Hello friends. I've not done anything really to her this week. She asked for nothing really.. maybe the odd bedtime story but otherwise she is just resting and recovering from last week's toppings. She has pushed new growth that has supposed me. I need to cut off the next set of nodes but I think I may wait a few days and do the final topping all in one hit. I can't get her into flowering room for another 6-8 weeks so I have some good time to shape her into a sixteen cola mega beast..(I hope). If I do the copy chop cho later this week ishall update some pics of the torture.. ...update..... Did the final topping for 16. She has some interesting variations in growth rates at each node.. I think all the twisting has an effect on how the next node grows. I think I see a way by twisting the branch through a full rotation between nodes you can affect how the next branch set grows... It's just an observation ATM but I will maybe experiment with another plant to test this. She seems okay after the torture. Not much to say about this real first grow week’s start. Everything looks ok, steady growth at 40% light. I had to restart the control app a few times, therefore the broken graphs. At night times, the control software tries to attain optimum humidity rather than optimum VPD. That’s why VPD is dropping when the lights are out. CO2 is back to baseline – really wonder what the reliable values are … I found I have to silence the blowers when a timelapse photo is being taken. The shaking you see at the beginning of the grow video should not appear, or to a much less degree, in the future. Day 13 (July 30th) shows good, steady growth. Leaves are a bit spotty, although less then the processed images show. Something to be worried about? I would not currently … All are developing their 3rd nodes now. The controlling Raspberry Pi crashed last night when I tried to access it remotely … ;( – looks like the Connect software is in need of an update. The leaf temperature sensor is now really aimed at lady-to-be nr. 1’s leaves. Nothing to change that I see. I won’t cut the top yet, just watered the outer circle of the big pots slightly to encourage root growth. Day 14: Nice growth. First plant is now at 11 cm, and at 12 cm on day 15. Nothing special to report so far, except for I had to move the internal camera a bit upwards to keep little lady #1 in focus. Day 16 and last day of this week (Aug 2nd): The young ladies are now at about 14 cm tall. Growth looks very compact though. I think the two inside girls will lose their heads next week; I’d still prefer to have one or two more nodes available. Pictures of this day are taken at the end of the plants’ day. Notice their leaves are pointing upwards, which should be a sign that they want more light. I turned the lights up by another 20% for a total of 60 W now. Weather was pretty hot the last days so it wasn’t possible to stay in optimum VPD range but as long as growth is this satisfying I don’t mind. I will water them slightly at their next day start. Outside plant’s soil humidity might still be at around 58% officially, but drying starts at around 40% with this measurement and the sensors are placed quite closely to the stems so outer soil is dryer. I am preparing the plant water with some additions and a frequency imprint suing some Solfeggio and Schumann frequencies.

Great week so far and then boom whitefly attacked the girls so now I'm getting yellow sticky mats and using organic insecticide/bactriacide or w.e lol hopefully they clear out...any advice there would be super helpful thanks guys! Gunna start scaling down nutes starting next week! Hopefully we can get 16 weeks total out of her thanks!!

Well, my humidifier started leaking in the last days, unfortunately i was not even at home so when I came there was a biig big POND in the growbox... I thought that everything was cool and stuff but then I spotted the mold on the central bud... Well I gave it a flush for 1 or 2 days, actually wanted to wait before trichomes become amber but yeah mold scared me af.. chopped it quite fast

Another good week with average sunny days with solarstrength 750-850w/M2 Strong winds but this plant stands as a tree. I cleaned the big pot. Removed some additional plants, the focus is now to bring the girls home. Two plants are in their last week's, the plant in front is 2/3 weeks behind but flowers are swelling now. This is still the first batch of the season but it takes her time. Buds are swelling and heavy crystallized. The smell is ripe fruit and earthy skunk. A warm and imposante aroma. Almost done😅

11.08.2024 officially D132 from seed. this girls has became a realy fat lady she take 25% of the 5x5 tent. she is bushy like hell even if i have removed all fan leave. Need to do some root prunning as the air stone is completly embed in the root ball, witch is really most darker that it should be, my nuts solution lightly die the roots but not this far. In the process i realized that the air stone was completly cloged, probably what cause the leave burn ,so switch it and add a second one for safety. the remaining root have been wash and get soak in 1% H2O2 solution for few hours. really worried about bud roted, i decide to go for a 2 or maybe 3 shot harvest as lower and inner cola arent definitively ready and can still build up. and some of tops cola show mostly milky trichrome and few amber one. so 1st harvested from big top cola and some smaller side one for a total weight of 733.5g of wet sticky bud. looking for around 5oz of dry bud, so expecting easily 3/4pond from this mama😜

Hello everyone, I finally managed to transplant 1 plant to a bigger pot, now i need to wait until the two plants in the back are harvested so that i can use that space to place the remaining 2 gorilla x white widow in bigger pots. This OG Zombie is turning out to be a super strong plant. The size difference 3 weeks ago when she showed her pistils for the first time to now is unbelievable.

