Thus, I've switch my 250w CFL for a Mars Hydro ts1000, heat increase to 24°C, I add 1ml of top bud in my water, buds have grown a lot and I can see some trichomes

Be happy get couple ounce off blueberryz she really stinks, very fruity and starting to get frosty. Limoncello looking amazing caked in trichs strong lemon and pine smell. Bud seem to get fatter and each time I look at her which is often she's a sexy plant.

Permanent marker has shown some really nice growth this week. The leaves are a nice, healthy green colour and overall. I'm very pleased with how she's getting on. We driving into Week no.6 here So far im still on love with this Strain. @Divine_Seeds have done here a very great Job! This Strain is by far one of the best Strains i ever grew! She is resistent of mold and all other pests. She loves to get training! She loves quality nutes! She loves quality Lights and Sun! And she loves when it is a little colder as usually! After germinating the seeds are transplanted into small pots with soil (see tutorial in VIDEO above). The soil is prepared with water mixed with a little bit of BIO NOVA Roots (0,5 ml/l), which aids the development of the seedling. Transplanting is very easy now, because they have grown a STRAIGHT tap-root while hanging during the SERIOUS' WAY of germination. This straight root allows for easy potting of the seeds. Simply make a little hole in the center of the soil with your pinky finger and carefully place the germinated seed with the white root pointing DOWNWARDS into the hole. Best is to lay it onto one side-wall of the hole with the seed shell right at the surface. Then I push the other side inwards and enclose the whole root with soil. At the end only the top of the seed-shell peeks out of the soil. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to plant the seeds NOT TO DEEP into the soil. The seedling only needs extra strength to work itself upwards thru the soil and you run the risk of the soil drying out and the seed dying off. When you PLANT THE SEED VERY SHALLOW into the soil (=with the top of the seed-shell still peeking out) your seedling can grow out right away and you have a small plant already 24 hours after putting the seed into the soil. The small seedling sometimes still has the seed-shell on its 'head', it normally falls off by itself, but sometimes you have to carefully help and take it off with your finger nails. Be careful to NOT clip of the seedling accidentally when you do this! The seed-shall has an inner lining, which feeds the small seedling when it germinates. This inner lining sometimes gets tangled around the stem of the small seedling after the shell has fallen off. This little skin MUST be taken off the stem right away! Once it dries up, it gets hard and can strangulate the seedling around the stem. In order to avoid this, the skin must be taken off as soon as possible! I show it in the pics above and also made a video about taking off the inner lining of the seed.

Update Day 22 flowering: A good week of bud building this week for the Fft Girls. FFT#8 Is still in here but not a lot tonsay about her really sadly I didn't get to try this one out properly but will try again sometime. FFT#9 Has been a dream to work with and build so far . Her progression this week on her flower building has been perfection. Her ruderalis traits had her stretch about finished at day 12 and she had begun to flower properly. I did a defoliate at day 19 instead of day 21 due to their faster genetics. They looked stripped below decks but by day 21 they refilled a few back out and now look leafed up again. lol She has a little tackiness tot her stems now and is picking up a nice piney smell. She has some great looking mains now and should be a good yielder. FFT#10 Another winner in my book. This lady wanted to grow her own way initially but has now accepted her fate and behaves as i wanted niw. lol. Her budstacks are a little wider apart due to her indica/sativa ratios being more indica I feel . Her dark green colour is so stark in contrast to the other strains too. Her stacks look more leafy orientated than the other strains too. i defoliated her too but she responded quickly with sugar leaf growth. Her bud sizes are looking promising to say she has 4-5 weeks to go so fingers crossed for baseball bat colas. She has been easy to grow with no issues at any point so far. prior to the defol , I had purposely dried them out to get a cycle going better of wet /dry. She showed her disapproval first with major leaf drooping across her whole frame. She is a thirsty girl too. I am happy with all of these testers and impressed at their rapid development too. I do think the new sp3000 has plated a part in this development too as the extra reds and stuff added are more for the flowering cycle than previous sp series ones. the Sp250 is giving me a great addition to the outside edge of the girls so should keep them all in max lumens until the harvest. Things are getting frosty around here! Critical Cures are at the top of the class. Critical Mass is in second. Charlotte's Angels are in third. Durga Mata is in fourth, with Blue Shark rounding out the pack as far as blooms are concerned, and how far along they are. This week I used the last of my "Tiger Bloom" and "Big Bloom" and I didn't feel like buying more, so I started making compost tea! It comes from my pile that consists of kitchen scraps, horse, chicken and sheep manure. They seem to be liking it. I also gave them a little nitrogen foliar spray this morning. I've had to spray insecticidal soap twice this week. Smells so fragrant out there, it's attracting a lot of bugs. I sent a pic of one of the Critical Cure's to a friend of mine saying "Not long now!" (As in like 3-4 weeks on this particular plant) to which he replied: "You've still got 6-7 weeks!" No, just no. Same guy also told me my plants would be 8 ft high. Ha! Silly boys.
