She is off to a great start. I sprouted her right in the rockwool in the DWC. Looking forward to see what we can make this lady do for us. My tent seems to work best with mature plants in the 36” range although my setup can handle 60” in height the width becomes an issue. I plan to flower her when she is about 16” tall.

We're still keeping her relatively bare, but as you can see the new growth came in nicely, we have 12-13 main tops now...she's likely getting a little root bound in that pot, she did get a new 6.5 gal home but i think a 10gal pot would be even better for a plant like this... we made sure to grab all the clones we could, she's definitely a keeper

02.11.'24 After 5 days of drying, this little girl who was a little bigger than a meter gave 950 grams and a little bit of popcorn...this picking was 870 and a little bit of popcorn, and 4-5 weeks ago during a storm, one branch broke, which yielded about 100, but let's say 80 for sure, a total of 950 grams of beautiful, huge, potent buds

Semana 8 de las automáticas, y semana 4 de floración, noto que las plantas no engordan mucho.. Que opinan utds ? He retirado hojas secas, sigo regando 1 litro a cada planta dia por medio, la próxima semana creo que alimentare por útima ves para, despues lavar raices por dos semanas.

All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids)TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate what will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely with the ppm and ratios listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 70/0 Flipped to 12/12 - increased ppfd by 100 and worked to stabilize temps/humidity with new gear. I used 15 minutes of IR light before main lights and then 30 minutes of UV light at mid day and will still use 15 minutes of IR light after main light are out. I plan to increase the time of UV lights to a max of 2.5 hours per day mid day but for now Im easing her into the treatments. Watered with 1.12 gallons of 6.3ph de-chlorinated tap water, used 50ppm of veg mix and 50ppm of bloom mix in the water. VPD is mostly steady 74F/65%RH/33%ILV Day 71/1 tested and calibrated my meter, tested the top soil 1 day after feed for ph - tested 4 times for an avg of 6.48 Trimmed brown leaves and did some HST/LST training/binding. Took control pics for UV treatments of 15 minutes per day. Will monitor and increase weekly it she holds up okay. Still doin 15 minutes of IR light before and after lights on/off. PPFD after training was 630 at highest and 540 lowest. VPD was 74F/60%RH/33%ILV Day 72/2 Just a watch today, VPD was 75F/60%RH/setting 4/10 of ILV (about 33% like the last tent) PPFD ranged from 530 to 650. I only used 5 minutes of UV light today as she has a tinge of browning on the tips of a few leaves. Im not cutting it out completely because I still plan to use upto 2.5 hrs by end of flower, so she needs to adjust. Im also still using 15 minutes of IR before and after main light schedule. Her stretch seems to be picking up, from 16 inches 2 days ago to 18 today. Day 73/3 VPD same as yesterday 75F/60%RH/40%ILV PPFD hit 670 at highest and 550 at lowest. Stayed with 5 minutes of UV light and monitored burnt tips from previous days... no spread, so I may add 5 more minutes tomorrow and monitor. 15 minutes of IR before/after main light schedule. Growth continues, another inch in stretch to 19 inches. I turned her slightly because there are still two runted colas that I rather provide more light to. It's been 3 days since last feed and I think with as much growth as she's putting on, I should feed again tomorrow. Im still introducing nutes in lower portions but will add 300ppm and feed about 2 gallons at a 25/75 ratio of veg:bloom mix to see if I can get some run off to measure conditions. Day 74/4 Watered with 2 gallons of 6.4 ph de-chlorinated tap water. I added 300ppm total of 25% Veg/75% Bloom. Starting ppm was 296; ending was 595 and I added a pinch of epsom salt. Poured over the whole base until I got runoff - Since I was so close to the whole 2 gallons, I used it all. I only used the feed water over the roots today as I want her to get the nutes from the soil since the transfer into new soil was so recent. So far VPD is 75F/60%RH/40%ILV. No issues with controls. PPFD was upto 700 at center so I raised the lights to almost 42" from soil - Since the plant is almost 20" that's 22" leaves to light. New PPFD now ranges at 480 to 650 on 70% power. I increased UV time to 10minutes today and took control pics for light burn. I am still using 15 IR before and after main lights. Took some black back picks since I think she's looking good now. Day 75/5 Started the day with evaluation of ph and control pics. Comparisons show no further spread of lock out issues from earlier or light burn of a more recent change. Upto 20 inches before HST/LST today. Meter was tested/calibrated and soil ph was tested 4 times for avg of 6.34 (yesterday's runoff was about 6.35 too) Soil temp is about 66F. Also tested CO2 and got 1050. Room VPD was 74F/60%RH/30%ILV I spread the leaves further apart because I noticed there were two colas not getting as much light and somewhat crowded by the colas near by. So I positioned the larger part of the tomato ring around the limbs extending here out to 32x32 and the used HST/LST to break and bend the center colas inward clockwise (I think I went a bit too hard on one as the others already show a bounce back and now one is still limp-ish (will monitor obviously) But with that the height is now 18" so 32x32x18 - but here's the kicker, I only have a 24x48 tent, so there's a few colas touching the walls and doorway now, so I may have to reconsider the larger ring. New position, new PPFD right?, not exactly, for some reason these settings still gave me range of 480 to 650 as I had yesterday with just a few more of the outer colas have 480 than yesterday. However, there's more light getting lower levels now and I only had to cut 1 leaf. Which is good because I did 15 minutes of UV today with the regular 15 minutes of IR before and after main lights. Day 76/6 VPD is a lil wonky now as humidity is starting to go up in the tent - so I plan to put in the dehumidifier this weekend and just leaving the humidifier off today and tomorrow. Heat seems to also be ticking up - so I reduced the temp on the heater and will monitor. Temps about 75 to 76 - humidity at about 62% as high as 65 though and Im trying to be at or under 60 this week. Increased ILV to 40% I repositioned the fans to hang on the lights while blowing down onto the plant. I tried to make every leaf dance a little. LST seemed to hold up okay - had to reposition a few branches and thinking I may have to build a larger box this weekend since the colas are now pressing the door and back wall. PPFD is between 470 and 700. I used 15 minutes of UV mid day with 15 minutes (30 total) IR before and after main light timers.

