Overall pretty happy with the grow, had a little mold issues but humidity was way to high for a while.

Hello my Friends!! Sorry for the late update was a very busy week! Bush'OKush grew phenomenal through out this grow. This is her last update before harvest. The pics were taken Monday, and I started the Harvest chop on Thursday That was a nice BDay present from the Cannabis gods🙌 She Was not the easiest but not that hard to grow at the same time lol. I think even a beginner can grow this strain just pay attention to it and it should not be to much of a challenge.👌 She really bulked up with lots of weight these last 2 weeks. It actually surprised me because it was one of those strains that builds the buds nice and big and then they dense up later on during the grow. So as they just kept getting more dense an dense as the last 2 weeks went on it was a nice surprise. I ended up having to stake and tie up a few of the branches and would have done more if it wasn't so close to harvest when they started to squat down. So if your growing this strain don't get upset if you think the buds are staying real fluffy, they will dense up in the end👍 It looks like she should have a pretty good yield!! She smells fruity/kushy/earthy that is so strong it almost burns your nose😷 She is getting harvested as close to 100% milky/cloudy trichomes but leaning more toward having more amber than clear trichs for that ~5-10% since it is pretty much impossible to get 100% cloudy. Other than that I just have to finish up trimming and yea I'll have the harvest update soon!👍 Happy Growing an Plentiful Harvests everyone!!🙏

Week 3 Might have went a little over board with the training... LST'D FIMMED SCROGGED She seems to be showing signs of flowering already and that may be because she was in seedling for 2 weeks instead of just a few days or just 1 week so I may be behind 1 week in my diary... We shall see. I love the green on her, tells me she is enjoying her nitrogen and isn't starved.

Day 1- 08/04/22 14:30pm Germination Time!!!!! Here we have 21 wonderful seeds from the amazing fastbuds!!!! Placed in a glass of water for 18-20hours!!! So excited!!!! - Day 2-09/04/22 seeds have been placed on a wet paper towel!!!!! - Day 3-10/04/22 getting the pots filled with soil ready for planting tonight or tomorrow!!!!! - Day 4-11/04/22 most of the seeds had popped last night so I planted most of them and the rest I planted this morning!!! 1 seed out of the 21 didn’t pop so germinating another to make it back up to 21!!!! So there all in the tent except 1!!!! - Day 5-12/04/22 one has come through so far and should be planting the last seed tonight!!!! A few more should pop out by tomorrow!!!! - Day 6-13/04/22 14 out of the 21 have come out so far!!!! - Day 7-14/04/22. 19 of the 21 have come through!! I think one isn’t going to come through so I’m germinating another seed to replace it and if the other one doesn’t come through tomorrow I’ll germinating another one to replace that Aswell!!!.

This week has been great ,today is day 78 and the girls are just doin their thang , 1 looks ready for flush already and the rest look about another longer then flush for them aswell,, can’t wait to see how these girls finish out over the next couple of weeks 😍!! Durban Poison Grow Journal: Week 23 Update We are officially in bloom! * Canopy & Vigor: The Durban Poison photoperiod crew is looking exceptionally strong, maintaining impressive lateral spread and building a lush canopy out on the deck. * Flowering Transition: The girls are powering through the bloom cycle, showing fantastic vertical structure, strong stacking along the main colas, and steady development at every node. * Nutrient Management: With the shift into the new month, the setup is primed for a fresh round of top-dressing with nutrient-rich amendments to sustain heavy flowering demands. * Environment & Health: Sitting comfortably in their 25-gallon fabric bags on dollies, the plants are soaking up the high-desert sunshine, while the companion marigolds continue to thrive right alongside the root zones. Update 8.23.26: Before the sunrise this morning, I got up and applied a top dressing of kelp meal to the plants to help with the flowering stage. It should help with Bud density. turpenes and tricombe development. Because I ran ran out of my liquid nutrients, I'm going with worm casting for nitrogen, Seabird guano for the phosphorus and kelp meal for the potassium.

The aroma is already incredibly intense, with a strong fruity profile and a deep apricot-like sweetness filling the space. The colors are developing beautifully, showing subtle purples and frosty highlights that make the buds really stand out. Structurally, the plant is essentially one continuous cluster of flowers, with buds forming everywhere from top to bottom. Bud stacking is still progressing rather slowly at this stage, but the overall flower coverage and terpene expression are extremely promising.

