First week of flower not much to do, defoliate few leaves and leave the plant to do its thing. As far as training most of it is already done now so just letting plant stretch up and get some decent height.

Week 2 of flower is in the books and all 3 girls are looking extremely healthy. Perfect time to start packing on the weight. There are tons if bud sites that will get tons of light due to all the defoliation I've done. I've never defiliated plants this much before and I'm curious to see the difference in bud production below the canopy level. I love trying new things and experimenting with these plants. Always coming up with new ideas on how to do things and making things easier along the way. Can't wait to see how much I'll get off all 3 and see the difference in phenotypes.

Day 50 - The entire tent is now filled up. Humidity is slightly higher than ideal but she looks happy. Moved the fan a bit higher to get more top canopy air circulation. Day 51 - Keep on growin' Day 52 - Pot was pretty light and dried out this morning after a couple of windy warm days in my area. Watered the usual 2L with run off of 170ml (9%). After gaining 3.5cm per day over the last 3 days, she was getting a bit too close to the light. - I moved the light up with 13cm today to be 30cm above the top most flower. Day 53 - Run off today was only 150ml(7.5%). I did some bottom defoliation removing small flower branches and leaves coming to the end of life. This cleared up some of the bottom for better watering access and definitely better airflow. Day 54 - Humidity in my area has dropped a bit leaving the room around 47% and inside the tent around 52%. Still a bit high but with her being so big in the 2x2 I pretty much have to keep the tent open at all times. Installed a second fan today to increase ventilation and try lower humidity. I've got one blowing over the top canopy and one circles around off the walls. Day 55 - Had both fans running overnight, seems to have gone ok. I have each fan pointed at a wall now this seems to make for the best all over ventilation without too much direct blow on the plant. Day 56 - That's the end of Week 7! The flower stretch this week has been pretty crazy. After raising the light she's exploded in height. Run off was 120ml (6%) today - this might be because of the double fans drying her out a bit more but also her size of course needing more water.

Ladies still drink a lot of water, 3,4 L every 48 hours. Main cola flowers are getting big, side colas less but still 2 weeks to go so hopefully they will continue. The lady in the front, plant and buds have another aspect then the other 2. All of them are cherry cola. Also had some issues with her during veg phase and she began flowering earlier.

Update Day 22 flowering: A good week of bud building this week for the Fft Girls. FFT#8 Is still in here but not a lot tonsay about her really sadly I didn't get to try this one out properly but will try again sometime. FFT#9 Has been a dream to work with and build so far . Her progression this week on her flower building has been perfection. Her ruderalis traits had her stretch about finished at day 12 and she had begun to flower properly. I did a defoliate at day 19 instead of day 21 due to their faster genetics. They looked stripped below decks but by day 21 they refilled a few back out and now look leafed up again. lol She has a little tackiness tot her stems now and is picking up a nice piney smell. She has some great looking mains now and should be a good yielder. FFT#10 Another winner in my book. This lady wanted to grow her own way initially but has now accepted her fate and behaves as i wanted niw. lol. Her budstacks are a little wider apart due to her indica/sativa ratios being more indica I feel . Her dark green colour is so stark in contrast to the other strains too. Her stacks look more leafy orientated than the other strains too. i defoliated her too but she responded quickly with sugar leaf growth. Her bud sizes are looking promising to say she has 4-5 weeks to go so fingers crossed for baseball bat colas. She has been easy to grow with no issues at any point so far. prior to the defol , I had purposely dried them out to get a cycle going better of wet /dry. She showed her disapproval first with major leaf drooping across her whole frame. She is a thirsty girl too. I am happy with all of these testers and impressed at their rapid development too. I do think the new sp3000 has plated a part in this development too as the extra reds and stuff added are more for the flowering cycle than previous sp series ones. the Sp250 is giving me a great addition to the outside edge of the girls so should keep them all in max lumens until the harvest. Oct 22 - start of week 4 and she’s strong and vigorously growing. Very god thing and think we may be topping a little early - we’ll see how it goes. We’re at 5th node now but she’s lookn real strong and the stem is really thickening up. I could probably top er now and clean er up but I’m gonna give it one more day to stagger out with her next feeding. Per photos her 3rd node growth and side shutes are coming in nice so should have a solid base For the manifold. She’s been worked hard with the feedigs recently so got a plain ph’d rinse today to wash out any lingering mineral buildup. No big deal, no issues, just preventative. STAY TUNED, first topping come’n up!👍 Oct 26 update - manifold day! First topping and 6th node just poken out. No worries on this plant, she’ll recover just fine from the trim and top.😎🤞. Started 3 clones from the top and a couple shoots. Doubt they’ll take but just wana see If i can clone this early - always down to experiment😉. This girls an indoor grow in the cabinet and she'll be manifolded and defo'd for 8-10 fat ass colas. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). Week 10...The plants are looking good! Took out the microscope to look at the trichomes...Starting to get milky but still another week or two before the harvest! Started flushing the plant this week!