On day 1 I changed out my reservoir. I lowered my nutes to 650 ppm(25% reduction). I adjusted the PH down to 6.1. My left plant has some burnt tips from either PH shift or over fertilization. My hope is that the lower ppm will help to resolve the issue before it spreads. On day 2 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 5.9. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.0. I installed my new 200 watt HLG Rspec. I adjusted PPFD readings to 700-1300 PPFD on all tops. On day 4 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. I diluted my nutrients in my reservoir by removing one gallon of nutrients from the rez and and adding 2 gallons of straight tap water to the rez. This brought the nute concentration from 770 ppm to 540 ppm as the plants will be entering the ripening stage in a few days and they have too much nitrogen judging by the extremely dark green leaves and burnt leaf tips on some branches of the left side plant. The buds seem slightly smaller then my last run which may be due to an excess of nitrogen and maybe not enough light as some of my tops are taller then the others making proper PPFD challenging. All in all the girls are coming along nice and I look forward to the final weeks of flowering 😀 On day 6 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.9 to 6.2. I think I have halted the nute burn as I haven't seen it progressing any more on the leaves. I will continue to monitor closely during these final weeks. The trichome production is increasing with some trichs on top of colas starting to go cloudy. The pistils are turning brown with roughly 40-50% are turning brown all signs I'm getting closer to the harvest window 😆. I dimmed my light to give 600-1000 PPFD to tops. On day 7 I reduced my temps to 75 during the day and 68 at night. I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.6 to 6.1. My reservoirs ppm was too high so I diluted the rez with 2 gal of tap water. This brought it down to 480ppm. The average ppfd to all 14 tops is 604 with no top receiving more than 1000 ppfd