D71/FD43 - Sooo...its all gone a bit to dick this week! So, as noted before, Oscillating RAM fans keep blowing on me. Just stop dead and haven't got a chance to get down the 90miles to get them replaced again. Well, noticed a few leaves that looked like they may be a bit light coloured...only 1 or 2, at the top buds which is strange and not really an N deficiency...so I looked more closely....4 buds with the dreaded fur on them!!! Fucking Bud Rot!!! Ones closest to the door that would get the biggest temp differential (So the weirdest humidity) and no air really getting round them!!! Talk about a SICKNER! This grow just seems to be blighted (literally) with something new every 3 weeks!!! So, had to chop a few tops and now going to be on the defensive for the next few weeks. We're not yet ripe and *hoping* as these had the least air movement round them, the spores didn't get about the place!!! Worst as well is the height of all the plants...cant get the UVB bulb in there for fear of burning them but that would potentially sterilise the fungus (I'd usually be using a 10K finisher this week but with the change to LED...) so now to work out what to do. Also didn't help that I didn't put the lid on my tank right last night doing a check and think i pumped about 10L of water about the place!!! Yip, today was a disaster!!! So, apart from that, I've dropped the Silicon and changed to TNC bactorr for my root inoculant (Out of great white). Apart from that, happy growing all!!! 💪

SUMMARY: I've stuck with the transition nutes this week to try and squeeze every last drop of veg growth I can out of her. She's very bushy and needs defoliating really though I am hesitant to as I worry it stunts her development though I have removed around 20% of her leaves that were dying or blocking bud sites and could not be tucked. There are still too many leaves and tucking daily is time consuming but I dont want to mess with her too much. The RH of the tent is stable around 45-55% now and so I have turned the humidifier off. DAY 37 ------ Friday 29th January 15:00 I TURNED THE HUMIDIFIER OFF COMPLETELY AS RH IS AT 55-60% AT 25% POWER. Friday 29th January 18:20 I fed Jesus 2.6L as that was the last of the transition nutes I had made and yesterdays 2L didnt cut it. This produced 920ml runoff (35%). I think that's all her shoots popped now and so it was just a case of adjusting them today. There are 12 shoots I have tied down all reaching out to the sides of the pot evenly spaced and then theres 3 in the middle so that's a total of 15 tops that if I'm lucky and all goes well and the Gods smile upon me will all fill out into nice long colas. [23°C/57%] DAY 38 -------- Saturday 30th January 12:00 I made 5L of transition nutes with rainwater at a pH of 5.9. Saturday 30th January 19:00 I fed Jesus 2.2L of transition nutes which produced only 50ml runoff (2%). Some more slight adjustments on the LST to keep the canopy as flat as possible. Shes really showing pistils now which makes me wonder if she's actually finished her pre-flower growth spurt in which case I may have fucked up and overdone the LST...I dunno DAY 39 -------- Sunday 31st January 18:30 I fed Jesus 2.4L of transition nutes which produced only 200ml runoff (9%) which is good as I believe she is going through her final growth spurt now and is drinking more. I removed 2 large fan leaves that were covering the entire centre of the plant and couldnt be tucked. This has made a huge difference and opened the lower canopy up to more light. DAY 40 -------- Monday 1st February 11:00 I made 5L of trans nutes at a pH of 6.1 and 5L of increased strength week 3 nutes (extra 0.4ml of each nute) at a pH of 6.1. Monday 1st February 18:00 I fed Jesus 3L of transition nutes which produced 890ml runoff (30%). She is showing a lot of pistils now and I'm concerned shes finished vegging which isnt too good as I could do with a little more vertical growth. [23°C/49%] DAY 41 -------- Tuesday 2nd February 11:40 I made 10L of transition nutes with rainwater at a pH of 6.0. Tuesday 2nd February 18:00 I fed Jesus 3L of transition nutes which produced 800ml runoff (27%). I lowered the odd branch. It looks like the veg growth is slowing down now. [22°C/59%] DAY 42 -------- Wednesday 3rd February 18:30 I fed Jesus 3L of transition nutes which produced 660ml (22%). Shes a beast drinking 3L per day now. I defoliated removing around 20% of the plants leaves, strictly removing older unhealthy ones, ones hanging over the edge that were burnt to a crisp by the heater, and then ones covering bud sites that I couldnt tuck. [23°C/54%] DAY 43 -------- Thursday 4th February 18:00 I fed Jesus 3L of transition nutes which produced 800ml runoff (26%). I have removed a couple more leaves and ensured the bud sites are open to light. [23°C/56%]

