Temps dropping fast and waiting to if they finish.

Last final defoliation done, now buds are fully exposed to the lights and the best part, harvest trim will be easier. Still it took me around 8 h altogether to defoliate all of them. Tones of buds and frost , amazing smells. Won't rush will give it a bit more to swell. Another perfect auto genetics. 💚

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Tenth week of flowering started. I went out a week and at my return I discovered that the #2 is sick. The plant doesn't drink anymore and a lot of branches are falling down with limp leaves. I think that the missing defoliation, the height and the poor ventilation caused that. At the moment I removed her from the tent moving her out to the balcony. I did a huge defoliation to the #1 and a massive LST in order to low the height of buds that reached the lamp that is at its maximum height. So far I gave to the plant only water. I think that the cause of plant disease is the high humidity level (at least 90%...). Tomorrow I will buy a dehumidifier hoping that this will help the remaining plant. D63: changed the water into the pot. Added 15 ml grow, 30ml micro and 40ml bloom. [email protected] EC 1.2 D64: after the defoliation the plant seems to be healthy. The humidity into the tent is still high, tomorrow I will install the dehumidifier. D65: I've put a dehumidifier into the tent, I've added 3 liters of tap water to the pot; the plant is drinking a lot so I think that she is fine. The plants produces a lot of fat buds, so I've checked the trichomes for the first time, they are clear for the majority. D67: added 5 liters of tap water to the pot. The plant is drinking a lot

Day 98: Fertigated 10l Hello growmies and welcome to week 15 for Nesia - this superb Amnesia Haze Auto from Fast Buds. Nesia continues to amaze me as by far my largest plant. If you have been following my grow series you will know that I recently harvested Karen, who was dwarfed by Nesia, and Karen has yielded 160g dry. So I am properly excited to see if Nesia can set me a new yield record! I think she can and will! Day 100: So I can no longer move her out of the tent to photograph, she is just too big and too heavy with bud. It is recipe for disaster. So for the rest of the grow I will be doing my best to get good photographs in the tent. I hope that's okay, because I don't have a choice really. Anyway she is a photogenic girl to say the least so I am not too concerned. I am really enjoying this new camera, I need to explore the limits! Anyway you should expect another update tomorrow or soon! :D Day 104: Fertigated 10l I very nearly cut Nesia today, I even announced on Twitter that I would in the end I decided to let her go a bit longer I want to see some serious amber! I think I am starting to get the hang of the lighting and new cam... practice practice!

Flowering underway but can't help but think how small my plant is looking. I'm I being para or is something up that I'm not noticing. Comments appreciated.

The first week of Flower is just about in the books. A big week from the girls perspective, but relatively quiet from this growers point of view. On Sun., 5/16 The lights went out @ 8pm to kick off the first week of Flower. On Monday evening around 7pm they got 1 gallon each of the new nutrient mix Bloom A & B and I decided to raise the light up to 36". I wanted to give the ladies a reason to grow again...(I think they came thru.) No water or nutes on Tues. Wed., 5/19 they got another gallon each of nutes, but run-off was more than I expected, so I knew they were getting skipped Thurs. On Fri., 5/21 I lifted the pots again before watering to make a final decision and I was surprised that they were still kind of heavy. Well yes and no. It rained a lot this week and humidity was a b!tch to maintain. I had to buy a new dehumidifier to try and even things out because the small one that I can fit inside my tent just wasn't cutting it, even with the portable air conditioner. There were 3 days were I wasn't able to get the humidity lower that 80% before I was able to get the dehumidifier. I think they girls were stressed and didn't drink as much as they would have...anyway on Fri., 5/21 I gave them 1/3 gallon each of water, no nutes. I figured they'd drink that up and they'd be ready for big water today (Sat., 6/22) but they still felt like there was some weight in there towards the bottom 1/3, so nothing more till tomorrow. I pushed the stakes down a little bit for some LST but that's it. Again, I think it was the humidity this week that kept them from drinking. Today was really the first day all week it hasn't rained at least a little. I have the dehumidifier and the portable A/C off at the moment (after 9pm) and it's about 75 F. and 48% Hum. in the tent. Sad to say, no little balls that I can notice growing yet...but the girls did get a little growth spurt. Comparing the pics/measurements from last week to today, well, here are the numbers. I think I'm being realistically conservative. You can look at the pics and decide for yourself if where I'm measuring to is the right place. Triple Cheese last week: 15.5' this week: 18.5" White Widow last week: 14" this week: 16.5" Critical Kush last week: 16" this week: 20.5" So it looks like the ladies on the ends have taken over the Widow in the middle by a significant margin now. I think that covers everything this week. More to come next week.

