Today officially starts week 4 of flower.. - The best part of my day is waking at 530am to open my tent and get a big whiff of that beautiful aroma. MMMM. Gave the girls a good watering this morning and picked out some dying vegetation from under the canopy to keep things clean. Humidity is still a bit low, but with all the vegetation in there I don't mind. I'd literally cry if I got bud rot or some crap like that. - I noticed that the critical kush stems seem kind of of flimsy compared to the other strains. No doubt it smells amazing, but as she puts on more weight it's likely to become a problem. Maybe I should consider silica on the next run.?! Of the 3 kiwi skunk phenos, only one seems to be producing any significant tricombs or smell. The other two look as though they will be good yielders, however, I seriously doubt any real potency. - Of the 9 plants I currently have growing, I would expect I'll probably only keep 3, maybe 4. There's no point wasting time on mediocre bud. - I think the pheno hunt is the best part of the growing process. Every seed is like having a new child. Sometimes, they grow up to be such beautiful creatures. Other times, you can tell their clock ain't ticking right. You can end up with fat high powered coals or those small, no good popcorn buds. And, at the end of the day, unlike kids and wives, you can throw them away and not feel sorry for ordering new replacements online when you get tired of their BS. - - - I love that my tent is right next to my desk. It's the best view anyone could ever ask for! 😍 - Went through today and pulled out a small bit of water leaves to increase airflow from the bottom up to the top, as well as to allow the light to reach deeper in to the canopy. I don't get too crazy with the plucking. Only if its covering another cola or overlapping causing moisture to build up on the leaves. It works well, in my case, to keep the humidity down and limits places for any potential pests to hide while flowering. I usually pull out a handful every other day or so. - - Switched my center light (600w) down to 50% (flower spectrum only) on the 28th. With all of my lights on full spectrum, there's more than enough light for the plants (~1200w eq). I noticed new pistils emerging that shouldn't be and I fear it's causing light stress and/or foxtailing to the critical kush, which is directly in the center of the tent. Since it happened on my last grow with the blue dream and it's not inherently genetic, I'll err on the side of caution this time around.

Had to rearrange everything and start using the 5 x 5 tent for all the flowering. Put the 11 Timber Grow Vero cobbs in the tent. Had to customize the frame to fit it in. Customize is code work for cut up. Did not change the cobb spacing at all, just made the overall frame slightly smaller. They fit good. The tent is bright. Had to install a 6" fan to the tent to get all the air moving and keep temperature reasonable. It's slightly higher, I will work on ways to lovering it. The OGKZ is bulking up and leaves are continue to turn darker all over the plant. A very pretty sight. The smell is stronger and buds are very frosty. Looks like the are getting heavy, might have to watch if they need. The hairs just started to turn orange, this plant may finish us sooner than thought. Cheers.

As I delve deeper into this exploratory phase, I draw invaluable insights from the thriving cannabis community, whose collective wisdom informs my decision-making process. Given my geographical location and available resources, I’ve opted for a strategic shift in my cultivation strategy. Previously, I’ve been procuring seeds at an average cost of $10 to $22 per seed, with a relatively broad success rate variance, ranging from 70% to 85%. However, an alternative presents itself in the form of local cultivators. These businesses offer cannabis plants aged between 2 to 4 weeks, boasting an impressive variety of over 100 strains. These juvenile plants are offered at a cost-effective rate: an average of $100 for eight plants. With a success rate hovering between 70% and 95%, these plants offer excellent value. Essentially, I can access pre-grown plants at a substantial discount, in turn significantly boosting my chances of success. Consequently, I am poised to transition away from growing cannabis from seeds to harvesting. By sourcing my plants from local cultivators, I stand to significantly reduce overhead and production time—an undeniably smart move from a business standpoint. This strategic pivot signifies the end of an era and the exciting beginning of a more efficient and cost-effective chapter in my cannabis cultivation journey. I am currently outlining a plan to expand my cultivation by acquiring several juvenile plants, which should be happening between July 1st and 3rd. The new additions to my garden will include Acapulco Gold, Gelato, White Truffle, and Runtz. These will be cultivated in harmony with the existing growth, which comprises God’s Gift, Northern Lights, and the final surviving F1 Epsilon. My primary objective is to establish the most efficient and cost-effective supply chain possible. I aim to achieve this through the use of an off-grid system that runs solely on solar power, which will ensure complete sustainability and renewability. From a business standpoint, this approach is advantageous as it allows me to leverage the growth of high-quality plants that are already in the cultivation phase. The new plants are expected to arrive in about a week. If the growth rate of the currently cultivated plants doesn’t meet expectations, I’ll be incorporating several of the newly arrived plants into the hydroponics systems. This methodical approach aims to ensure an optimal growth rate and the highest possible yield. I also wish to address the cannabis grower community directly. The autos are doing better than they were I got a new bottle of calmag cuz the older one was old. I still could use some warmer temps. I've been turning the exhaust fan down to the lowest level but the RH goes way up. I might move them into the tent with the HPS soon which settles around 82°f but that light makes the RH go way down so this whole thing is just a pain in the nuts.

Hello growers day 49 in the garden with the blue monster she is popping off she is standing at 83cm at the moment she looks very healthy thought I was going to have problems outside but she’s taking it very well loving the zami genetics I’m just going to keep feeding her and let her ride it out staring to get some nice buds starting to form now getting excited can’t wait to try her buds so until next week be safe and happy growing ✌️

1.8L with nutes on day 44 1.5L water only on day 47 2L with nutes on day 49 I Did some defoliation, cut some fan leaves and very small branches, I Know its an auto and you shouldn't, but those leaves blocked a lot of light. She's acting pretty weird this week Her leaves get wilt at the end of the day(light cycle) and stay like this for couple of hours and then rises back up. I know they usually drop their leave at the end of the day but this is not the case because its stay like this hours after lights goes on. WOW! shes still getting taller even its her 3rd week of flowering! WTH

No problems this week. Buds are now getting fatter, there is no purple colours at all. The smell is getting stronger and she is still taking full feeds. A very stocky plant.
