The Hobbit Hole Outdoor Grow 2026 Woche 4 – Der Sommer ist angekommen… und die Natur zeigt ihre Zähne. Diese Woche fühlte sich an wie der eigentliche Beginn des Hobbit Hole. Nach den regnerischen und kühlen Tagen der vergangenen Wochen zeigte sich endlich der Sommer. Drei Tage Sonne am Stück reichten aus, um den kleinen Autos einen sichtbaren Wachstumsschub zu verpassen. Fast so, als hätten sie nur darauf gewartet, endlich loslegen zu dürfen. Besonders auffällig war die Entwicklung der Blätter. Alle vier Pflanzen bildeten inzwischen ihre ersten fünffingrigen Blätter – für mich immer einer der schönsten Momente im frühen Wachstum. Ab diesem Punkt wirken sie nicht mehr wie kleine Sämlinge, sondern wie richtige Cannabispflanzen. Natürlich blieb das Hobbit Hole auch diese Woche nicht völlig verschont. Wie gewohnt bekamen alle Pflanzen vorsorglich eine Behandlung mit Neem, um Schädlingen möglichst früh den Appetit zu verderben. Die Kupferringe verrichteten weiterhin zuverlässig ihren Dienst – zumindest dachte ich das. Dann kam der Rückschlag. Die Guava Runtz, die bis dahin sogar zu den stärksten Pflanzen gehörte, wurde komplett von einer Schnecke erwischt. Vermutlich nutzte sie genau die Stelle aus, an der ein Wühltier zuvor den Kupferschutz beschädigt hatte. Der Stängel wurde einfach durchgeknabbert und der Rest lag dann daneben😓 Genau solche Momente gehören leider zu einem echten Outdoor-Grow dazu. Ärgerlich? Absolut. Aber genau deshalb dokumentiere ich auch solche Rückschläge. Nicht jeder Grow verläuft perfekt, und die Natur schreibt ihre eigenen Regeln. Als direkte Konsequenz bekam die Cinderella sofort einen zweiten Kupferring als zusätzliche Absicherung. Lieber einmal zu vorsichtig als eine weitere Pflanze zu verlieren. Der kleine Zwischenfall hat gleichzeitig das Feld neu sortiert. Die Gelato übernimmt inzwischen die Führung und entwickelt sich aktuell am kräftigsten. Direkt dahinter folgt die Cinderella, die weiterhin ihren Ruf als schnelle und vitale Sorte bestätigt. Auch die Purple Punch hat sich nach ihrem missglückten Start erstaunlich gut erholt und holt langsam auf. Mit jeder Woche wird deutlicher, dass die eigentliche Arbeit unter der Erde längst erledigt wurde. Die Wurzeln scheinen sich inzwischen fest im Boden etabliert zu haben und das oberirdische Wachstum zieht nun sichtbar nach. Outdoor bedeutet eben nicht, jede Situation kontrollieren zu können. Man arbeitet mit dem Wetter, mit Insekten, mit Schnecken, mit Tieren und manchmal auch gegen sie. Genau das macht dieses Projekt für mich so spannend. Drei Hobbits stehen noch im Hobbit Hole. Und jetzt beginnt der eigentliche Kampf.

Die Pflanze entwickelt sich insgesamt sehr kräftig und vital. Nach 24 Tagen habe ich sie über der fünften Nodie getoppt. Die Triebe der ersten Nodie wurden zuvor entfernt, sodass sich die Energie gezielt auf die oberen Strukturen verteilen konnte. Einige Tage nach dem Topping habe ich mit dem Low Stress Training begonnen, um die Seitenarme gleichmäßig auszurichten. Beim Umtopfen in den finalen 25-Liter-Topf habe ich dem Substrat Green House Feeding Bio Grow mit einer Dosierung von 2 g pro Liter Erde beigemischt. Trotz dieser vergleichsweise moderaten Düngemenge zeigt die Pflanze leichte Anzeichen einer Überdüngung. Da bis zum Beginn der Blüte keine weiteren Nährstoffe hinzugegeben werden, ist davon auszugehen, dass sich dies im Laufe der Zeit von selbst reguliert und keinen nachhaltigen Einfluss auf die Entwicklung haben wird. Durch das Topping über der fünften Nodie und das Entfernen der untersten Triebe verfügt die Pflanze aktuell über acht stabile Seitenarme. Diese werden konsequent per LST bis an den Rand des Zeltes trainiert, um eine gleichmäßige Flächenverteilung und eine optimale Lichtausnutzung zu erreichen.

I´m so excited. This year I´m trying my luck with a real guerilla grow. The magic here is that I don´t know if I will actually harvest anything, but if I do, I will treasure it more than any 'safe' grow that I have ever done. Watch the video to see if the plants are still there.