Week 3 Update: Plant Growth: Progress has been slower than anticipated due to persistent cloudy and rainy weather. Despite the setbacks, I've noticed some signs of growth in the plants, albeit at a slower pace. Implemented Low Stress Training (LST) on a few of the stronger plants, including the Gorilla Glue and Gelato varieties, to encourage more robust growth. Weather Conditions: The weather continues to be a challenge, with only a few sunny days throughout the week. Rainfall has been frequent, making it difficult to provide the optimal growing conditions for the plants. Adaptations and Solutions: To counteract the lack of sunlight, I've constructed a mini tent equipped with LED lights to provide supplemental light and warmth to the plants. Despite the less than ideal conditions, the plants seem to be responding positively to the additional light and warmth. Nutrient Management: Feeding schedule adjusted to once every 2-3 days, alternating between water and nutrient-rich solutions. Using a combination of guano, worm tea, and a basic Grow NPK Autogrow mix to provide essential nutrients to the plants. Observations: Although growth has been slower than expected, I'm encouraged by the resilience of the plants and their ability to adapt to challenging conditions. Keeping a close eye on the plants for any signs of stress or nutrient deficiencies and adjusting care accordingly. Looking Ahead: Hoping for a change in the weather in the coming weeks to provide better growing conditions for the plants. Despite the challenges, remaining optimistic and committed to nurturing the plants to their fullest potential.

The CBD has now fully recovered from her water logging adventure. The new leafs look very healthy and no signs of stress from the topping. I have to fix the ScrOG rack as the heat in the greenhouse caused the 3D printer clips (that hold the stand in place) to expand and loosen. Probably some binding wire will do the trick. Until I find a solution for the ScrOG rack, I applied an LST clip to the main branch. This will keep her from growing vertically too much. The next day the main branch was already pointing up. I attached some binding wire to keep the top horizontal and give the side branches a chance to grow taller. I bought some new clamps to keep the scrog rack in place. More on this in the next few days!

Both are still pushing out lots of new white pistils but glands are swollen all over the place and she's completely covered in cloudy trichs with few ambers 3-5%..will b harvesting her mid to late wk and will write final harvest report when she's ready to cure.. My carbon filter is struggling to completely take away all the smell and you get a faint odour when i enter room were the tent is.. Beautiful strain and very pleased I've grown her.. 😁👍 Huge amount of thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Stay safe and best wishes for all your grows.. 😁👍🍀

(6 only red ligh and 7 red-white) D79/F35 - 18/06/23 - New lights schedule is running D80/F36 - 19/06/23 - Added water and integrators EC 1.0 and pH 6.4 D81/F37 - 20/06/23 - Nothing to report D82/F38 - 21/06/23 - Added water and nutes EC 1.0 and pH 5.7 D83/F39 - 22/06/23 - Temp is too high for both water and environment. I see signals of suffering on the flowers (foxtailing) D84/F40 - 23/06/23 - I'm trying to keep the Tremp under control but isn't easy. To lowering water temp (that now is about 26 °C) I'm adding some ice to the water

Week 11 is here early this time, as i did some stacking stuff in photoshop today! Watered the Afghan with 2,3 Liters, ramped up the dosage to final. The smell also now i comfortably classify as "strong". They smell really good! More updates and pics at the end of this week. Im starting to check trichomes, feeling wise i'd give the blueberry 1-2 more weeks, the afghan kush is probably at least 2 more. still lots of clear trichomes on both of them though. given that they were a lot slower than my previos run in everything, i also wouldnt be surprised if we take it to 3+ weeks on both. Sadly, the blueberry is already starting to swell a bit, but all the flowers are still really really small. Hoping for the best, and luckily im not out after maximizing yield, as long as they taste, smell and smoke good! 31.01.25 Added Timelapse. See you next week!

I have upped the feed now to about 1/2 strength and the plants are loving it. They're starting to recover from the low stress training last week and stretching upwards. Budding is underway with white hairs, and a distinctive gassy smell on 3/4 of the plants. I'm guessing I've got two phenos - 3x Chemdawg dominant and 1x Hindu Kush dominant. We'll find out when they start to flower fully. Switched to 18/6 from 24/0 on day 36 - now that they're flowering they seem more sensitive to heat from the lights (Also backed the light off a couple inches). This resulted in an immediate growth spurt!
