This plant during her life have passed trough many issues but she overcame them all and she express an incredible vigor. This week I just added some straw on the ground and I have watered with a solution of EM that I made, also a light solution of molassa have been added to the foliage OMG is not even possible to make a diary longer than 30 weeks here lol 555555

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

The growth is amazing this week i killed some aphids and fed her some fish fertilizer and bat guano…flowers should be coming in this week. This would be a smokable plant for sure not seeds producing.

May 27th-29th Trellis net is getting full and plants looked good, could’ve flipped to 12/12 but my smart self completely forgot about that flowering stretch so I vegged them till I saw a “good height” lmao I know but it’s my first grow leave me alone lol

There is so much to discuss ! I have been extremely busy as of late trying to get this Harvest together, but i am happy to have it here for you now ! I Seriously under estimated the amount of time, help from others, and my own necessary skills to pull this off.. and i still kind of screwed it up lol ! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... I wouldn't make it any other way :) If even ONE of you reading this diary finds it helpful to reference for ANYTHING.....even if its "what not to do" ill consider it a success ! i like the structure of this plant, its a beautiful and stable genetics, really great to try, she's already getting more tricomes and starting to smell more, lets see how it goes the next weeks but i think that at the moment its looking good 😊

2021-12-19 This is the final Week of Vegetation, a few days ago the " Puddin" Plant got ahard training. Today she looks like nothing happened she took the Training like aDarling My dog loved the training too. because she loves to eat the Leaves. Wow! I thought it took off last week but this week has set a new record. This plant is bushy as hell. I've done a lot of LST this week, but it seems like every day there's a new tallest branch that needs to be roped up and tied down to the sides. My hetero life partner says I am being mean to the poor P.Sprout, but it is tough love and sprout will grow up stronger this way. Each day I've taken a branch that has grown about an inch above the rest and tied it with masons twine in a loop to the edge of the Ebb and Flow container and attached it with a binder clip. The next day there's some new growth that's taken its new light and shot up past the canopy and the process repeats. Interestingly the primary two shoots that came from topping are growing very slowly after being pulled off to the sides-- kind of falling behind the shoots coming out of their nodes. I've now tied off 7 shoots to the edges of the container and I'll probably have two more committed to light bondage tomorrow. I'm still struggling with the plant wilting in the evenings. By 6 or 7pm everything is looking a little sad and droopy. I've tried changing flooding schedules 2x, 3x, and 4x a day during the 18 hour lights on but it always seems to happen around the same time now. Temperature is not an issue as the temps at the plant are around 27C and the tent has been below 25C. I'm going to try upping the number of waterings to 5x 6x 7x and 8x this week. The webcam running the timelapse also flaked out a bunch this week but that has been resolved.

Hello world, 🇬🇷 the previous week had a lot of growth for the ladies...meanwhile Michelle has been switched to 12/12...the switch was made 9 days ago and she is showing her first pistils...this diary however will follow Angie and Lucy who are growing outdoors and will be in vegetative stage for a lot more weeks...So, let's begin this new week... ===================================== WEEK 8:"DON'T FEAR THE NIGHT" ☠️Day 50...I stand and stare at Michelle trying to see those tiny first pistils...It is still windy so I have to move them around all day...I have a safe spot but its not sunny...Angie and Lucy are OK,still getting taller...this week I will be using Enhancer again as well...I have a small fear every time I use it because of the ph issue...what I have to admit is that Green House Feeding until now has been perfect...I have been giving only water and some top dressing of it and I don't have any deficiencies till now...the plants are vigorous with a very healthy green colour... ☠️Day 51💧today I watered with 3 L each...they drink like beasts...I top dressed Michelle with Bio Bloom from GHF...eat my girl,eat...I have already put Bio Bloom when transplanted but a little more will not harm her... ☠️Day 53...💧I thought giving them 3 L of water would keep the coco wet for long,but they drink like beasts...had to water again today... ☠️Day 54...Michelle is having a tough time for 12 hours in the closet...I can feel the heat and the CO2 when opening it in the morning...however she looks fine and flowering... ☠️Day 55...💧watered again...the outdoor girs will not be on time for the contest and that makes me nervous...I hope they extend the deadline for all of us who grow outdoors...and those who got the seeds late...please GHSC...give us some time😄 🌸🌸Today Michelle is completing the second week since the light flip...she is growing pistils everywhere and I love watching her...
