Starting a second seed of this Wedding Cake strain from Lifted, a rec grower. The first seed has some interesting mutations going on that I did not see in any of the four plants last year. Hopefully this one comes out strong and uniform. If it does, I’ll likely clone it and hit the clone with some colloidal silver to reload. I have 9 seeds left, but it would be nice to have some extras. I really scored with these seeds. I put a few photos of a plant from the same seed stock. As you can see, the plant is very robust. I also found it very durable, pest and weather resistant. It also provides high yields. The research I’ve done says that Lifted’s Wedding Cake strain comes from a clone of the Seed Junky strain, which I believe to be the original strain. Whether the seeds I found in my rec store purchase are from cross pollination, genetics or stress, I’m not sure. However, given that I popped 4 seeds last year and had four females, I feel pretty confident that the seeds are from stress or genetics. So they would be feminized. No topping, just some serious LST. This year, I plan to top the stronger of the two and FIM the other.

We are very close to the harvest. One more week and it's good to go. Feeding with water only. No more nutrients. Aroma from this plant its incredible, its like a very good man's perfume. Musky with fruit like tangerine and mango. Incredible.

Hoffe nach den Überraschungen in der letzten Woche verlaüft diese wieder ruhiger. Habe den Leitwert des Drain bei beiden Pflanzen auf ph6 und 2000 microSiemens Ende letzter Wiche reduziert bekommen. Interessanter Weise waren die Leitwerte bei den Pflanzen trotz exakt gleicher Wasser/Düngergabe um den Faktor 2 auseinander. Der ph-wert lag bei beiden bei 4,8 [Warum auch immer]. Hab die Werte durch Spülen mit Leitungswasser und Osmosewassermix mit Leitwert 500 auf die oben beschrieben Werte gebracht und hoffe das die Damen es mir verzeihen und mich trotzdem in 3 Wochen mit reicher und vor allem leckerer Ernte belohnen werden. Gieße jetzt jeden 2Tag, so viel, dass genügend Drain entsteht um die Werte zu kontrollieren. Drain liegt bei Ph ca. 6,0 bei max 2,5mS andernfalls wird mit Osmose oder Leitungswasser (0,8mS und Ph7.2) gegegengehalten. Da sie in Stofftöpfen stehen, ist es hoffentlich nicht so dramatisch etwas zu viel Wasser zu bekommen.

Diese Woche war für die Pflanzen eine große Belastung, da sie in den Keller umgezogen sind. In der Wohnung wurde es einfach zu warm. Die Box hat einen Zuluftschlauch bekommen, sodass immer Frischluft von außen kommt. Die Abluft wird auch nach außen abgeführt. Der Keller wird zusätzlich mit einem Amazon Badezimmerlüfter belüftet. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit konnte somit im Durchschnitt auf 60 Prozent gesenkt werden. Bei Regen hatte ich auch schon Höchstwerte von 82 Prozent in der Box. Dazu habe ich einen zusätzlichen Handylüfter in der Box installiert, der 40 Watt hat und für gute Belüftung sorgt. Zusätzlich baue ich mir nächste Woche ein Belüftungssystem mit KG-Rohren. Ich nehme zwei Stück und installiere sie an der Zuluft der Box. Dann werden sie am Rand der Box platziert und Löcher rein gebohrt, um die Pflanzen von unten zu belüften. Die Rohre kommen auf die ganze Fläche von 1,5 Metern. Was den Dünger betrifft, kann ich nur sagen, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Buds werden langsam echt fett. Die Pflanzen weisen keine Mängel auf, bis auf Calzium-Magnesium, das zusätzlich über das Gießwasser eingebracht wird. Apropos Gießwasser: Ich habe mir Tropfer und ein 100-l-Autotop-Flexi-Tank bestellt. Dazu ausführlicher Bericht nächste Woche, so wie zu der ab und zu Luft. Die Lampen laufen mittlerweile auf 100 Prozent. Die Titan sind mittlerweile im Schnitt 75 cm groß, so wie die Cosmos. Diese Pflanze ist sehr durstig und bekommt mehr Wasser als die anderen und ist im Umfang deutlich größer als die Titan und Epsilon. Die Epsilon sind ca. 55 cm im Durchschnitt, haben aber die dicksten Buds. Wichtigste Punkte: - Pflanzen in den Keller umgezogen wegen zu hoher Temperaturen in der Wohnung - Belüftungssystem installiert (Zuluft, Abluft, Badlüfter, zusätzlicher Lüfter in der Box) - Luftfeuchtigkeit im Durchschnitt auf 60% gesenkt - Neues Belüftungssystem mit KG-Rohren geplant - Dünger zufriedenstellend, Buds werden größer - Calzium-Magnesium-Mangel, wird über Gießwasser ausgeglichen - Neue Bewässerung (Tropfer, Flexi-Tank) bestellt - Lampen auf 100% - Titan und Cosmos ca. 75 cm, Cosmos durstiger - Epsilon ca. 55 cm, dickste Buds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!es fehlen noch Bilder Nachtrag kommt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Day 59 since seed touched soil. We have first proper sunny day in two month !!!! Thought to top up with PK, but its too early, they barely developed during those 11 days. Ducks develops slowly, but today beeing there in day time, i saw how forest occupied all space. This garden needs good bramble clearing, everything overgrew, only river bank gives them sun possibility. So in such conditions its not a surprise, that they are small and miss power... Think few good days sorted overwatering issues, leaves are straight and nice, colour healthy green, so it should be some smoke at the end. Will visit in 9 days to top up ;) This page went nuts totally, now photos uploaded in wrong format, can't rotate, nothing helps ..... Happy Growing !!!

Really into the massive stretch now I am having too move the climate control probe and thermostat every day now and these girls will soon cover the WiFi camera too , probably growing around 2 or 3 cm per 24 hours at this stage , " day 4 of week 5 " The tent is filling up nicely but the fbt7 is a clear winner so far , be is my cock up of snapping the main stem and fixing it ? The ftb7 is double the size of all the other 3 plants and is a very nice little bush , the smoothie has been very consistently healthy and vigorous and is around 22cm now and is one I did not lst , the BlackBerry has finally woken up and is now the same height as the others another plant I didn't lst , the c1 started very vigorously and was strong , them week 3 started too show signs of very early flower , she is now is fully fledged flower at week 5 and looking fantastic , and I was lucky enough too get all the side branches out and bend over the main cola too the netting and has made up for in lst what it lacked in size due too the early flowering ,

June 20 Week 8 All the plants are growing at a normal pace. I lost two the plants seedling. Water once this week. I noticed some yellow spots on some of the leaves. Happy grow. June 26th I got males, Please see pictures above for recognition of males. Happy grow!

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Both plants have almost stopped growing in heigth now and are in full flowering mode now. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) Plant #1 is 15 cm shorter than plant #2, but a little bushier. Both have grown very well and are strong and healthy. They get more and more flower clusters now and start to fill up all branches. Trichomes start to appear all over...the plants start to get sticky and develop a weak sweet aroma now. Its time to take off the biggest fan leaves now for defoliation, I took a round of pics before and after.
