Day Zero: Seeds from FASTBUDS. Cotton pads washed with purchased water, moistened with the same water. I immersed two seeds in each cotton pad. In an ordinary plastic bag, put the discs and inflated with air. The first day: 24 hours passed, the seeds showed white roots, left in the bag in its original state for another day.

she is doing great ... growing thick and bushy. she has about 6 main steams and multiple strong-looking branches on each of the main stems. her roots look good even though they are not bleached white, i should put a microscope on the roots one of these days to see the micro root hairs that high-pressure aeroponics tends to promote in plants. i was not sure how to grow her out - i like canopies but she branched out too much to grow in a 2'x2' space so i may have to scrog her in a larger space. i must learn how to ask plants to self-fim as she did - i have never done such a good job with my own hands, and may never.

So this week the tent really started filling up, lots of new growth probably going to flip next week just giving the mac 1 time to root in a new 7 gallon bag as she was far too big for her 3 gal one and is definitely female 😀 I’m planning on just keeping all six at this point harvesting as plants/branches are ready. heavy defoliation is in order soon

Back plant growing so fast, taller then the other and roots going into the water below already. Small plant up front has been going slower from the start. Slow to poke its head out and look at the light and has been behind ever since.

Unfortunate Week... Honey cream had a couple of "budrot" spots forming due to droplets of water dripping into the flower and not drying (99%humidity nights)... Thankfully those buds were cut down and she doesn't seem to be producing any more "budrot".. Apart from that, the smell is amazing on her. Power Flower is going nicely too, but seems to not have too much smell...

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and not sure if she’ll make it to week 12. Still doesn’t have the percent of amber that I’m looking for so she’s still going. Gonna flush her tough tomorrow with some sledgehammer and pH’d water. Day 72 - Still not ready for chop but she’s plumping up quite a bit. Gave her 1.5 gallons of water with foxfarm’s sledgehammer and hopefully can get all the nute pushed out so she can finish strong. Day 73 - Getting closer but she’s still not there yet so hopefully this next week she’ll start bulking up more and trichs amber before chopping. She’ll keep going until the trichs are how I want them. Day 74 - She’s still chugging along and not quite ready yet. Each day she fills up with more trichs and not at the milky too amber ratio I’m looking for. Hopefully by the end of the week. Day 75 - Thinking she’ll be ready for chop this weekend. Nothing else really going on, just waiting to chop. Not sure if I should continue giving her water or just let her dry up until she’s done. Day 76 - Still just waiting on this girl to finish. Whenever I think she’s close, she throws a million more clear trichs at me so really no clue now when she’ll be finished. Might do one more push of foxfarm sledgehammer tomorrow and then just let her be till she’s done. Try and get as much nutes out of her and I can. Day 77 - End of week 11 and flushed her with a gallon of water and 15ML of Foxfarm Sledgehammer, PPM is down to about 223 so hopefully she’ll go into her final push and be ready for chop sometime this weekend. Still not a whole lot of amber trichs so until she’s got the ratio I want, she’ll keep going.

This is an outdoor light depravation run on 3 Purple Push Pops(PPP). These were clones on May 5. I’m running this outdoor light dep grow side by side with my indoor garage grow. Each strain and site is set up to finish over 4 week period (July -Aug ). After they’re all finished I’ll post an average per strain in both the indoor and outdoor sites. That is, if I finish…. ____________________________ Two weeks ago at solstice they showed signs of flowering so I decided to go for a light dep grow and avoid the 100 degree days in September. I’m also trying to avoid moths and caterpillars, which frequently lay at night. These are outside during the day and placed into a closet at night. I have multiple issues to deal with: light leaks, high humidity and ventilation in the closet. Growing outdoors is easy, hand watering is a pain. I have some pumps and drip systems but moving them every morning and evening makes that hard to connect and disconnect every time. So, this is just a test and we will see how things go. I’m also growing a few black cherry gelatos, both in and out. So check those out. Best of luck on your grow.

