3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

These two are looking like their gonna be different pheno types cause Grapey Walter #1 has remained short and wide af but Grapey Walter #2 is towering over all the others in height which shouldent be a problem, also Grapey Walter #1 is flowering a bit slower than the rest 👌🏻 Still looking good, starting to frost up now also added an 4” air intake and hung it up to blow air across the canopy.

Buds are fattening nicely and the 2 plants are receiving nutrients well. Will stop the PK in the next few days before scaling back on the A/B next week before fluching for the last fortnight. looking forward to harvesting this clone as I've just ran out of the bounty from her mother. These plants are at the front and to the right in the timelapse videos.

Meine Ladys befinden sich nun in der zweiten Veg. Woche unter der Lampe von TZLed.de und scheinen sich Pudel wohl zu fühlen. DIese Woche werde ich sie einfach ganz normal wachsen lassen, bevor es dann in Woche 3 langsam ans LST geht.

I apologize for the few photos but unfortunately they really filled the box and I find it difficult. overall I have to say they look in perfect shape! Keine Komplikationen, alle Pflanzen sehen gesund aus und entwickeln sich gut. Der Lichtzyklus wurde über 6 Tage hinweg schrittweise reduziert, jeden Tag eine Stunde weniger Licht. Heute ist der erste Tag mit 12/12 Licht-Dunkel-Zyklus und damit der offizielle Start der Blütephase. Erste Anzeichen der Blüte sind sichtbar, Internodienabstand nimmt zu, das Wachstum verlagert sich in die Höhe. Keine Mangelerscheinungen oder Stressanzeichen. In den kommenden Tagen wird das Stretching genau beobachtet. Ab nächster Woche beginnt das Monitoring der Vorblüten.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

Flower starting to form now for the fast buds the white widow is miles behind and so is the ww, first time in a new room & the mega pots has resulted in plants to big for my room the autopot ones look alot better tho get there eventually 😎soon hopefully the purple lemonade smells incredible.

Well as always This week has brought some amazing growth and all that stickiness and dankiness is finally coming in !!! The Kosher Kush #2 (very front) is definitely a little bit ahead in bud development the smell on this plant is remarkably similar to the CANDYLAND strain it has a very sweet/ OG KUSH smell to it .. best words to descrine it would be a sweet sterling silver kush smell lol! The WASHING MACHINE’s are also starting to get their smell and you can just feel how sticky the nugs are going to be already makes your fingers stick together.. the smell off of this one is remarkably similar to Girl Scout cookies!! And you can already see the zombie look of the buds ! And finally the BLUEBERRY is smelling fantastic like a walk through a field of berries and strawberries and orange hairs are already popping out ! I had to do some HST to her but she came back by the next light cycle ! Well anyways guys im super excited for this harvest I know this is going to be some beautiful smoke 🌸🌹 ~ GARCIAS’S GARDEN P.s. Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way.