And this is how we successfully open week 9 - After fermenting a dose of PK compost tea at the end of last week, I poured it extensively. As always, he did them very well. They also need significantly more water again. I have now also increased the humidity a bit, because there is currently drier indoor air in the room of the cultivation area. Let's see how long I leave my Sweet Seeds ladies. I'll decide that at short notice. Sour Jealousy will then be able to enjoy all the space to bloom at her disposal. Both Sweet Seeds now only get purified and aerated water and only enriched with enzymes. It is now time to signal to both to use up their reserves. After all, their genetically pre-programmed life cycle is significantly shorter than that of sativa-dominant strains - for example, Sour Jealousy from Fast Buds. She is only now really starting to flower, while the indica dominant strains are moving towards the glorious end. I have also already been able to positively determine how practical and thought through to the end 2 Sanlight panels really make sense. I am not primarily concerned with more power through the lighting, but also and above all, I am concerned with the homogeneous illumination at 11 degrees inclined positioning of the solar panels. But even during sports I was in the vaporizer with Dark Devil and it supported me mightily during training. Maybe it depends on the activity at the time of consumption, haha I find it very fruity in taste and smell. Very sweet terpene spectrum. And not very top-heavy. A wonderful body high. Worries and fears - as if blown away… Some here on growdiaries describe meticulously exactly how they give what, when and how much of it to the plant, etc. I prefer to keep a diary for my passion in a different way. With passion and feeling. I feel my plants. And talk to them. They also listen to chilled music. Addendum about the one, Lady Dark Devil 😈, which had to be harvested too early: And yet: Dark Devil gives me a deep inner satisfaction in my existence. Nothing upsets me. Nothing can disturb me, because I am one, with myself and my environment. I can only feel gratitude for that. It gives me this broad, generous sense of inner peace. For me, inner peace means balance, equanimity, even-mindedness, harmony, and stability. And that's exactly what a noble special effect means to me. When a weed variety can develop medicinal qualities. When THC simply has a more complex effect on my organism, than just the usual power high. And if, a plant that hasn't even had the opportunity to reach its full potential, can do that, it has passed all the requirements of a cannabis variation, with flying colors. And on top of that, she seems incredibly graceful and elegantly feminine to me. It's just something very special: She's a Sweet Seed! Oh I see, I'm writing a real diary here... 😜 But I love that. I love grow diaries. Look at the brave girl. She forgives me for topping, training, defoliating and in the end: that I have to kill her. But I know then for sure, that she knows, that I really loved her. And the fascinating homogeneity. Totally instructive. It behaves like a photoperiod phenotype, unbelievable but true! on 14.09.2024 I moved her to the grow room with the others. So it's almost 9 weeks. I'm curious to see if she holds out. But I think so. It seems incredibly energetic and relatively relaxed to me. I'm mentally very busy with her right now. Every morning I comb through her leaf picture. Make impressions of the smallest changes. I currently have Pk boosters or tea with her every third day, alternating. And in between only purified water with enzymes. Dark Devil and Big Devil I let slowly starve and then die of thirst. They consumed the last booster 4 days ago. She (Sour Jealousy) currently swallows 2.5 liters per day. That's really a lot. And in the morning she wants to have something again. I think the lamps tickle out their full potential. I meticulously defoliated her and now she stands happily and despite all the exertions, like a star in the sky. My star. 🌟 Sour Jealousy is really crazy, I can say that. And the coolest highlight will be: Lady Jealousy will soon be able to enjoy the whole place in the sun for the "grande finale". The smell of the two Sweet Seeds totally upsets me! I would like to bite into it. Its killing me softly. Very few leaves have a few dark small spots or dots at the tips of the leaves. (Sour Jealousy) Many thanks to BerrySweetHighhat. I think the same. Will probably be calcium. She gets this from the Bio PK Booster. I keep calm and don’t panic, it’s organic. ;-)) Sour Jealousy: Today I cleaned out small shoots again & defoliated them from below up. I think there were still too many young little shoots. Now everything should be distributed quite well. We'll see. Tomorrow I will probably harvest both Sweet Seeds. Hello everybody! Today it's Dark and Big Devil's attack. It's about time. Lady Jealousy will be allowed to use the full 0.64 sqm of cultivation area for herself from today. Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

18/02: The plants sugar leaves are starting to turn yellow being a good sign they are nearly done. Added more cable ties as again the colas are getting too heavy for the actual stalks. Should be a good harvest. Few more days on the nutes then to flush.

7/20: All three are doing great. I'm hoping to extend Plant 1's vegetation week so that the others catch up to her for the flip, which is eventually coming. I added RapidStart this week. I've heard great things, we shall see. More root, more fruit. Trimmed 2 lower fan leaves that were not getting any light. 7/21: Our time is drawing near for the flip! Are those........ STIPULES? 7/22: LSTing hard. Much good. Nutes niiiice. She's just letting me bend her all sorts of ways for that light. 7/23: LST for you and me, to grow some weed so happily... la la la 7/24: They are just perky tonight! 7/25: Last day of week 4. I started some bloom nutes this morning to prep, and tomorrow I lollipop 'em! I also got a new microscope for the trichomes later on, can't wait to see what's photos and videos I get.

Wow! These really do flower fast! Loving them so far! I have other plants on the same time line that are not even close to this progression! Started with the bloom nutes, did a little defoliation and she’s off! I did find a pollen sack on a lower and just peeled it off🤷‍♀️🏻