🌸 Pink Rosay Auto by Zamnesia | Pheno A | Week 8 (Flower Week 5) 🌱 Small Frame. Big Flowers. An Absolute Beauty. Some plants need space to become impressive. Pink Rosay doesn't. Standing at approximately 111 cm, she remains one of the most compact plants in the entire 8×8 Adventure. But somehow, when you look at her, she doesn't feel small. She feels complete. Dense. Elegant. Full. Every centimetre of her structure seems occupied by flowers, leaves and developing potential. She's one of those plants that reminds me that size and presence are two completely different things. And Pink Rosay has presence. This week, she also joined the group receiving a selective flowering defoliation. Again, not because there was anything wrong. Not because she was struggling. And not because I believe every plant needs to be stripped at a particular point in flower. She was actually looking fantastic. But she's a little more advanced than some of the plants around her, and when I looked closely at her structure, I felt that opening her up would benefit both her and the room. So we made some space. And now we're going to watch what she does with it. 🌸 Week 5 Flower – Compact Doesn't Mean Small Pink Rosay has always had her own way of doing things. She never chased the ceiling. She never tried to become the biggest plant in the tent. Instead, she's packed an incredible amount of flowering structure into a remarkably compact frame. At approximately 111 cm, she's still relatively short for this room. But look closer. The branches are carrying substantial flowering sites. The flowers are stacking. The calyxes are beginning to swell. The pistils remain beautifully bright. And the resin continues becoming more apparent. This is where I think the word "compact" can sometimes be misleading. She's compact in height. She certainly isn't compact in personality. And she definitely isn't compact in what she's building. There's a lot happening inside this little plant. ✂️ Defoliation – Making Space, Not Removing Beauty This week I decided to selectively defoliate Pink Rosay. And I want to explain the reasoning because defoliation is one of those subjects where growers can have very different approaches. For me, this wasn't about looking at the plant and thinking: "There are too many leaves." Healthy leaves are valuable. They're photosynthetic machinery, and I don't remove them simply because they're large or because I want the plant to look cleaner. Instead, I look at the relationship between the leaves, flowers, light and airflow. Pink Rosay has become quite dense. Her compact structure means that a lot of foliage and flowering sites are occupying a relatively small vertical space. As flowering progresses, that density can create areas where leaves overlap heavily, airflow becomes less direct and light has difficulty travelling deeper into the canopy. So this time, I selectively removed foliage that was contributing to unnecessary congestion. Not everything. Not aggressively. Just enough to open the architecture. 💡 Let The Photons Travel One of the reasons I like selective defoliation at this stage is that we're not necessarily trying to make every flower receive direct light. That's not the objective. We're trying to improve the distribution of the available light through the canopy. The Future of Grow Black Series is already delivering around 1,000 PPFD across the upper canopy. There are plenty of photons available. The question becomes: How efficiently can the plant's architecture use them? When several large leaves overlap one another, some of that light is intercepted before it can reach deeper areas. By selectively removing leaves from congested sections, we can allow more light to penetrate into the canopy and reach leaves and flowering sites that were previously more heavily shaded. We're not creating more light. We're simply changing the path it takes through the plant. And with Pink Rosay being such a compact and dense phenotype, that can be particularly interesting. 🌬️ And Then There's Airflow Light isn't the only reason for opening a dense canopy. Air needs space too. As the plant becomes more compact and the flowers continue developing, airflow through the interior becomes increasingly important. Removing selected leaves creates little channels through the plant where air can move more freely. That helps reduce stagnant pockets inside dense foliage and makes the entire canopy easier to manage as flowering progresses. Again, this isn't about removing leaves because leaves are bad. It's about managing density. Sometimes the best thing you can do for a plant isn't giving her something. It's simply getting out of the way of what she's already doing. 🌿 A Plant With Serious Density And this is probably what impresses me most about Pink Rosay right now. She is dense. Not just in foliage. The flowering structure itself is becoming increasingly substantial. The individual flowers are beginning to look less like isolated flowering sites and more like components of developing colas. The calyxes are swelling. The pistils are still predominantly white. And the resin continues building across the flowers and sugar leaves. She's entering that beautiful transition where you can start seeing the architecture of the eventual harvest forming in front of you. I don't want to call it "bulking" just yet. I prefer thinking of it as stacking, swelling and building flower mass. But whatever word we choose... She's definitely building. And she's doing it beautifully. ❄️ Frost Is Becoming Part Of Her Personality The resin production continues to impress me. Looking closely at the flowers, there's already a visible layer of trichomes developing across the calyxes and surrounding sugar leaves. And this is still only Week 5 of flowering. The bright white pistils make everything even more dramatic. Against the deep green foliage, those flowers almost look illuminated from within. It's one of those combinations that makes photography incredibly rewarding. Dark green. Bright white pistils. Developing frost. And flowers that become more substantial every time I look at them. Pink Rosay is definitely starting to look like she knows exactly where she's going. 