Growing this popsicle cake definitely had its ups and downs. What started out looking like a dud of a seed turned out to be something pretty spectacular. Stacks the buds nicely to fill up the whole colas, super frosty, with an un godly stench of sweaty dirty socks. Still in the curing process but definitely has a heavy indica punch!

Hey Growmies, I apologize for the lame diary this week. I've been sick on and off the last two months and it's really taking a toll on my body and heart condition. Please forgive me as I'm trying to heal up. I'll do the best I can at updating this as I go along. I'm not giving up! The girls look great, despite not giving them as much attention as id like and they deserve. Great week of growth. I let her do her thing. I did minor LST and some hst on the other girls that I haven't made a diary for yet but will. Day 19 of flower.. week 3 of flower is about to wrap up which is nearing the end of the stretch phase. I was pleasantly surprised with the growth on the Watermelon Zkittelz, I've been putting the most work into her as the technique I'm using requires a lot of attention. Next run I will use tie downs and I'll most likely add a trellis here soon too help hold the heavy colas.. but we will see how it plays out. Looking forward to seeing her buds start to stack before my eyes! Thank you to everyone who has helped me through this journey! I've been really sick lately and my girls help keep me going! Day 20 of flower Today went well, I reorganized the tent and cleaned it a bit, I try to clean it once a week or so. I've been hand "drip feeding" one of the girls the last few days. Just an expierment and the plant seems to love it so I'm going to start hand "drip feeding" all of them. I think the Watermelon Zkittelz is going to love some extra food every day! I know us humans do but it's important to make sure the girls aren't stressed and isnt in a nutrient lock out or something. I think it's best when she's running prime! At the end of day 20 of flower I took a video of all the new growth and it was after I reorganized the tent and I feel so much better after doing this. I also turned off all the lights and turned on each light individually so I could see how each light was casting on each plant. This way I know the plants are getting enough light coverage as that is a huge disadvantage of using these budget lights. Excited for the 3rd week to come to an end!! Adding new nutrients next week!! Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

SUNDAY 4/21: I fed her about 1/2 gallon today. Will take some photos tomorrow- MONDAY: Busy with life today, so they only got ogled for a few minutes.. TUESDAY: I rearranged and took some photos today. WEDNESDAY: I tool some more photos and a video today. Will water her tomorrow- THURSDAY: I watered with about 1/3 gallon and included some terpinator, calimagic, and beastie bloomz. She's looking kinda haggard since the high-temp issues from last week....losing much foliage..I hope she has the energy to finish strong.🙏 FRIDAY: I made some improvements to my fresh air a/c intake in the tent that dropped the temp a couple of degrees, and the new dehumidifier is keeping the RH right where I want it..45-50%.👌 This allows the evap cooler to be more effective at cooling as well...above 50% RH and it's basically just a fan..

It's been dropping into the low 30s here at night. I have no choice but to pull cold air into the top of my grow tent at night to maintain 75 to 80 degrees. The cool air is having a fall like effect on the leaves. Also think my fox farm soil is finally low on nutes. So I started mixing in my compost tea. The Lemon Haze is beginning to develop a very pleasant Lemon Aroma :D I find myself enjoying the smell more and more each day.

I maxed out my nuits on the chart before I flushed and switched them. First attempt on scrog looks like I know what I’m doing but i probably don’t lol.

I’m about to lose it. Big progress both from the broken stem and the plant as a whole. I think though the accident was very stressful and it turn it into a hermie. Once the lovely community makes sure I got a hermie I will cut the balls off(no cap). Day 36, one day after the hermie incident.I cut the sacs of and keeping a really close eye on it.Like checking every hour on different lighting again and again. Main cola looks like neither full bounced back, nor losing the battle from the harm I did to her in the middle of the fifth week,the tape is still on. I'm anxious if I face a light stress till the full recovery of the stem. I can't LST thats for sure and I have an HPS lamp. I'm aware that my yields will not be the same as the true potencial of the strain but I'm sure the taste and high will be diffrent for me due to the work I'm putting in and the "stress" I'm going through. Day 37: No sight of sacs. Looks thirsty every day and sometimes I water twice.The soil is dry one the first cm.

Okkkkkkkay, i fucked up a little over the past weeks but sometimes keeping everything together is hard. But I managed to fix her, fresh water change, new nutrients and new Training so she can spread a little wider and also gave her a little trim. So pH is 5.5-5.8 DLI is at 30. i wanted to turn it down a little because she was looking really sad. but she is finally recovering, new growth is a nice green color. Having her this long in veg is really weird haha

Umgetopft in Woche 5, alle drei Tage gegossen, davon bei jedem zweiten gießvorgang gedüngt. Haupttrieb in Woche 6 das zweite mal getoppt.

What a pleasure these Pinapple are to grow. I couldn't be happier with the way they are filling out the scrog net. My only question is how bushy is too bushy? I've had to trim out a serious amount of undergrowth and large central fan leaves. I think a combination of great genetics and the complete spectrum the 315s output is causing the canopy to be so so dense. I'm just hoping the buds fatten up too! I'm trying to leave them alone as much as possible and I'm no longer tucking them under the net. I'll leave them to recover from today's defoliation and do some more plucking next weekend. I've got a feeling this tent is going to look very different in 7 days time! Now on everyday watering. Keeping the EC below 2.0 and fluctuating PH from 5.7 to 6.1 throughout the week to uptake as many nutrients as possible. Mid week edit: Please check out my last 5 photos added at day 52. One of the 2 Pineapple Express I have in the tent is looking really tired and droopy. I cant seem to figure out what is causing it as the other Pinapple is happy and praying. I also have 2 Six Shooter and a Cream Cookies and both of those are happy and stacking on the bud. Temps are solid at 29 degrees light on and 21 dark. Feeding when required. They just look like they are lacking something. Some of the oldest fan leaves have brown rusty patches on them too. I've given each plant a Biosys Microbe tea today in place of a regular feed. Ive also emptied and scrubbed out my water tank and watering can. Hopefully that brings them round but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Day 53, I've turned the blurple LED off in the centre and also reduced to 18/6 light cycle. They just look so lifeless. Almost like they are sick of the light. If she recovers I'll try turning the LED back on next week.

Shes Starting to smell reallllly good! I shouldn't have too much larf if i had more room to spread her out in early flower she would be producing alot more.

Eccoci qua alla prima settimana di fioritura! Non vedevo l ora!! Allora sembra che la pianta si stia riprendendo dalla carenza che le aveva provacato il fogliame più giallo e scolorito, ora invece tutte le foglie delle cime nuove sono di un bel verde brillante, intenso ma non troppo scuro, quindi significa che ha raggiunto un buon equilibrio di assorbimento di tutti i nutrienti, ora non rimane che seguire la scheda di terra Aquatica, e magari aggiungere un poco di calcio e magnesio nel caso si scolorisce ancora in fioiritura, ma secondo me grazie a questi nutrienti speciali, famosi in tutto il mondo, che hanno i gridi enti segreto industriale, sono sicuro e mi aspetto di coltivare l erba di qualità migliore della mia vita! Mi sento davvero orgoglioso del livello che ho raggiunto di capacità di conoscenza di questa pianta fantastica! Ma ho capito che sono solo all inizio della "vera" comprensione di come utilizzare al meglio i nutrienti, per far esplodere di vigore le mie ragazze! Grazie davvero a tutti voi che mi seguite! È merito anche vostro se mi sono evoluto fino al coltivatore che sono ora! Non mi sento affatto un gran maestro, anzi ho ancora milioni di nozioni da imparare su questa pianta di saggezza millenaria!
