This little lady is turning out to be a piglet just like her sister. She is drinking so much I though I had a leak in my auto drainage system because I came after a few days out of town and the 32 gallon reservoir was almost empty but so was my drain bucket outside the tent. I opened the tent expecting it to be soaking wet on the floor but there was not a drop of water, so I had to up her watering to 5 gallons per day to even get a quart of runoff. I also had to remove the mini dehumidifier and replace it with a full size dehumidifier to keep the tent under 50% RH. I also have a full size dehumidifier running outside the tent and it is keeping the RH at around 40% outside the grow tent. She is starting to smell very nice and grapey, not overpowering yet when you open the tent, but I feel like in a few weeks she will definitiely be there. Hola!! pues si no me equivoco llevamos 75 dias desde que se empezaron a germinar y estamos en el segundo dia de la 5º semana de floracion. Son 12 plantas, 9 Mimosa GB y 3 Harlequin CBD de @gbstrains @GbTheGreenBrand @growbarato Os he dejado muchas fotos de todas las plantas para que veais como se van formando todos los cogollitos. En especial he metido varias fotos de una de las Mimosa GB que ha sido la mas baja y a la vez con mas ramas satelites de todas y en una de esas ramas satelites la cola principal esta mutando como veis en las fotos. Dicha cola es mas grande y esta mas alta que la cola ppal. He estado leyendo sobre ese mutacion que se llama "poliploide" y bueno muchas cosas que no entiendo jajajajjj pero bien, es bonita y se fumara :D CORREGIDO XD la poliploidia es cuando le pasa atoda la planta xd, lo mio es fasciacion xd fascinacion es lo que siento :D La pasada 4º semana de floracion, he regado practicamente todos los dias con nutrientes dado que aprecie una carencia de nutrientes en general, ya sabeis hojas claritas incluso con tonos amarillentos. Creo que se esta corrigiendo y muestra de ello es que no ha avanzado ese color amarillo y ademas las plantas estan todas de punta, pidiendo luz con mucha fuerza, resinando y engordando como nunca. Had a panic attack this week!!! Found some little fast moving crawlers on my mulch. Most were on the leaves I had trimmed off during defoliation. I come to find out they are a type of mite that eat the decaying foliage and were likely already within the soil itself. Luckily no problem at all. Lots of new growth and they all seemed to respond well to the little LST and HST I’ve used (topping and fimming). Almost daily I come in and press the tops out or down to help spread the canopy before trellising. The purple queen is truly the most impressive lady in the garden at this point. The Citradelic Sunset is a close second. Both plants are expressing 11 finger fan leaves and have very thick branches. I’ve had to raise my lights to 60” and everything has responded very well. They received about 4 cups each of compost tea this week. I backed off my watering schedule to help with the soil saturation.

Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Ohhhh Snap!!!

My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. This plant did not need a lot of defoliation if any at all. I just trimmed some of the lower nodes off as they would not get all that much light once it started to stretch and tied back some of its branches so it was a bit more even. The growth pattern on this plant vs the others in the tent this aorund is completely different. its so floppy and bendy, I have a feeling I am going to need to break a lot of branches come flower time to keep it from sky rocketing to the top of the tent. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. The second week of flowering and they're absolutely still stretching, hopefully it comes to a stop before the tops reach a 55 DLI level - height 😅 They've been so thirsty and blooming wonderfully! Even the two pots with my pollen chucking Do-Si-Do/Blue Blizzard cross have been doing well 😎 Even though they haven't been top dressed or had direct light in a month! It's almost as if they grow like weeds 😆 It's been a pretty easy time so far, I think I might even be done tucking branches as I've got a canopy that's even enough for me.