🌱 Why I Didn't Defoliate Everything This is important. After a defoliation, it's easy to look at a plant and think: "Why didn't you remove this leaf too?" Because more isn't necessarily better. I want Pink Rosay to retain enough healthy foliage to continue powering photosynthesis and supporting flower development. The objective was never to expose every flower. It was to improve the relationship between: foliage → flowers → light → airflow. Some leaves are still doing excellent work. Some flowers are still perfectly positioned beneath them. And some shading is completely natural. A plant doesn't need to look like a perfectly arranged artificial canopy. She's alive. She's dynamic. And I'm much more interested in creating a healthy, functional environment than achieving a perfectly clean photograph. Although... I have to admit... She does look pretty damn good after the cleanup. 😍 💡 Lighting From Above & Below The primary lighting remains the Future of Grow Black Series LED, providing approximately 1,000 PPFD across the upper canopy. Below, the Lumiflora under-canopy lighting continues adding another dimension to the system. This combination is particularly interesting with a plant like Pink Rosay. Her compact structure means that the lower portions of the plant are physically much closer to the upper canopy than they would be on a tall, stretched plant. At the same time, her density can create additional shading. The under-canopy lighting gives those lower areas another source of photons while the defoliation helps improve the movement of light through the plant from above. It's another experiment within the larger experiment. And, as always... Harvest will be the judge. 💧 Hand Watering – One Plant At A Time Pink Rosay continues receiving individual attention through hand watering. There's something especially useful about hand watering at this stage. Every time I approach the plant, I have an opportunity to look. To inspect the flowers. To check the leaves. To feel how the plant is progressing. To notice changes that might otherwise disappear into the background of an automated system. Current feeding remains: Terra Bloom — 2.2 ml/L Power Buds — 1 ml/L Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L Green Sensation — 1 ml/L Lemon Kick — 0.03 ml/L Current readings: pH — approximately 6.0 EC — approximately 2.0 mS/cm Solution temperature — 21°C Root-zone temperature — 21°C Watering — approximately 1.4 L per 24 hours No unnecessary changes. The plant is responding well. So we keep giving her consistency. 🌡️ Environment The environment continues providing the stability this garden has been built around. Day temperature: 29°C Night temperature: 25°C Relative humidity: 60% Root-zone temperature: 21°C Solution temperature: 21°C CO₂: approximately 529 ppm The room continues relying on natural CO₂ replenishment through ventilation rather than bottled supplementation. The important thing isn't chasing one individual number. It's the interaction between temperature, humidity, airflow, irrigation, root-zone conditions and light. When those pieces work together, the plant gets to concentrate on what she does best. Growing. 👀 Looking Ahead – Is Something Special Building Here? I'm becoming increasingly curious about Pink Rosay's final outcome. Not because I want to predict a number. Not because I want to call the harvest before she's finished. But because the structure is promising. She's compact. She's healthy. She's carrying a remarkable number of flowering sites for her size. She's producing resin. She's stacking flowers. And now we've opened the canopy slightly to give her more room to breathe and allow light to travel more effectively through her architecture. If she continues at this pace, I have a feeling she could surprise us at harvest. Sometimes the plants that look modest from a distance are the ones that make you raise your eyebrows when the final numbers come in. And Pink Rosay has exactly that feeling. ❤️ Final Thoughts – Let Her Shine Pink Rosay Pheno A continues telling one of my favourite stories in this entire 8×8 Adventure. She reminds me that you don't need to be the tallest plant in the room to make an impression. You don't need to stretch toward the ceiling. You don't need to occupy the most space. Sometimes you can simply take your little corner... And make it extraordinary. This week, we gave her a little more room. A little more airflow. A little more opportunity for photons to move through her canopy. And now we're stepping back again. Because after making a cultivation decision, the most important thing is knowing when to stop touching the plant and let her respond. That's where the real lesson begins. Pink Rosay is compact. She is dense. She is elegant. She is increasingly frosty. And there is an enormous amount of flower packed into that small frame. I have a feeling this little lady may have something very interesting waiting for us at harvest. But for now... We're going to let her keep building. Keep stacking. Keep swelling. Keep shining. Due to issues with my ISP, I can't upload photos or videos right now. Like, I could upload slowly but then I always get errors from th website. Grow is continueing to thrive. Both Ryu and Ken now have proper Buds growing at their tops and internodes are closing up as well. Kens biggest top bud is 3x4 centimeters. So I'm really looking forward to harvest within the next two weeks. I might be forced to harvest but more on that, when time arrives. Update: I managed to upload my photos by some public WiFi. Update the to a 4x8 this week and added a HLG 300 V2 RSpec with the futur vert FM8 flora max 660watts pumping 960 watts now .. Every thing is stacking up an fattening up beautiful in week 4 , The frost is coming out like a snow storm now in to week 5 flower ... I’m very impressed with the bud size on the slurricane ix this early on !!

Day 50/51 form sprouting Bloom W4 D23/24 Defoliation on all girls. Removed all nodes and side branching. Leave only main branching from main stem. Depending on plant from 10-14 branches in total is left on girls. About 60-65cm off usable canopy left on plants. Total 1.78m3 off canopy density. Cut lots of buds with longer nodes, leaving only buds with short node from main branch (bottom) Lott's off leaves removed also, good light penetration now, on lowest bud we have around 250/350ppfd Installing another trellis net over girls More frequent watering from this week till end off week 7 More power to light also, from 900-1250ppfd at canopy levels. Food strength stay the same, lowering humidity a bit will trigger plants to consume more food. Lowering day and night temperature for 1c, max temp is 26.5c in day time, in dark period it drop to 19c.
