Day 63 in flower…gonna harvest this 6k hps room this weekend got water last time today gonna be bone dry by this weekend…cut all fan leaves off and hang for 7+ days in same room

Coming along, I find the urge to just let it grow vertically but last grow I was a little underwhelmed with the spread once the canopy was past the stretch, I will look to continue LST , really starting to thicken up around the base. Plant must be feeling the need for extreme reinforcement of stem trunk as the extra weight of vertical growth on the long supporting stems have little in way of support. Filled waterbeads with a concoction of nitrogen, vitamin b, humic, phosphorus, omina. Added aluminum suplhate to help PH medium, strain likes it slightly acidic.

Hey fellow growers week 4 update of my blue dream grow!! So far this grow has been a smooth steady grow with little issue besides some heat issues. At 26 days old blue dream #4 showed sex!! At 27 days old blue dream #2 showed sex. So the power went out due to city power failure 6 hrs into the light cycle for the day. That was fun. Buds have started to put on some size, so thats great! We were also in the longest deep freeze where I live in 50 years so the basement ( grow room) got really cold... especially during the power outage. Leaves are showing purple due to ( what I believe) cold temps. Maybe the outtage actually helped them because since then they really started packing it on. Very nervous about the possibility of herming because of what happened but i am keeping a close eys on things.

Day 14- I gave her first “real” watering, 500 ml of extremely diluted nutrient solution. This was yesterday, and she is not showing and angry symptoms…yet. I just turn her around once in a while when I am in my tent tending the others, otherwise, not much thought this week. I still plan to let this one stretch tall before I start any LST, if I do. Space is a premium, and I am looking to get a feel for how this cultivar grows, as I have lots of these seeds.

deluxe slurbet are frosting up nicely and drinking about 2-2.3L of water every 2-2.5 days. The GSC are drinking 1/2 that amount and are showing major signs of what I assume to be cal/mag deficiency. I dished out a lot of cash to go with a more “organic” calcium source with Herculean Harvest (1/2 cost was shipping to Canada) but it doesn’t seem to be cutting it. Maybe the issue is Mg. Maybe it’s a disease … as these gsc always seem to have issues.. not sure Fed both cultivars cal mag at day 33

So the final day has come. Day 115. Wow she took 4 months! I struggled a little bit with cutting her, I had to do it with a handsaw. She is a chunky girl! I partially trimmed the plant, mostly removing any fan leaf left and any big leaf without trichomes on them. I consider this more of a pre-cleaning and not a real trimming. That will be done after the plant has dried in about 2 weeks It was quite nice to document my grow. This was my 3rd one ever. I will continue with the grows and journaling because it really makes things sound clearer in my head.
