Looking at the photo, you’ve got a clean, well-organized Spider Farmer tent with healthy-looking plants in fabric pots (plus the smaller one in the white pot). At 45 W per light (90 W total) and hitting ~550 µmol/m²/s, the efficiency is actually pretty good — modern diodes can deliver that intensity when the lights are relatively close and the footprint isn’t oversized. Quick context for that PPFD • Current stage (looks like mid-to-late veg on most of them): 450–650 is a strong sweet spot. You’re right in the middle. • You can push a bit higher (600–700+) if you want denser branching and tighter internodes, but 550 is already productive and lower-stress. • Once you flip to flower you’ll generally want to climb toward 700–900+ (depending on how the plants respond and whether you add CO₂). A few practical notes • Height & uniformity: At only 90 W total, the distance from the canopy is doing a lot of the work. If the outer edges or lower plants are noticeably dimmer, you may need a slight height adjustment or to rotate pots so everything stays even. • Heat: 76 °F and 48 % RH is comfortable. With only 90 W you’re not fighting heat. • Dimming headroom. The plants look happy — good color, no obvious light stress or stretch. You’re in a good place. If you want to share the exact model of the lights or the tent size, I can give more specific height/PPFD targets. 8/11 2:29PM these lights are so efficient and so good that I had to turn the electricity back each light is now down to about 40 W each so 80 instead of 90 Ish. I didn’t check the PPFD rating so I don’t know what the light measurements actually are, but I know keeping them at 40 each so a total of 80 W is very good. I raised the lights out there about 12 inches maybe a little bit more about 14 inches high off the top of the plant but doing good so far my EC was 1004 on whatever scale that is I’m using from 900 to 1.2 is what was recommended for EC.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. I'm happy with progress this week. The plants have handled the transplant well. I didn't need to water last week and plan to give them 1.3 litres over two waterings this week. Started training Plant 2 this week and it has responded very well. I'll give Plant 1 another couple of days for its secondary branches to catch up then start training it too. Removed old dry leaves from Plant 1. I've decided not to do any topping this grow because I'm so far behind.

Things are really starting to smell strong and getting fun. Seeing some frosty Trichomes. Excited!

Hey now, was a pretty good week for the Sour D, I didn't really make any changes as far as the nutes, still at EC of 1.6, with water from my dehumidifier, then cal mag, then maxi bloom powder, then liquid kool bloom. Only real issue I had this week was on day 58 I noticed her leaning a little bit, and I went to move her pot, and she almost toppled over. It really scared the crap out of me, so that is why you now see all the wire tires wrapped around her base. Definitely something I will be more mindful of in the future. Still dealing with high temps and humidity, but my dehumidifier has been a real Beast. I will also add that when I open that tent, the smell of Diesel Fuel, and Lemons smack me in the face like a 2x4. I have never smelled anything that pungent before. I am amazed at how well my Terra bloom carbon filter is doing, although I am sure it helps I have an 8x24" inch filter and Infinity T8 exhaust running on the lowest possible setting in my tiny little tent. Esta semana tuve dudas con el riego, como en casi toda la etapa de la planta, pero al fin, la veo super bien. Le doy 1 Litro de agua cada 3 dias, y parece que le encanta! Las ramas principales miden entre 70-80 cm, la mas grande llego a los 90 cm ! Ya no hay lugar para que siga creciendo mas alto, ya que no puedo subir mas la luz. Excepto ese asunto, todo va de 10 puntos! Ya estoy saboreando mis primeras cookies. Paz!

So this grow was easy barely fed nutes I felt with really cold temps I’m so far up north but it reall brought out the colours and they are amazing smells like lemon berries I like it cheers and thanks guys

Day 21 From Sprout - Rez Change Overall, very happy with the development over this past week. The ones that were already looking good at now looking great! The couple of “weirdos” (strange development of leaf/node placement) both have decent roots but are growing slowly. The couple that initially were throwing out more “jagged” leaves seemed to have settled in and are looking good now. Only 1 (back right corner) is iffy. Roots are slowwwwly dropping out of the basket but not yet in the water. Going to keep It around for now and see what happens. Continuing with Mantis @ the “always” rate of 5 ml/L. They’re loving it! Several of the “great ones” have 5-6 nodes developed, so I’ll top them back to the 3rd more and start training into a manifold since I’m going to give some of the others time to catch up. I’ll decide on training for them as we go.

I found them and i think i staked them back to health in time, no noticeable damage, more blindsided while realizing the volume and coming to grips with the next step. the reality of the bounty of my garden is dawning on me, and i am a bit intimidated. by the dry, as i am in low RH. by the cure, as i have never done one before. by killing my girls, as they are lovely to ease my anxiety, i ordered 20 hydrometers and increased my jar count from 36 quart jars by adding a dozen 1/2 gallon jars. it is obvious some of the buds need bigger jars to stay intact during the cure. i skipped the boveda packs for now. they are amazon prime away in an emergency, but i figure my attentiveness will be enough, at least this first grow; plenty of people did it right before me without the boveda packs, and when i can pay less per hydrometer than boveda pack... it becomes an interesting decision. i choose old school... for now (mind subject to change) end game is WAY more intimidating than dropping that seed into that cup of water. no one told me it would be this stressful! i hope i do them well during this next phase and these next few weeks. they certainly appear to have done me well 9/7/17 I have a confession to make. When I thought the plants got stunted by the heat, I considered pulling the plants and starting over. Boy an I glad that I didn't. I didn't know what I didn't know. What stopped me was reading a forum post somewhere and a guy was frustrated with his grow and was thinking of pulling it (i think he only had 1 plant). Someone responded to him with very prolific questions. "And then what? Plant another and make the same mistake again? Why don't you finish her out so on your next grow you know better what not to do?" Bingo. He wasn't even talking to me, but he was speaking directly at my situation (or so I thought). I decided to finish them, even if they were stunted dwarfs (SPOILER ALERT: They aren't, I was wrong, they were anything BUT stunted) I am really glad I found that advice because who knows if I would have went through with it if this gentleman hadn't given me a moment of clarity. So if you are frustrated by your first grow, I would advise to finish the grow no matter what (unless, obviously, its a male or moldy or something that DEMANDS the plant be culled) and learn what to do better for next time. I thought mine were gonna be bonzai plants. Not even considering the money wasted and the time wasted, I would have missed out on what the plants have taught me and a tent full of superstars. Now, as I am approaching the end, I need some advice. Aside from trics, is there any other way to determine approx how long left in the grow? I need to change my nutes to end stage stuff (adding dry koolbloom, phasing out unneeded nutes, and finally the flush. ) I am super worried about getting the timing right. Besides trics, are there any other clear signals that we are rounding the corner to the final stretch? Thanks in advance. Also, I live in a dry environment. A desert, actually. For real. It seems like dry trimming will be very important for me if I do not want it to smell like alfalfa after the cure. Any thoughts on dry trimming? I know it is more work, but the results seem better. My plan, so far, is to hang the entire plant upside down in 1 piece to dry. The only question is, how many of the large fan leaves to leave on. Some leave all, some leave only the small ones in the buds. Any thoughts will help me decide along with my other research. Thanks!
