16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.

So I have added new strains. Purple Berry Kush, Diesel Fire OG, and Sour Fire Kush. The Sour Fire Kush is Bubba Kush × (Sour Diesel × Fire OG) This should be good. I heard it leans to the Bubba.we will see. Purple Berry Kush is up and we have 2 they are cute. Strawberry Lemonade is doing good. Slurricane is doing a color change, starting to look nice and frosty, at 4 1/2 weeks when the pic were taken. Ok and for the news of the week. FOG or Fire OG is a female. So this is really good news for the 4 sided girl. She split into 2 tops, and of course 1 is dominate. So idk I might have to tie them apart somehow. Because there will be no topping her. And as far as I know she is pure Fire OG nothing else. On the video the purple monster is Gorilla Zkittles go check her out. She is on the chopping block. It rained wasn't a good day I will check the tricome's tomorrow on her. So all and all shit is going to happen!!! 🤩 if I like it or not. It's been 78 days since sprout, the plants are all still coming along nicely, getting heavier by the day even though it doesn't always seem like it. I always have difficulty realizing how much growth happens in a week. I felt like they hadn't bulked up much but then I looked back at my last update and clearly was wrong. I am trying to figure out how much time before harvest, but I am still leaning toward closer to 100 days. The plants are still being fed crop salt at the ratios posted a few weeks ago, currently I plan to do one more res change with full strength nutes and then after that two weeks of their Cake finishing nutrients (https://cropsalt.com/products/cake) which would put me a few days past 100 days with a harvest date of July 18th or 19th. This past week I also set up a Home Assistant dashboard to monitor the tent and added a camera as well. Kind of a bit late for this grow but it will be awesome for the next time around. Aside from the sensor in the tent, I have also purchased a wireless battery-powered temp and humidity sensor that will be going in the 5-gallon bucket I am going to use to cure. Well sliding into another week, I'm checking the trichomes and waiting for them to go milky, not sure if i can just check leaves for that. That's what i have been doing. I've been told i'm waiting for a portion of at least half of the hairs to go an orange/bronze color. Weird blotches become more prominent on leaves that its visible (they are just in some leaves) less than half id say around 15 - 20% and less than half of those seem pretty bad. I would like to know the cause if its nutrient lockout or a disease etc. Or perhaps its normal for late stage flowering i do not know

Day 7---Defoliated good bit from all plants removing afflicted leaves, looks to be typical cal/mag deficiency with ph issues. Topped off 2 big plants with ro water, added 6ml micro 6ml bloom and 3ml gro to 2 big plant ppm 900, 2 smaller plant ppm over 1000. Day 6--- Topped off all plants with RO water, added 1ml ph up to plants 1,3,4 to adjust ph. PH of plant 2 more basic than the other 3. Day 5--- Topped off biggest plant 2, added back 10ml cal mag, ppm about 600-700 will check again soon and add back some nutes. Added 1ml ph up to plants 1 and 3 , didn't adjust other two yet. Day 4--- Added 3ml cal mag to all plants as it could be lacking. Added 5ml soul grow and 5ml soul bloom to plant 1 to see something, ppm up to about 1020. Some light defoliation of afflicted leaves on all plants. Day 3---Added 5ml micro and 5ml bloom to plant 2 now at 750ppm. All plants are above 700ppm but below 900ppm. All plants showing signs of something on the leaves but IDK what, manganese? Added 3ml cal mag to biggest plants. Topped off water of 2 biggest plants. Day 2---Checked PH, more minor defoliation of afflicted leaves and to uncover a few more bud sites. Day 1--- Added about 1.5ml ph up since the waters keep going a bit acidic. Some leaves still show some issues but didn't wanna defoliate too much. IDK if it is from PH or over/under feeding plants. Added 2ml cal mag. These plants are continuing to grow and flower, 2 biggest drinking lots of water and making the water more acidic. Topped of water in buckets with RO water. Added 3ml cal mag to all plants Added 5ml micro,bloom, 3ml gro to 2 smallest plants. Added 10ml micro, bloom, 3ml gro to 2 bigger plants. Added .75ml ph up to all plant water to help the PH stay in range. TDS on all are around 800 Light defoliation of all plants to uncover bud sites and remove afflicted leaves.

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

🌸 Week 8 Flower – Pink Truffle | World Breeders Pink Truffle is entering the final stage of flowering with an excellent overall performance. The plant has maintained a strong structure throughout the cycle, supporting multiple well-developed colas with very even flower distribution. This phenotype is showing a remarkable increase in resin production. The buds are heavily frosted, with trichomes covering both the flowers and sugar leaves, giving the plant an impressive bag appeal. Calyx swelling has accelerated during this week, and the flowers are becoming noticeably denser. The structure created by the Main-Lining and LST training continues to pay off, allowing light to reach every flowering site while maintaining excellent airflow throughout the canopy. Most pistils are beginning to darken, although there are still fresh white pistils emerging, suggesting the plant is still actively building flower mass. It appears to be in the final ripening window, with approximately one to two weeks remaining before reaching peak maturity. The plant remains healthy, showing no significant nutrient deficiencies or toxicity, and has responded very well to the stable environmental conditions maintained throughout flowering. This week was still a waiting week. I didn't have the room ready yet. So this week was clean and reset the tent week. Just waiting for amendments to arrive as well.

Grow Diary Update: Week 5 - Pre-Flowering and LST Evaluation Entering Pre-Flowering Stage At the end of last week, the first pistils appeared, marking the beginning of the pre-flowering stage for my plants 🙌 There's much to manage now. To support optimal stretching, I've adjusted the nutrients following 2/3 of the Terra Aquatica feeding schedule: CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.33 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 1.33 ml/l The nutrient solution now has an EC of 1.3 mS/cm (638 ppm PPM-500/TDS) with a pH of 6.1. These adjustments aim to promote vigorous growth and prepare the plants for flowering. Weather and Growth With significant weather improvements, my plants are thriving at full speed. Every centimeter gained now counts towards maximizing the final yield, turning around from the challenging weeks prior. Pest Management I'm fortunate not to have encountered pests like spider mites, aphids, or thrips. However, the persistent snail issue remains. Nightly patrols with a flashlight have been effective, and placing old lettuce leaves away from the plants has helped trap and remove snails, ensuring the plants remain undisturbed. LST Experiment Results The two plants I trained with LST have responded admirably, showing healthy adaptation to the bending and vigorous growth. Yet, I'm at a crossroads regarding the upcoming stretch phase: should I continue to tie down branches to maintain an even canopy or allow natural upward growth to potentially boost vertical yield?
