So this is going to be the last week of veg for my ladies and I think ill be flipping by Wednesday "ish". A fair bit has happened in the last week, I managed to split the main stem.of the dark phoneix the other day being a bit too rough with her, thankfully the split went straight down the middle.and didn't even make her droop or wilt at all, 2 cable ties and some.string and she's right as rain again lol. Really want that break to heal before flipping her so I can get those cable ties off the main stem before the stretch! Last thing I want is her growing into them and making it impossible to remove. I managed to over water the smaller girls as well so im not paying too much attention to those ladies now, whatever they produce they produce my investment is my big girl. I Will say that john innes stuff is SUPER heavy and im.really struggling with drainage so back to bio bizz light mix after this that added perlite makes a big difference! I have also made a mini aeroponic cloner today which fits inside my propagator, who new an old plastic cracker tub, some soil plugs and a few airstones could make something so useful 🤣 This dark phoenix is such a tough plant I don't want to lose her genetics so im goin to try my best to root these cuttings before flipping her to flower next week. All being well by the time these plants are finished I will have at least 4 nice big healthy girls ready to send straight into flower as soon as this stuff is down and dried 🤞 Think that's all for this week see you all when she starts her flowering cycle 👍 Happy smoking people

The Slurricane IX is a beast of a plant to grow, the growth is quick and quite bushy. I would advise to train these plants SCROG..or something.. the stretch is just crazy..im gona say prepare for a 200% + stretch. Thy will easily get out of of control if not managed well. Pest resistance is good, i did not have any bug problems, but i did have a small WPM issue, but it was very crowded in there. Sorted it out by defoliation and a treatment of hydrogen peroxide took care of the problem. Very thirsty plants, at there peak, 9 plants was drinking 110L a week. Very stong smelling plants. Extremely dense flowers covered in a sluricane of trichomes. Harvest of the plant is quite easy, not a very bushy cola..so its a easy trim. Overall a great genetic to grow and a beautiful plants in itself. @InHouseGenetics .. superb. Thank you guys so much for giving us the privilege to grow such amazing genetics. Keep up the great work. Mar 14 Looking okay. Flowering started this week! Some leaves are looking like they are being sacrificed by the plant. The top leaves being so thin makes me wonder if the lights are too intense. I've lowered them from 80% to about 60%. Fed 3/4 gallon of RAW GROW 6 days ago. Seems to have taken it well. Getting close to needing another drink.

Moved the whole veg tent into the flower tent😍 Done the final flush on the 2 plants in the front of the tent, should have them cut down in the next 3 days to make some more room for the rest of the ladies! Everything seems to be going good so far! Fingers crossed for harvest & cure!🤞🏼✌️🏼🌱

This week it is official, I have used both organic and synthetic inputs. I did notice she was starting to become a little defcient right around the time to top dress(Week 3). I think her issue was potassium. I have also been overwatering a bit, trying to get a handle on keeping the media moist, I think the wetting agent in the Pro-Mix is working as well as the worm castings. Other than that, I am really impressed with her speed of growth. To give you growmies an idea of my thought pattern on this grow, the first 3 weeks were just organic amendments. Top dressed with 1 cup of worm castings, with 5 tbsp of Home Grown and 5 tbsp of Flower girl and watered in with a light nutrient(syn) solution. Next I will water only roughly until my next top dress in 3 weeks in which time I will feed a compost tea. Thanks for those that stop by, like and comment. See ya next week growmies!

Things are moving along nicely.i introduced my central air into my tent this week so it's keeping at 50r.h. and around 80 degrees with co2.these girls drink alot I split one gallon every day and they are drinking it all.lol.they aren't bone dry but when I lift them up to check they are pretty light.

Having cal mag issues going to hit the grow store tomorrow am and see can I get some organic cal mag and see if that helps other than that no real issues 2/24 I’m going sit my dumb ass down and chill I did a defoliation and man I over did it I think it’s pretty aggressive and i don’t know what I was thinking I was just clipping away 🤦🏾‍♂️…… anyway got some calmag for the color issues only going 1/2 tsp see how that goes hopefully when the new growth and more stretch happens it’ll look a lot better I’m also bottom feeding the calmag hope that works too

Definitely 5-6 degrees lower offsets flowering by nearly a week. Even though reduced plant count this time still a bit to crowdy for my taste. Next time will do less plants or trim more agressively. 3 main branches would be more than enough with 12 plants. Maybe 5 branches with 9 plants.

The first week of flower just passed and already some small tiny pistils are visible, in general this plant doesn't stretch exaggerated so its a perfect strain for me to put like 10 of these in one of my grow rooms, im happy to try this strain as I've heard quite some good things about this strain. Lets see how it goes the next couple of weeks 😜
