As said before, I'm incredibly happy that I got to harvest a little bit. Never expected her to make it, but she kind off did! The smell was pungent and sweet like an amnesia haze should be, hoping that will be even better after drying and curing!

Week 5 Veg and things are cruising along. The lanky girl in the 2 gal pot is starting to look better structure wise than the other 5. Thinking about transferring her to a 7 gallon pot for clones! The Tri leaf mutation is really taking off, throwing tops for days with out training or topping. 3 of the ladies have been topped to make bushes and the other are growing natural with some defoliation.

I can tell she’s starting to stretch, I saw the hairs forming last week so this may be week 2 flower, I’m pretty new to this.

Popped this bad boy into for this week! I did a pretty through preflower trim. I essentially cut all but the uppermost fan leaves on every stem so they're all looking pretty scrawny in the photos. I changed the lights to bloom setting and the timer to 12/12.

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

Bruce turned out to be a very disobedient girl)) she stubbornly strives for the top! but at the top there is no more space)) for this) after the first supercropping last week, I had to do 1 more supercropping this week .. hope this will stop her and soon she will start growing wide and not high))) she has a lot of buds and veto! 3/28/25 chopped and humidity was a little high starting off 3/30/25 have them drying at 60% and 70° 4/3/25 Still needing a day or so of drying to be at a stable humidity Beautiful plant. Fan leaves with Triched out patterns visibly everywhere. Even though i chopped quite a bit off of the plant, i still got quite a bit bigger yield than i expected. All sizable nugs. Pulled 65 grams.

Total days above ground: 70 Total flower nights: 31 Vege growth stopped around FD25. Started feeding 1/2 strength fertilizer FD26 (last 6 irrigations including today). Excellent development across the canopy. Tried to get some pictures showing how the colas are stacking up along with a couple shots of terminal buds. Included some photos and videos of irrigation setup, drainage and other half of the tent setup that is not often visible in weekly updates. Also, a video showing the canopy with some grateful dead background music. Last week including progression pictures as they are full size. Kush Mints have been awesome 1 through 4. Great structure, easy to manipulate, and a couple had a nice strong minty smell that keeps changing everyday, so I'm not getting my hopes too high, yet. This stuff evolves over time and what a stem-rub smells like at FD30 isn't always representative of what the finished product will be. Regardless, super happy with the crop, overall. Smell is starting to ratchet up. Bud sites are mostly formed at this point and we will see some noticable ripening by next week's update. Might see a hint of fattening calyxes in the bud pictures this week. 2026-2 starts in 8 days. Will have some Blue Cookies and Pineapple Express from MSNL running along side some Vanilla Creme Pie from HSC. Can't believe winter-2 is already starting. Time is flying by. Breeding cycle is doing well. Will update that when the pollen-receivers join the pollen-donator on a 12/12 light schedule. Our beautiful mystery plant is sporting pollen sacks.. she just went on a field trip.. we're closing this diary out.. we'll let her finish naturally outside and salvage what we can for edibles and bubble hash... a very depressing outcome to a lot of work and training... we don't know if this was genetic or stress induced and have about 3 medium sized plants cloned from her in veg atm.. we're hesitant to flower any of them, instead we're taking all new clones from our GDP thats in 3rd week of flower, hoping for a fast re-veg... thanks for reading..be sure to inspect your plants diligently friends..happy growing
