I really enjoyed forcing these plants to see their reactions, but I wouldn't do it again as a technique because it only serves to keep the canopy low but not to increase the yields...or...at least in my case I didn't find it of fundamental importance....maybe a simple cut of the apical top and that was it! but that's fine!😋

overall very satisfied with the results and can't wait for the drying and curing to finish so i can lit one up!! the growing process wasn't that hard until she stressed during one of the training sessions and i had to cut off 2 colas during the veg cycle. for my first harvest ever i'm pretty happy with this little beauty:) day 2 of drying: weight dropped by half. total is now 50g and there's some more to loose 🙈 started curing the buds after 4 days of drying- overall 20g of dried buds ------ first taste 👅 (2 weeks curing): man it was worth waiting for an acceptable curing time before digging in, i tried it twice before and i have to say that curing plays a huge role when it comes to flavors, scents and high (so basically all the aspects that matter). wasn't even close to what i'm experiencing right now. great high, the taste is great with yummy fruity aftertastes. also looks like the volume of the buds have decreased by about 30-40% but they got denser will wait some more to see how curing benefits this one! ------- update 11/19/20 i had the trimmed leaves freezes so i decided to make some coconut infused RSO

Removed a pair of the larger leaves to allow for more light to hit the side branches. As the pics show I've introduced a couple of ladybugs to see if they can actually be used for pest control. They've survived but look quite passive.. Not sure there's enough for them to eat :-).

This weeks been hot and dry. I've been doing everything I can to keep humidity up. I havent been feeding as much but lots of watering. Some defoliation but not very much. The bud sites are plentiful & numerous. The top sites have long pistols so I expect her to have large swelling buds. The strawberry gorilla seems to crave lots of sunlight so to say so keep the LED near max for best results! Check back next week to see just how fast she grows & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!

Day 68 and as you can see she's finally getting some decent trichome production and she is starting to smell in a good way.. this autoflower must have a decent amount of ruderalis in it as the site says we're looking at 14% THC which is on the low end but as we know it's not always about the numbers .. Hey Growmies. 😎This is a back post...sorry took me so long. Nov 8th (sunday) She looks nutrient deprived. Little did I know the VPN (low) was so far off after changing my pre-filter that the negative pressure wasn't allowing her to want to pull up nutrients. Has been a problem longer than I realized. I had no idea that my fan was too strong for my tent. Can kill a plant. Live and learn. So, now comes the story of nutrient toxicity because I DX wrong and gave some amendments and nutrients that she didn't need. So sad. . …. Soil PH is at 6.7 Watered about 3/4 gallon almost 1 gallon Growers recharge With soluble kelp Humic acid (20ml per gal dilution) NOV 9th RH is 52 and temp 72.5deg (RH is dropping due to increased airflow) She does not appear to be stressed this morning. Growth is still very slow but the new leaves appear to be healthy with no Brown tips. There's still New Growth appearing on the old nodes where fan leaves have been removed due to burning lower down on the stems. I'm hoping there's not much more lateral growth and more of a filling out so that I can flower.(room for the stretch) I hope the lower humidity is conducive to her growth and not going to cause Mite infestation due to stress and defenses down. On that note the tanglefoot needs to be reapplied. On about a 10-minute inspection I see no visible signs canoe leaves or might damage. The wettable sulfur seems to be stove in them off. I'm also doing my best to boost the immune system of the plant. I've been meaning to do a compost tea in order to infuse the soil with more microorganisms including both bacterial and fungi.  Still learning about “living soil” and probably making tons of mistakes but am bumbling through. NOV 10th Defoliation NOV 11th On this day she was still looking so deprived of nutrients. SHE WAS. Only not for reason of them not being in the soil. Environment was off and she was just protecting herself by not taking in the necessary food. I was of the midset to save her with soothing things which are good for “plant stress” and some nutrients. WRONG I was again. This is what I gave her that day. (A great combo but not what she needed) Soil PH 6 Growers recharge coconut water (30ml per half-gallon)  aloe juice (1/8 cup in half a gallon)  With soluble kelp  Humic acid (20ml per gal dilution)   NOV 12th IPM: Foliar spray right after lights out: micronized sulfur- 1/5 tbsp per 1/2 gallon ,Aloe Vera 2 tbsp, yucca extract NOV 13th removed some dead leaves Soil PH 6.5 pot was medium /heavy- leaving it so I can put compost tea on tomorrow evening.  Defoliated any dead growth and any tiny branches that didn't have a lot of nodes on them.  Changed the timer for the FAN to 15on and 15 off. I had upped the heat in the house to 72 deg instead of 71 and things are VERY DRY! Too dry for the temp. The VPD just way off here. Explains some of the dryness I am feeling on the leaf surfaces, slow growth etc. This climate issue has to be checked. Also, added back in a second humidifier! Brewing compost tea........

Diciamo che le ragazze dovevano tutte e due arrivare a maturazione, invece io magari stupidamente (anzi sicuramente) ho raccolto due settimane prima la ragazza alimentata con RQS organico fertilizzante,, solo che era in una posizione scomoda, bloccata dalla mia rete per fare scrog, che l ha molto penalizzata e soprattutto l aria da quale parti rimaneva sempre spesso umida e la ragazza ne ha sempre risentito da quando ha iniziato a fiorire, mentre l altra aha continuato il suo sviluppo diventando uno "scherzo della natura *🤣 per grossezza e densità delle cime e delle foglie ritorte accanto piene di resina e sode come fossero cime loro stesse!! 😺 Anche se cmq mi rendo conto che avrei potuto avere risultati migliori con le potenzialità che ho acquisto nel tempo, e spero nella prossima edizione indoor di dare il meglio di me stesso e dimostrare che posso essere all altezza in un paese contrario alla legalizzazione riesco a produrre un prodotto di qualità che ormai sono 3/4 anni mi permette di non dover entrate in contatto con criminalità organizzata per avere due canne da fumare... È questo per me è già un lusso spettacolare che mi posso permettere ma per cui ho sudato, lavorato per anni prima di averlo... Vabbe buon 420 a tutti!