🌸 Mentha de Croco | Week 2 Flower (Week 13 from Seed) Grow Style: Indoor | Medium: Pro-Mix HP | Feed Program: Aptus Holland Clean Program | Genetics: Mentha de Croco by Terpyz Genetics Lighting: FOG LED Black Series | Controller: TrolMaster Photoperiod: 11/13 (Light/Dark) Camera: Sony A6000 capturing all the vibes ⸻ This week marks a major chapter in our Mentha de Croco mutant hunt: the second week of flower — and the official reveal of who’s who in the garden. As expected with regular seeds, we had both males and females, and this was the week we identified them all. From the original 12 beans, 5 revealed themselves as proud ladies while the rest — equally stunning in structure and expression — turned out to be males. 🌿 💚 Let’s talk about regular seeds and plant sex: Regular seeds are unsexed, meaning they can become either male or female. It’s a 50/50 genetic roll of the dice — and with unique mutant genetics like these, identifying sex isn’t always easy early on. Males typically show small pollen sacs, often referred to as “bananas” in their early stage. Females develop pistils, the first hairs of the flowers we’re after. Male plants, while beautiful and structurally fascinating (especially in this mutant project), can compromise a flowering room if left unchecked. Their pollen can fertilize female plants, leading to seeded buds — great if breeding, not great for clean flower. So, we say goodbye, thank them for their beauty, and move forward with the ladies to full bloom. The males? They’ll return to the earth as beautiful compost. 🌱✨ ⸻ This Week’s Feeding Schedule (Aptus Holland Clean Program): • Regulator – Strengthening cell walls and stress resistance • System Clean – Sanitizing the water lines (preventative, even if not in a system) • RO Water Conditioner – Prepping and balancing the base • All-in-One Liquid – Increased dose this week to 1.5 ml/L • Breakout Powder – Boosting early flower development • EC: 1.26 • pH: 6.0 • Water Temp: 18.6°C ⸻ 🌿 Canopy Update: All plants are now under SCROG netting — not because these particular girls needed it, but because they share the space with other cultivars. It’s all about harmony in the garden. The stretch is beginning, and the light intensity has been dialed up to match — PPFD around 800. We’re thrilled to see some early floral development already peeking through. The ladies are loving the new rhythm, and it’s clear they’re ready to shine in this next stage. ⸻ 📸 Captured Moments: This week’s shots include closeups of the male flowers for educational purposes, so the community can see what early male traits look like — especially in complex, mutant-style expressions. All captured with the Sony A6000 under those rich contrasts of dark and light. ⸻ 🙏 Shout Outs & Love: Much love and thanks to the brilliant minds at Terpyz Genetics for the wild beauty of these beans, Aptus Holland for the clean and powerful nutrition, TrolMaster for the precision control, and Future of Grow for the innovation we grow under. And of course — endless gratitude to the Grow Diaries community, the growers, the learners, the lovers and even the haters — it’s all energy, and it all fuels the passion. 💚 📲 Don’t forget to follow the journey on Instagram and YouTube — always sharing the love and the lessons 🌍 Genetics - Mentha De Croco Nutrition - @aptusholland https://aptus-holland.com/ Led Power @ F.O.G. &&&&&__ WEEK 4 VEG / FINAL TRANSPLANT COMPLETE___&&&&& ***!!!!FOGGER WORKS AWESOME!!!!*** Introduced and created the ultra sonic fogger humidifier. This thing rocks it works so damn well. Being in Arizona we have ZERO humidity plus if you have AC to cool it just takes the humidity out anyways. This thing only effects the tent and its hooked up to a constant supply line and float so zero hassle. No... if your wondering it doesnt soak anything inside the tent it leaves ZERO water marks moisture or residue absolutely no spotting on anything including the lights. ---->👌I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS SETUP FOR ANYONE IN A LOW HUMIDITY SITUATION. 👌<----INSPIRATION AND CREDIT : 👽 This on https://allgrowers.grobo.io/t/everything-flora-flex/4636/1192. (12/23-12/29, days 56 to 62) Hope everyone enjoys the pictures. I will try to add a video and black back or cover pics by end of week every week. Week 6 Notes & Observations: No new issues to note, no mites found after the first and I have used Spinosad twice now just in case. P2 is getting stressed over ties and no ring, so I decided they will both go on a ring after i broke another branch without realizing it. Found it the next day and then topped the other side to gain two colas there - still 8 set but with varied start time's and points. Still looking to flip around new year’s day. Day 58 (last feed was day 55) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, this time P1 weighed 12lbs 1oz. (12lbs 10oz before last feed) and P2 weighed 11lbs 8oz before feed (11lbs 8oz before last feed). Each plant got 1.5 gallons of purified water with a mix of Veg/Bloom Mix concentrates - 300ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2) and 190ppm Bloom Mix (recipe on week 5) with 1.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) . The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.75ph (6.25 last time). After feed this time, P1 weighed 21lbs 5oz and P2 also weighed 21lbs 11oz (both weighed 20lbs 9oz after last feed). I got ~8 cups of runoff on P1 and 10 cups on P2 this time (8 cups of runoff on P1 and 8 cups on P2 after last feed). Runoff for P1 ph was 6.42 with 970ppm (6.36 with 1110ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.41 with 980ppm ( 6.35 with 1170ppm last feed). no top soil tests this time as ph is mostly showing no issues - next feed will be 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated water and 6.5 to 6.75ph again - I dont see any issues from feed or training.

day 44 - The growth process continues unabated. I am waiting for the desired size. 8 days after flowering it didn't grow as much as I thought it would, so we went back to the growing season. 👽 day 49 - I decided not to cut the leaves anymore after much defoliation. It easily tolerates strong stress easy to grow.
