrients tomorrow and will probably continue and do a little more defoliating as well. Day 56 - The end of week 8 and gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today, she was pretty thirsty and it was time for flower nutes. Didn’t do any defoliating today but did a bunch of leave tucking once I put her back into the tent and plugged the second AGLEX light in so hopefully some more light will need her up these last couple of weeks.

she will be 100 days old in some days more ... and she is ready to be cut ... I will also leave her until the first week of February ....

I counted the days again and came to the conclusion that I have 70 days full and harvested tonight. Enough brown and amber trichomes are also present. I'm excited to see how they taste and pop. They definitely look and smell very good. What's really funny: From the 2-3 week onwards, I turned both TS1000s up to 100% for 18 hours a day. I just wanted to find out my cap. I used around 100kW/h and €40 less in electricity costs. Compared to my last grow with Feminized and 10 weeks of flowering + Veggy. I wouldn't have expected that. Well... let it dry in peace first. Another project is already underway. Have a nice weekend everyone.

Some great weather the past week. I am surprised by how the training worked out I should do more but I’m not too confident tbh. This girl seems to amaze me by her beauty/health. Because 1 leaf showed a bit of a brown tip after 1 heavier feeding I might just feed water for the coming week. I’m not sure if I’m everything correctly but really so far so good, a great experience from a tiny seedling up in till this point .

My permanent marker plants are looking really interesting! The short and stocky one with the purple leaves is super vibrant. I love that pop of color against the green of the other plants. It's a little different from the taller plant, which has this really cool stacked-up look to it. I'm curious to see if those stacked-up leaves will change color too. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Not surprised that the plants look so extremely dark, is that because I sprayed them with neem oil as a preventive measure , because I discovered a very young trip on a plant. This annoys me extremely, because the attachment room is very clean and neither shoes nor dirty clothes come in when you enter the room 😩. But since I had the problem in most cases years ago, I am very confident that I will get the problem under control very quickly 😃. Otherwise, everything is developing very well as usual 👌. Hello my friends! I have some good news and bad news this week, [Bad News]First I'll mention that all, yes all of my Purple Urkle's had to go 😰 I was on the phone with a good friend of mine while admiring my garden of green and I spy with my little eyes 😶 a pollen pod containing nanas. So as hard as it was to cut em down, I knew they had to go. I’m honestly relieved to have those time bombs removed from my tent, that’s all I needed was seeded product. I won’t let this discourage me, in fact I’m empowered knowing that I averted this potential crisis :) I’ll still keep me eye out just in case, you never know. [Good News] The other remaining strains, White Widow, Super Silver Haze, CBD Blueberry, & Mazar are doing well. Since I feed them light nutes last time I’m debating if I should feed them a 2nd time, or just use some good ol ph’d tap? They look so good I don’t want to over feed em, then again I want the girls to have plenty of nutrients to avoid potential deficiencies. The CBD was the first to flower, though it’s kind of been flowering on and off for a while. If these results happen with the other CBD seeds I’d probably avoid purchasing this product again, I’m not happy with the mutations that are going on with this plant (this is technically bad news). Back to the point I see signs of flowering in all the girls now! This is where it gets exciting, so pumped for this phase, I’ve waited 78+ days for this! I think that’s enough rambling, I’ll get right into the Individual Progress Notes, enjoy :) ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD] Height: 24.8” Tops: 8 Notes: This one is about 1 - 2 weeks ahead of the others, which are just showing their “hairs” now. I’m on the fence, I’m not sure how this CBD is going to be as a finished product. I hope the other seeds I have don’t have the same mutations... I haven’t had any contact from GCS since their reply. I’ll still write them a report when this girl is harvested, that would probably be better in the long run so they have more information about these mutations I’m experiencing. [Mazar] Height: 22.3” Tops: 16 Notes: I’ll just say she looked like a perfect orb when I removed the trellis netting to realign the family. A very even growth rate, with a consistent distance between nodes, beautiful. The genetics for Mazar here is amazing, now I can’t say this for sure but for now her growth and shape is fantastic and beyond my expectations. [Super Silver Haze] Height: 22.5” Tops: 16 Notes: Talk about sudden growth! This beastie was one of my smallest girls and just like my friend here on GD called it, she shot up! She also has the biggest fan leaves (not the most fingers). Now that she has more room to spread out and breath I’m sure she’ll grow even more. [White Widow] Height: 23.3” Tops: 16 Notes: Tanya here is growing so well, very happy. Her leaves still have that blue steel, green look. I love it! Other than the mazar she has the 2nd most bud sites. Soon, very soon we’ll see flowers starting to develop. I noticed some possible nute burn/deficiencies with a couple of her fans so I’ll use ph’d water next feeding to see if the condition stabilizes, I’ll know by then. ~ Final Thoughts ~ It’s been a long run so far my friends. I can’t say everything has gone as planned, but I avoided a huge blow to my product by noticing the pollen pods developing on the Purple Urkle females. Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain.