Day 78 Day 28 flower 19/07/24 Friday Started the week with a good watering as she had a double feed end of last week. She took 4L de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 and no run off, added another 1L and see run off forming on all sides. She is a happy, strong 💪 plant !! The buds development is nice on this strain! I like to see the calyxes stacked like this, I'll get some macros tomorrow. Smelling like lemon sherbet it's insane 🤯 or a old school sweety shop. Day 79 Day 29 flower 20/07/24 Saturday Nothing to report. Day 80 Day 30 Flower 21/07/24 Sunday Big feed again, de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 added nutrients. Seeing her stack now 🤩 Smells getting stronger daily 🙌 💚 Added a short video. Day 81 Day 31 Flower 22/07/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap water only today pH 5.9 and watered in 5L had a little run off. She is getting so thirsty it's awesome! She is starting to stack them calyxes. Update on pictures and video 📸🤩 Day 82 Day 32 Flower 23/07/24 Tuesday FEED again today , De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Full 5L had about 300ml run off. She is so thirsty !! 5L a day now. But it's showing, calyxes are stacking beautifully, the trichomes production is nice and starting to have a magical effect with flash 📸 🤩 Day 83 Day 33 Flower 24/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Did 4L and started to see run off so left at that. Day 84 Day 34 Flower 25/07/24 Thursday END OF WEEK She really has packed on weight this week, thirst and hunger is hard to keep up 😅 Smells phenomenal, looks insane. Pic+Vid update

FBA 2025 turned Frostbanger was a fun grow in many ways. First, my friend gifted me the seed and I grew outside while she grew inside. It was fun to watch the plants grow in different settings and different growing methods. If you have been following me, then you know our weather has been crazy here. We have had lows of 50* and highs of 90*. We had a hail storm and lots and lots of rain. Today, I was. forced to take my Frostbanger down. I found a couple of buds rotting and it is supposed to rain for the next 4 days, so this grow has come to an end. But first, true to Frostbanger's description, "Just keep in mind, this strain’s dank, pungent odor is super strong—meaning a carbon filter is a must to mask the aroma in any grow room and she’ll make her presence known when grown outside" and boy did my backyard smell. Also, just like its name, it is a "trichome-studded beauty." Sticky, sticky, sticky. It also had a nice fruity smell, almost like a cantaloup. I like to wet trim, so I spent the past 2 days trimming. My wet bud weight is 102.19 ounces. Not A big harvest. Had to throw away some bud rot and I had to take this plant down early --But that is how a hail storm, cold weather, hot weather, Rain and more rain will effect a harvest. I'm happy to be somewhat successful. FYI: today's weather: It has rained 2.05 inches in the past 24 hours and expecting 1.6 inches in the next 24 hours.. I am pretty proud of Frostbanger's cola as it is 10 inches long and approximately 9 inches around. Wish I could have seen it with 2 more weeks of growth. I may not have the growing experience of others, but I am super happy with this grow and glad I could enter a contest. It was fun!

What a beast of a plant the smell is starting to really be crazy strong of straight dank smell like a really good gelato smell and the stems are getting an intriguing color maybe the leaves or buds will turn a black color

Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. Decided to finally finish this diary, I took my time with his one ;) Now we cut the second POGP auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 660g. wet, this one finished at 1,85kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late, maybe that's also the reason for all my problems with this strain during the grow?! The two plants where different phenotypes, the smaller one (from Week 17)though small had nice hard flowers, the bigger one as the only plant from four I grew during the growop started foxtailing. Both of them branched nicely the smell was quite strong and awoul xD like gasoline and something rotten, it smelled so bad i checked a couple times under microscope for any signs of mold in the flower and to my suprise I found nothing. Thank God later during drying the smell would subdue to a more generic "hazediesel" smell -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SE7000 done it's magic with this grow as with all my other grow ops. Se va terminando el mes de Marzo y ya se cosecharon las Double Cookies, con un riquisimo aroma pero por sobretodas las cosas con una resina muy pagajosa y abundante. Ya se van al secadero Las lebrones las mantenemos un poquito mas pero tambien estan explotadas. Tumbadas por el peso de los propios cogollos.

Day 28 flower.! 😏Almost halfway. Had to get a larger area bc the 10x10 bedroom wasn't cutting it. Hard to water when plants fill tha whole room😭. So I upgraded and got a 10x20 workshop behind my house and wired a 100 amp subpanel in there so I should be good for abt 10K watts next grow😎... if I can wire my whole shop on FaceTime with a friend who is a certified electrician then trust me anybody can do it. Yes it was my first time wiring ANYTHING in my life. Which is crazy. It pays to have great friends.

She's developing very well,did have no problems with any fungal infection,this week rained and had problems with other plants,she's very resistant.

One more week I think, just flushed today and checked the run off the PH is at 6,4 and the PPM on 5 of the 6 plants was 330 the one with the burned tips had 665 not to my surprise, but that would explain the nutrient burn, the trichomes are cloudy and there are a lot of amber as well so want to flush this week and hope the fade starts so I can harvest with a fully flushed plant and a good ratio of cloudy to amber trichomes. I know now that I should not have given that last feeding a week ago and should of started the flush but live and learn, 1st time growing these, also the time lapse did not take a whole week not recorded I am super pissed, I will up load a real time video in a day or 2 under regular light, till then hope you all in the states get your Stimulus Check this week end, C ya
