2/12: I moved the Platonium, both Sucrose Overdose, and the last Muscadine Wine into the dark. The Velvet Sugah Bref, GG4, and Berry Bomb are the last plants from this diary, and they are just getting water and Liquidsoil. They are all in the closet now and getting blasted with extremely cold winter air and intense UVB for their last week. 2/13: I harvested the Platonium, both Sucrose Overdose, and the last Muscadine Wine tonight. Sexy sexy bitches...ooh la la! Not embarrassed to say that I got major wood while giving them a bath...😜

Dear Grow Community, I'm reporting back with the third week of my Northern light grows. All 5 plants have grown very nicely and enjoy the climate and the fertilizer. As with the RG plants I will start LST in the 4th week and keep you up to date. Best wishes absolute growth

Week 9

On day 1 I did another light defoliation. The plants are progressing as expected. The only issue I'm dealing with is fungus gnats... ugh. I will keep applying BTI weekly until the population is under control. On day 3 the plants are putting out more pistils and seem to have stopped or slowed down their "stretch" phase. On day 4 I'm starting to see some trichomes forming on the sugar leaves, no smell that I can discern yet. I also changed out my reservoir and applied a BTI soil drench. On day 5 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. I also purged my blumat system to make sure there are no clogs as my reservoir has fertilizer particles due to my water heater causing separation. I must keep the water heater on as I am growing in the northeast coming into the cold time of the year and can't have my reservoir freeze on me. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 7 I adjusted PH in reservoir to 6.1.

Jungle is growing on top of my washing machine! On the last day of week 6 I lowered lights to 35cm from canopy, this week I’m going to monitor that number and adjust as necessary because the plant is still in stretching + bud setting phase. I’m feeding with high N+mag and I’ll continue until growth slows down, than I’ll switch to megacrop 2parts. I expect that to happen end of this week, 10 days max. Day 42 - changed the fan Day 44 - finally installed the blumat auto irrigation system. It wasn’t that easy since branches are really near the substrate but at least I had the carrot already placed so I was able to do it. High frequency fertigation on coco is a must, you can’t take advantage on coco great qualities watering 1 or 2 times a day. My system has 5 drippers placed in a Pac-Man shape, more or less. Day 45 - This is an important day since it marks the halfway point of this crop, based on my previous results. Coincidentally I’ve also spotted few small trichomes on a leaf, I guess the plant is now ready to build up mass and flavors. I did a minor defoliation to open up the inner canopy and to get rid of some plant’s nitrogen reserve. I prepared 20L of my bloom solution and mixed that with the veg solution in the reservoir. For a week I’m going to use this transitional feeding. Lots of sulfur, seems to be on a volcano 🤣 Day 46 - spotted a minor P deficiency. There is probably too much calcium in my solution that is antagonizing P absorption. I mixed another batch, this is the ppm breakdown N 100 P 100 K 280 Mg 85 Ca 150 Before I had P 40 and Ca ~190, my tap water has 80ppm of Ca that is already counted it. I’ll keep this value for a couple of weeks than I’ll lower everything except K. (Edit from the future - K is too high) Day 47 - plant looks happy and bigger, it drunk 3+ liters yesterday. There is no need for humidifier anymore so I’m getting rid of it. Temperature is 30-32C with 50-60% humidity. Day 48 - buds are swelling, some branches are already showing the spiral structure. Plant drunk 5 liters yesterday, impressive.

Had my controller shut my lights down, luckily I caught it but lost around 9 hours light. I’ve had to leave my grow a few times for medical reasons but I will say this is one stinky strain! And it’s very frosty! Being my 1st ever hydro run I took it very easy so I will run this strain again when my skills are up to par because this has some serious potential!

Amazing girl! Really happy with how she ended. She smells so sweet and fruity. She’s beautiful and heavenly. Fox tailed just enough to be pretty and not a nuisance.

5/16/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Flower (Day 103 overall) I just watched them grow!!! Sometimes you really can sit back and enjoy the fruits of your Labors and just enjoy watching them Bud... 5/17/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Flower (Day 104 overall) Ground Hogs Day! 5/18/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Flower (Day 105 overall) Ground Hogs Day! Just let them grow and enjoying the fruits of my work upfront. I am keeping an eye on the Humidity. It was at 68 today I am currently running 2 dehumidifiers in the tent so will just keep a close eye on it. 5/19/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Flower (Day 106 overall) I found a couple Sucker buds trying to form so I plucked them out of existence. Since I am changing the water today I decided to do some heavy defoliation and make sure I take a really good swipe at all the sucker buds lower than the first net forming. Frost is coming in everywhere buds are developing nicely!! Brown hairs everywhere! She hasn't a lot of mass, she is very pungent. (Weirdly smells just like Swiss Dream Rose CBD). Gonna give her another week and then move under my bigger lamp. Nutrients Giving 450-500ppm of core NPK "master bloom" aswel as their full flowering line. Need to ph to 6.7. Using Biobizz ph + (only thing I don't like about it, it's black & gets everywhere, but is super as a buffer) DLI is 37-39 over 18hrs. Thanks to my sponsors from Fastbuds (Heather your a gem) & shout out to Xpert Nutrients for allowing me to test their products (and been 100% honest, my bud, yields have improved 2x and yield 1x, stickiness/Resin/taste easily 3x). 8 highly doubt I'll actually ever use a different line. Maybe to test if asked. But I won't be buying any other brands but this. Its my 1st crop and I'm having to hone my skills with using it. The plants uptake is so much better in soil, I keep getting caught out, whereas I use to have up fo 2 even 3 days when adding to soil before any real issues. With this my soil does need water every day.

Day 21 I think her extra day in the paper towel germinating while I waited for equipment to arrive, may of sent her straight into flower... shes throwing pistils everywhere. Really jumped in side in 7 days 😂 Lets see how she looks in another 7 days. Turned the auto-pots + air-domes on to get water and oxygen directly to the roots 3 days ago. Feeding Cropsalt at 5.8ph, really enjoying it atm just look at their colour😍
