Week 10: This will be the final update before Harvest: I will update post harvest after the dry and weigh. Day 64-66: Hmm these 4AM are a strange bunch lol. I seemed to have been wrong about 4AM#3 getting better in last week's update, after reviewing the pictures. After realizing this I decided to continue feeding the plants till the end albeit only Calmg and Boost(micro). I decided to give 4AM#3 a 125% dose of Calmg on Day 66. I was worried about root rot because even though she was a bigger plant she drank noticeably less water than the rest. I actually forgot to mention I have had a few fungus gnats during the grow starting at around day 35. I always let the plants completely dry out even until some leaves were really drooping from thirst, so I though I had them under control. I never noticed more than 1 or 2 at a time, which is also why I thought I had it out of control. Maybe they have something to do with 4AM#3's state, but I doubt it. Anyway, 4AM#1 and #2 are doing well. #1 has fully ripened with almost 95% cloudy trichomes, and some amber. #2 on the other hand could still use 7-10 days extra, but regretfully I cannot harvest then... #3 is at about the same stage as #2. Day 67-70: Sadly I noticed too late, but that extra strong dose of Calmg seemed to confirm my suspisions... 4AM#3 had a heavy calmg deficiency... It really is noticeably improving this time! Leaves are regaining some slight saturation! And she drank her water very quickly this time! So bummed about having to harvest this weekend... Day 73... Oh well next time I will be able to harvest more freely and at different times for each plant if needed. She still has a good bit of cloudy trichomes on her calyxes though, around 40-60%, and very very few ambers, but her sugar leaves are already full of them. As for 4AM#1, looking great! gona be the smallest buds but definately the most dank! 4#2's massive buds are still having trouble staying upright, but looking forward to those for sure! RED ALERT: Shiiiit... So as I was watering 4AM#3 on day 69, I noticed, what I'm pretty sure is, BUD ROT! Damn, I'll have a picture as part of this update. I had very bad experience with bud rot last fall(planted my autos too late in the summer, lost over half my plants and had to harvest early), but that was with 10C temps and 80%+ RH. I have FOUR fucking fans in this damn tent, and it's always over 20C! But I'll be honest, I knew if it was going to happen, it would be THAT part of the plant positioned closest to that oscillating fan I have on the peace of wood... The bud closest to it(in the corner) is in it's blind spot, doesn't get direct breeze on it. And that's the bud, and the ONLY bud that seems to have been affected. Strangely though, this bud rot feels different to the touch than the one I had last summer. Very dry, and like I said, very isolated to that ONE little part. I cut it out and have the rest of the bud drying as a tester in my room. And my entire room STINKS. I seemed to have been wrong about that last week also; The 4AM smells so much stronger than the White Cracks. See you after the Harvest!! ;) It's been awesome and a fun learning experience!

Still getting much larger, very wide now. I cut back to 50% nutes every other watering and watering half as much. I also brought up the humidity from lows in the 27% to lows in the 40%. Switched light to be on at night to control temp more with out running A/C as it got hot here sooner than normal. I took a few lower colas off quite a large amout dried it in a vacuum pump freeze dryer for 6 hours and have been vaping it all week, high is sleepy, comfortable laziness, night time based I would say after work getting ready to sleep. Trichomes under 60X look 70% milky, 30% clear, not fattened weeks more+ for amber color

Possibly this is your last week with only water to eliminate excess mineral salts. The appearance of the buds is great, covered in resin and quite hard, almost like stone.Does anyone have any tips for making some live rosin?

The Wonder Pie were showing signs of deficiencies so I added 2ml/L of liquid worm castings to see if it helps, also top-dressed diatomaceous earth to help get rid of the fungus gnats. Will top dress the powdered nutrients again in 1-2 weeks. Also foliar sprayed them with Sugar Candy Syrup to help with the deficiencies. I'll go with bigger plants next time because I think I won't get much from these smaller plants. Other than that, just waiting for them to do their thing and hopefully harvest in 5 weeks or so.

Excellent Kickstart to Week 2 of flowering. Minimal leaf strip done and few stakes added to the plants what need it. Lights just over 75% Fans turned up to 65% as humidity was rising above 70% I like to have it sitting around 50-55% in flowering, less chance of powdery mildew defo helped with the minimal leaf strip 👍🏻👌🏼

Black opium has done really well. She stretched a lot since last week. One of the 2 tops has grown taller, even though I've tied it down, but they are reaching towards the light, and the buds are developing quite nicely. So let's see what she can do! No water this week. The soil is still drying out due to fungus gnats appearing. I am getting some sticky traps, just waiting for tgem to arrive. There are so many, and it's definitely come from the soil. Welcome to week 7! Almost time to flower and things are looking good. Since last week I did some light defoliation and cleaning up of the bottoms over a few days. I also lightly tied some of the branches out to allow a bit more light penetration but also to spread the canopy. This week (at the end of the week) the plants got one water containing a 2tsp of kelp, and 2 tsp of freeze dried coconut. The ladies also got one foliar spray with Mountain Organics sprouts, citrus and Rita oil combined with a small amount of Method 1pps (see picture in week 6). Temperature and humidity has really been steady thanks to the help of my Grow Ratio ESU and fans. Hoping I can keep this rate of growth into flower. This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

Hello again guys and welcome to day 89! The girls are taking their time but finally the trichomes are turning milky. As you can see from the videos, they still aren’t quite there yet. Absolutely growing the red Pheno again. Very strong! Great citrus 🍊 smell. Taste is great not super dense but I’ll try and see if I can fix that next round

These two little ones are really close. One took a beating on the leafs when the power was out for a couple days but over all both look great. Super stacked and frosty. They'll be getting chopped this week and really excited to get them dried and cured to sample some. Happy

The tallest pheno is ready and being flushed for a couple of days now, rhe others are close but still consuming nutrients at a strong rate , I think they will take at least 1 more week. They smell very much like gelato as a group but are all very different from one another .

First started with only four plants, which are Future #1, Lilac Diesel, and Vice city.

Still not given any food. It will be a few weeks until she needs food as I've just put her into a 4 ltr pot 👍

The nice weather has finally returned, and it should stick around for the next few weeks. It's just in time for the last couple weeks of the ladies. ☀️☀️☀️
