My second hydro grow and it seems I failed a bit here: 1. Too little defoliation and airflow 2. More light to mid and lower branches. Low light and low airflow made the buds stretch a lot and be airy, not taking much light made them white and mostly tasteless (cardboard taste). Upper branches brings the sweet taste of this strain up but effects were quite low. Even thou the high is enjoyable and taste from upper buds are tolerable. Lower and mid buds gone to trash unfortunately. I'll stop for this Summer with Hydro, but will try my 3th time in winter

Hey Growers & Tokers! Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! A week has passed since the 21-day defoliation. These pictures were taken on day 27 of flower. Defoliation is showing its fruits, no signs of stress. Bud sites are growing day by day. Curious to see how these buds develop. I'm hoping the main colas turn out one big bud. Figures crossed. Did a little plucking this week, nothing too noticeable.. Smell is starting to come in, can't quite put my finger on it yet. Still feeding every other day. No signs of deficiencies, that's great. Next week i'll start giving her a PK booster. That's it for this week hope you're enjoying this progress like I am. Somehow I counted weeks in a silly way, so I thought this was week 8 but it's still week 7. LoL. Plant is doing great anyway, She's big, exceeding 70 cm diameter, With so many colas at canopy level I expect her to yeld very big fo an Autoflowering strain, The training succesfully shaped her resulting in 10 branch reaching the top canopoy level. To me the key to a good training is timing, much more than continuous adjustment. This plant was bent just one time on main stem and one another time little later the branches. We had rainy days so I used a dehumidifier for a day or two, now it's dry again outside so no need for it anymore. She's still thirsty like a bitch as she drinks 5 liters of water every two day. Maybe I'll make a drip sistem for my next grow, watering has been boring lately. I'm not giving her anything to the end now, she's doing fine like this. The humus coupled with slow release fertilizer is doing a great job. She has some nitrogen excess to me, but she's the only plant to show it in a batch of 6. The issue seems very small to me anyway. Day 48 checked trichomes, some is turning milky already, can't wait for the buds to ripen :) Ciao Bottanico

Hi guys Welcome in the last weekly upgrade 🙂 In the end ten weeks of flowering for this beautiful phenotypes of the brand new DOS SI DOS # 33 For being precise today (the same day where I have do the photos on the top) we are at 68 days of flowering.. I probably will doing harwest in one or two days , so we will arrive at day n°70.. I have still prefere to continue her maturation because she tell me to do that.. So , she decide it.. She know when it's ready , and in some way she tell it us , if we listen.. Probably it's a thinks comes from mind of a stoner , but for me it work well 👌 Anyway.. She's was easy to grow , specially using this Living Soil Hig-Brix recipe I have make.. The resin production it's very very good , super sticky glue 🔥 Like I say in previous weeks.. The aroma reminds me a lot of a Kush earthy , spicy with some other notes like citrus , but faraway for now.. After the cut I will dry it properly , for 7 to 10 days in temperature around 20/22°C and ur 55/60% , the entire plant.. After that , when the branches are dry but before the crack sound , I will do a nice manicuring and then I put the flowers in a browbag for one or two days , it depends.. Then , when I will think the moinsture of the buds can be good , I will put the flowers in to the jar.. Not all full but just for 3/4.. And then I will start the curing process.. Usually after the first time I have put the buds in to the jar , I leave it closed for 24 h.. After this full day closed , I will start to open up the jar four times a day every six hours for the first week.. And then I will doing it for about three to four weeks , and every week I will open the jar one time less.. Sometimes I change the metod , but the final product it's always be the same.. But when I will finish this process I show you in a video how the ash it's and especyally how it's will burn , nice and slowly without still continue to light up.. Unfortunately now I can't do nothing for show you how clean and rich can be the taste.. I hope for the future.. Anyway.. The first test will be around half may and after that I can be able to posting the harwest rewiew.. The time has come, here we are into the first couple of days of flowering, slightly upset because I can’t look at them during the day and their light cycle runs at night but I have to get used to, I used to spend hours staring at them. My Gf told me to get for a second into the feeling of the plants and imagine this human look at me for hours 🤣🤣 I have to admit that would be slightly creepy and they don’t know yet that I’ll chop them down and smoke ☠️ Enjoy fellow growers ☮️✌️🏼😎

D92/FD64 - Nothing new to report here...pistils darkening some and retracting so getting there. Not really that frosty I must say but then again, no UVB on them to give them that boost! Still feared for the 2 big girl colas, they were nearest the Botrytis outbreak on the Red Hot Cookies - bought a Hotbox Sulfume (and about 50 other potential organic pesticide options from Potassium Bicarb to Trichoderma/Bacillus mixes!!! :P ) for the next run but thinking of an emergeny couple of 2 hour blasts to ensure any spores in there killed as if I dont, I may have nothing at all at the end of this! It's either live with a *possible* taste (A lot of people seem to say short blasts, a couple of days apart, leaves no [discernable] taste, even v. late in flower - plus most finishers/flushers are high in Sulfur as the plant uses it for terps/oils and the likes) or no taste as everything is for the firepit!!! Apart from that, just monitoring for any weird changes to sugar leaves that may imply signs of trouble. Happy growing all!!! 💪

Some pretty good growth over the past week. Got them out of their cups and into buckets. Seeing as this is a pheno hunt, not planning to veg too long so should be able to train them up with no problem on space. They are happy and loving life so far. Tons of roots at the bottom of the net cup so shouldn’t have any issue going forward. Excited to see what is to come 🙌🏻

Tag 42 - Beginn der 7 Woche. Die Pflanze entwickelt sich gut. Für die Größe der Pflanze produziert sie massive eisige Buds, die schon relativ stark duften. Der pH-wert wurde minimal von 6.5 auf 6.6 erhöht. Beschnitten oder entlaubt wurde nichts mehr und werde ich voraussichtlich auch nicht mehr. Gedüngt wurde an Tag 38 der letzten Woche. Nährstofflösung: 1 ml/l - Big Bud Advanced Nutrients 1 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B.