Day 16: New grow week and took some sitting time to kind of adjust the soil and plant locations within the tent. Like I said in the beginning didn't fill the pots so kind of scooped out soil to a stand-bye pot and compressed the soil some near the stalks. I got so really nice healthy stalks that I'm gonna post so check em. Been probably overfeeding but at this point I need nutrient's and these ladies seem to be taking it pretty well so not really worried about it and adding GREASE into my batch of feeding this week. I left a gallon of pre-mix in the tent and am a bit worried so kind of went for a fresh batch and tossed the one sitting in the tent.(Damn it) Raised the light's also just because I want them to reach up. I love to stockiness of my plants right now but need more height. 8ish..got a great pair of paring scissors so trimmed and topped my girls...not sure if that was a good move this early in the grow but this is where the learning and experience comes from I guess. Leaving one alone to have comparisons. Think I'm gonna leave em be for a few and see what happens! Day 17: greeting growth spurts like "wow" Finished off second week batch with a all around watering using a 2 cup pouring cup. Giving each plant about 1 1/2 cups per plant around the main stem outwards. Gonna be mixing my 3rd week feeding probably with 2morrows watering of VPT sesezym and Carbo load for watering but no feeding until Sunday afternoon. Day 18: The gloves are off and I'm swinging for the fences at this point. Watering every day it seems like just trying to keep thing moist and in growth. Watering diameter increasing and going for bottom root watering if that makes any sense. I knocked over one of my babies twice and she is soo rooted, didn't even phase her so think my stems are pretty strong. Took away the milk crate training wheels and giving my plants healthy doses of nutrients to keep them vegging out. Day 19: 7ish Heavy feeding and went up on all my nutrients to full 8ml per gallon. I have 7 plants and usually go through that gallon per feeding at this point. Expanding the watering and not quite to the edges yes but sure i'll be there in a few days give or take. Sat with the plants while watering listening to B.M. and just enjoying the expressions and melodies of life while learning the finer points of growing. os Clipped my tops and am getting those branches to grow out so happy about that. I was a bit nervous seeing those pretty tops laying in the dirt but was happy to see the results of the training. Gonna start with a bit of twine training in the comings days and watching for cal and mag deficiencies as I go. I see a few leaves looking a bit off color so will mist in the coming days. On another note got a pack of Fast Flowers from 420Fastbuds!!!! The Buds look soooo beautiful and enticing that I just couldn't resist!!! My next grow is gonna be so legit!!!! Day 20: lightly misted with some Golden Goddess and gonna seszyme vpt with AE,GI,MT rhino and b2....not alot since soil moist but enough on the outsides to keep the root zone going. Plants are getting really bushy and snipping but not too much. Day 21: Watering today and just thinking bout this 4th week. Watering with some sensi cal. Also going for another humidifyer in tha tent for more even humidification. My plants look pretty strong but looking for more roots to get bigger plants. Gonna stay with the vtp mix. I got 5gallon pot so we got the space. Didn't put any clay @ bottom of my pots so once these pots flush, hope I get good drainage. Been defoliating...smh. like trimming my hair always too much so just hitting the bottom parts of plants so that they can get air. 8ish: thinking I may need to go up on my PH a bit just to prevent my roots from locking from all the nutrition. I want them to be able to get all these nutrients in a get some decent sized plants. Not sure if it's the cutting of the lower fan leaves. Just have to wait until morning to see how my plants respond.

Amazing plant to grow. By far my favorite out of the sweet seeds f1 fast line. Flower looks feels and smells like indoor. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend this enough especially to anyone growing with shorter flowering seasons.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. GROW 😛 Plants have grown rapidly. GraduallIy I removed the side branches. They look very naked now. But experience has taught me that - especially with SOG - you can almost never overdo it, by removing sidebranches for up to 3 weeks of flowering (depending on the sativa/indica ratio). Usually these branches do not get enough light, so they do not produce many flowers. 😺 On DAY 12 : The smallest plant is 36 cm. The largest plant is 60 cm. 😊 ------------------------------------------ BLOOM 😍 First flowers appear. The plants already smell very nice ! 👍 ------------------------------------------ WATER + NUTRITION 😱 On day 8 I watered the plants by hand, for the last time: 5 liter water with 2 tablets of RQS Easy Bloom Booster. From day 9 I have connected the autopots to the water tank. Hopefully the biotabs tablets provide enough nutrition for the coming weeks. ------------------------------------------ AIR HUMIDITY 😨 To keep the humidity at the desired level, I have to refill the two 7.5 liter humidifiers daily. 👍 As long as the plants do not have real buds, I like high humidity for a stimulating VPD. 💪

Week two went good there was a bit of underwatering on my part, these ladies drink! The breeder did warn me about that though. Beside the underwatering things look good. Next week they'll be transplanted to final 11L fabric pots. Happy Growing!

Spent the week rinsing and massaging roots, cleaning, filling then re-cleaning and refilling reservoirs. The rot is gone. Replaced with beneficial microbes from Advanced Nutrients Tarantula, that I made into a tea. This tea has cured the rot and also made a huge contribution to the roots and therefore, the whole plant. Am very impressed with the plants progress, vigour, vitality and strength! Now that the crisis is over, I'll be using the tea twice weekly to replenish the ranks. Day 43 Lowered grow dose Increased bloom & top max Replaced rhino skin with big bud buds are stacking nicely, pistils are exploding, and frost is coming in. All 3 plants showing slight stress which I believe is from the strong 600w HPS light. Nothing of concern, however not a lot I can do as light is already as full height, hiwever Will Increase air flow more upward.
