The 34 street seed Cookies had Lot’s of LST and training this week! The girls did very well overall after being topped, and have recovered very nicely. I also finished up my drying my last harvest, so after a cleanup session, my big tent was ready to go again! This week was pretty easy, just watching the girls and adjusting the ties to keep the side branching going. I like to come in regularly and bend and twist the shoots between my fingers encouraging healthier stems. While I’m in there I’ll adjust the wire ties a bit to keep things even. After 2-3 days with the tie downs on, I’ll take them off and let the plant recover. With the environment dialled in at 79 degrees and 63% RH, it’s giving me a VPD of 1.0-1.1 , great for optimal growth. 💪 I think I am going to split the girls up, 4 (2 of eachin the one tent, 2 in my small tent, both with a Scrog in place. I’ll be transplanting this weekend, It won’t be long before these girls are ready for flower, October is a busy month for me so I may wait until the beginning of November to switch to flower light timing. Flowering started: Saturday I switched the nutrients in the reservoir to flowering specifications after installing the SCROG and giving a massive trimming. After the final lights out Saturday, 3pm which was an extended session, I switched the timers to come on again Sunday on a period of 8pm to 8am (12 hours). The photos added today are from This morning after the first 12 hour period before the first lights our for 12. *fingers crossed*

After trimming plant from bottom up like a lollipop. Buds have grown bigger, resin is coming in and so are the Crystal's. Plant seems to be loving the Nutrients and conditions. No burn, keeping feeding at 1 liter every other day with 1 teaspoon of Nutrients seems to be doing very well. Got a few more Weeks of budding we will see how it goes.

day 42: LOTTA leaves, had to defoliate 2-3 times. they started to show their first pistils a couple days before the Ayahuascas, hope I can do a harvest before May,(the Peyotes) but it seems really tricky..unfortunately I need to leave them for a week in April. I'm pretty scared to leave them alone at the end of flowering... Day 43: do you think the leaves on 2 plants might be too dark green? Thanks! day 46: defoliating

It's vegi week 4, and the two lemon ladies are doing splendidly. If they continue to grow like this, they should be ready to switch to the flowering stage by the end of week five.

Week 18 Day 120 (11/12/2020): I checked the girl’s trichomes and they are looking great! They are still mainly cloudy with only a handful of amber ones, but the other girls in the tent are definitely more ready. We will have to take them out at the same time so they can dry in the tent for good air circulation and a controlled environment. The pistils on the DSD are also the least developed compared to the other girls. So I will need to start the flush at the next watering.This one would definitely benefit from a bit more time but I I think since the trichomes are already cloudy she would be ready in 2 weeks anyway 💪 Day 121 (12/12/2020): The girl is looking good today but actually noticed that some leaves are starting to go yellow. Although I think during this time it is actually good news and I will be happy for her to take up all the nutrients left into the buds to make them extra tasty!🤤 Day 122 (13/12/2020)💧: Sooo this week is the start of the flush, just 1.5L of water. They are definitely ready for the flush and the buds are looking gorgeous! So gorgeous, in fact, that we cannot wait for the girls to be ready. So I cut some stems off to dry 🙊 We basically realised that they will not be ready and dry by Christmas (plus we would want to still cure them for min 2 weeks) and so I cut some of the smaller stems off to get some buds ready for Christmas celebrations 🎄 I only cut off 2 stems (one from each girl) of the buds that were at the bottom. I’ve put them into a box with holes in a room thathas good airflow. I’ll also make sure to weigh them and add it to the final dry weight. They do look super amazing though and definitely quite purple Day 123 (14/12/2020): Didn’t have time today to take pics of the girls but I’m sure they are fine 😉 Day 124 (15/12/2020): I swear the buds look fatter and fatter every single day that I check her. Looking great, smelling great, and will definitely taste great! Day 125 (16/12/2020)💧: Second flush of the week, great stuff. Just gave her 1.5L of water and ripped off some dry leaves. There are some stems at the bottom that are still quite weak and cannot hold their weight. At this point it is too late to cut them off but I have definitely learned to lollipop for the future! Day 126 (17/12/2020): What a great end to the week and just 1 more week to go! Buds are looking astonishing at this point. And I swear they are still getting bigger and bigger. My only concern is that the buds still have some white pistils which also determines maturity. I hope they ripen up a bit more over the last week! And next week I will be watering twice and probably harvest after the whole week is finished, so on Christmas day! What a great present 🎁

Environment + Pests + Setup This week (at day 31) I decided to end the battle against fungus gnats. Even after almost three weeks of dried-out soil, dozens of adult insects could be seen, which told me that there were pockets of moisture that I couldn't influence. Accordingly, I went back to the original plan I had outlined earlier: bring the system into balance and use sand and nematodes. Since I should no longer have any problems with low RH, I have also reactivated the exhaust fan, which lead to the values you can see above. Nutrients + Environment From the outset, the plants showed a slight nitrogen deficiency, which was evident in their rather pale, light green color. This is probably due to the fact that the substrate (until now) did not contain enough moisture to allow metabolic and decomposition processes to proceed efficiently. Directly after watering I got reassured that my choice was right and the soil still alive, healthy, and ready to 'get back to work': Look at the amount of springtails and how fast new growth appeared! Plants On day 30, I topped the plants. Both had already formed three nodes and started to develop healthy side branches at all of these nodes. So, according to my plan, I removed the main shoot, leaving enough space for the stump to encapsulate without damaging the healthy plant. I also removed one shoot from each of the middle nodes, as I don't want branches that already grow towards the center (the branches will grow towards the light anyway, and this way I can ensure that there is enough air circulation and room for expansion). Besides that, I sadly feel like the variegation - and genetic really - ain't stable. By the end of week 5, you could see that the offshoots differed a lot in their 'quality' (asymmetrical, some very weak, etc.), and the variegation didn't appear again. *Gorilla Z Auto was 14 cm tall, Mimosa Cake Auto 7 cm (both after topping). Thats why I wrote 10.5 cm.

Last Week i did in my Opinion the last Defoliation and clean up the Bottom. But after a Week there are no light Penetration under the Canopy. So i decided to take a few more Leaves Deep Red runs all the 12 hours. Infrared 15 mins before light goes on and off. And UV Light every Hour for 10 Mins

16/07 gave her the chop after 8 days flush and 2 days darkness. Aiming for at least 10 days drying time. My scales couldn't read her wet weight without being cut up, which in not doing yet.

Very good very fast and very smelly Some lemony smell I can pick But also very sweet so we are really down to try this one from sweet seeds I think I could have waited two more weeks. All of the girls are growing nicely, except for one of the fast buds mystery autos Apple strudel #1 Training up to be very easy. Most of the branches are long enough for me to stretch out and take up more surface area of its pot. Apple strudel#2 About a week and a half ago he got the bottom part ate up By ants or some other bug. So I topped this plant as to make more tops And hopefully bring back the nodes that I lost Sweet skunk a little bit smaller than the rest, but it is also younger though I am kind of going for a bonsai style with this plant. I don’t believe it’s gonna be super large but hopefully I can make it look cool. It does have some decent branch areas where they are stretching Mystery auto #1 plant is growing up with a beautiful structure for the most part I have grown naturally without much interference. Occasionally I hold down the top with a garden staple to let the lower branches get some light and to give the plant some healthy LST, once the branches get longer will hopefully be able to stretch it out even more!!
