Hey guys :-) We come to the end of the diary and thus to the penultimate update before the Smoke Report. As always, the lady was hung upside down to dry. At temperatures of 18-21 degrees and 54-60 % humidity. After 14 days they were neatly hand trimmed and placed in jars for remote harvesting. Report: I am very happy to write this report. The lady's overall growth was perfect from start to finish. And I don't just mean perfect, I've never seen such a beautiful variety with such beautiful flowers 😍. She had no problems with training ( topping ) and was very easy to grow. The yield was above average, which plays a minor role. In the end, the best yield and the most beautiful appearance of the buds mean nothing if the taste doesn't match. And here is exactly the miracle where all 3 features not only fit but are perfect. Now we come to the third and most important feature the taste :-). It not only smells incredibly delicious but tastes just as delicious ☺️😍. In the smell you can clearly see the choco notes as if you were opening a pack of chocolate. In the taste, this tone comes into its own a little more easily, but the notes of cheescake and fruit are all the stronger. It really tastes extremely delicious and has a very strong terpene profile 💚. I absolutely love it and will be making more phenotypes of this strain. Clearly deserves 10 out of 10 stars and a huge compliment to the Amsterdam Genetics Team 🙏🏻💚. The smoke report with the finished flower pictures will follow shortly. Starting to see really nice bud development this week. The smell is really starting to increase now as well. Very little to do bar some defoliation this week. ✌️

2 of the 6 plants in this series got left behind in veg due to lack of space in the flower tent from the auto run. Should be able to harvest those in a few days to bring the last 2 in to flower. Have had the flu this week and haven’t gave much attention or love to the ladies as I’d like. 5 gallon pots are kinda sucking too. Really wanting to do a 4x4 bed to improve everything and better compost as mine has thrips … don’t trust people on Facebook marketplace… even with there website/ company .. totally screwed my base living soil mixture up.

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

First week of flower and she is doing great. I upgraded my tent and lights for this grow on Wednesday. I received my Gorilla Grow Tent and Spider Farmer SF-4000 and set it up for my plants. She seems to be loving the new light and space. She grew around 10 inches over the last week and is almost done stretching. She is bushy but i plan to defoliate a bit this coming weeks. She is a thirsty lady too, I am feeding her everyday at this time. I am happy with how she looks and is growing. excited to see how much bud she can get off her. Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. I've stopped closing up the tent at nights now. The plants are so far along in flowering they won't turn back to veg, even with the neighbor's lights on. So I'm not in there twice a day now. So I was a little surprised to find spider mites. The grow was going so good I thought I missed the bugs this year. But they showed up. I bought a Hypochlorous Acid Generator last year last year early so I was prepared. I used it at full strength last year for spider mites and I got yellow leaves after a couple of weeks. I guess the leaves got a bit fried at full strength. So this year I'm trying it at 1/2 strength with a drop of dish soap to help choke those dam spider mites. It's a little pricey, but I'm hoping to get years of use out of it, to make up for the price. Everything else is going good in here. Started flushing yesterday with PH adjusted tap water. The tap water used to be at 6.5 ph for years, but the water counsel found out that 7.5 ph water is better for you. So I have to adjust it. It's 1 drop of ph down per gallon and it makes it 5.7 ph. water. It will be 2 weeks more of flushing and then harvest. With the Panty Punch male plant ... I've seeded 1 branch of each plant and I've pollenated 4 clones too. They are - The White, Amnesia Lemon, Critical OG and Pink Kush. I'll send you some free good regular seeds if you want to do a diary on them. I learn from your diaries so I can improve my breeding technics. So if you would like some free seeds, privet message me and we can chat about them. I send them in a Christmas card with an international stamp. It cost me about 3 dollars Canadian. I don't mind. My first attempt of growing with my own DIY setup. Specs : - PC box 19x42x43cm (after a few weeks I changed it with a bigger carton box) - 4 x Bridgelux Vero 10, 3000K, 9.1 Watts, 80 CRI, 270mA, 143Lm/W - Mean Well HLG-60H-C350B 70W LED driver - 100k Linear Potentiometer for dimming lights - Aluminum profile 30x7cm for mounting LEDs - ESP32 Dev Board - DHT22 temperature & humidity sensor - 2 x Noctua-NF-S12A for ventilation with PWM control by microcontroller - 3lt pot - Blynk IoT app for remote control Started germination of 1 feminized Northern Lights seed from SensiSeeds using paper towel method. Sprayed with some water and store it in small plastic food container. Seed popped after 24 hours and after 48 it was ready for pot. Unfortunately didn't take any photos of the process.

Roots started to show at the base of the pots so I've moved her into her penultimate pot now. Next stop the smart pot. Her stem is firming up lovely and she's starting to show some lateral growth. Overall she looks really healthy. Once the other seedlings catch up a bit ill start to ramp up the light. LST will start soon!

📆 Semana 6 La Swag MDC sigue a su ritmo… ¡y qué ritmo! Esta semana ha consolidado su estructura floral con cogollos que empiezan a compactarse bien, aunque lo que más llama la atención sigue siendo su morpho swag: esas hojas tan peculiares que la hacen única y que, además, están empezando a cubrirse de tricomas con ganas. A nivel de alimentación, continúo con XpertNutrients, ajustando las dosis para que no se sobrealimente. La respuesta está siendo muy buena, sin signos de bloqueo ni exceso. Se nota que la planta va cómoda, aprovechando cada gota. He afinado también los riegos para no saturar, manteniendo el sustrato activo y bien oxigenado. En cuanto a luz, los Adlite siguen repartiendo calidad a todo el dosel. Esta variedad, al tener una estructura más abierta, está aprovechando especialmente bien la penetración, incluso en los cogollos interiores. El entorno se ha mantenido estable, con temperaturas suaves (22-25 °C) y humedad en torno al 55%, algo alta pero bajo control gracias a una buena ventilación. No hay señales de botritis ni otros problemas, así que seguimos vigilando sin agobios. Los olores están empezando a despertar, con matices que mezclan lo afrutado y lo herbal, pero aún queda bastante por definir. Los tricomas se ven ya lechosos en muchas zonas, aunque sin ámbar, así que estamos justo en ese momento de empuje antes de la recta final. Una planta muy curiosa, distinta en todos los sentidos. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Gave the ladies their first dose of nutrients. I made sure they were very diluted. they loved it. When I came to check on them, they were all praying. Yay.
