Didn't have too many pictures before the flip, the other plant in the tent was being wild and stretchy. Still making good growth but is still kinda small.

Flowering Day 35 I’ve starting steering vegetatively this week which means less stress on the plants to increase bud size. Watering has been frequent with low EC. Lower VPD along with other veg crop steering techniques used. Buds getting bigger every day

At the end of last week, finally flower indicators started to show and these week it went more. Day 32: I sprayed them with Rhizotonic this week. This will be the last week for sprays. I don't like to spray my plants while having buds on it even thought it is organic. Always make sure you spray from below the leafs. They will uptake it better and also spray some above. With the lights off. Did some defoliation again and removed some lower internodes which will be crappy buds anyways. Made a video of my feeding bucket as well, in case some of you wonder how I feed all those plants manually. It is a pump with an gardenhose attached. Thats it for this week, Until next week!

🌱 Ghost Train Haze — Week 9 From Seed (Week 4 Flower | 12/12 From Seed — No Veg) This week is one of those moments where you don’t guide the plant… you observe it. She’s not just growing — she’s expressing. ⸻ 🌿 Structure & Expression From the very beginning, this run was about letting the plant define itself under a 12/12 cycle — no artificial veg, no forced shaping. And now we see the result: • Strong sativa-dominant expression • Long internodal spacing, but still stacking • Large, beautifully structured fan leaves • Upright, confident growth — no signs of stress She’s currently sitting around ~1.6m, and still stretching. Not aggressively… but purposefully. This is what happens when a plant is: • Not overhandled • Not overcorrected • Simply supported ⸻ 🍃 The Leaves (Worth Stopping For) Those leaves… honestly, they tell the whole story. • Deep green, fully saturated • Clean veins, no deficiencies • Wide spread = efficient light capture • Slight red petioles — genetic expression + intensity, not stress You don’t touch leaves like these unless they ask you to. And right now — they’re not asking for anything. ⸻ 💡 Light & Environment To adapt to her vertical push, the whole room was raised slightly: • PPFD: ~1600–1700 at the top • Still within tolerance because: • She’s actively stretching • Metabolism is high • No signs of light stress Environment holding steady: • 🌡️ 28°C • 💧 ~65% RH • Outside contrast: cold + humid (10°C / 87%) We’re not chasing numbers — we’re watching leaf response (VPD-driven). And right now, she’s fully comfortable. ⸻ Feeding Strategy (Autopot + Support) Reservoir (Mineral Base): • Plagron Terra Bloom • Green Sensation • Power Buds • CalMag (first in solution) EC: ~2.9 – 3.0 → High, but clearly within her tolerance Top Feeding (Manual, occasional): • Sugar Royal • Pure Zym Nothing complicated. Just consistent availability + letting the plant decide uptake. ⸻ 🌸 Flower Development Week 4 flower and you can already see: • Clear bud site definition • Early stacking along the main stem • Structure preparing for weight She’s not rushing flower. She’s building the frame first. That usually means one thing later on: 👉 Potential for heavy, elongated colas ⸻ 🌱 Why This Works (No Veg Insight) Running 12/12 from seed on a plant like this does something interesting: • The plant skips horizontal bush building • It prioritizes vertical structure early • Energy goes into: • Stem strength • Root establishment • Early reproductive readiness For genetics like Ghost Train Haze (naturally large, vigorous): 👉 This approach helps control size without suppressing expression Outside, this would easily become a monster. Here, we’re letting her be big — just within a controlled ceiling. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next Week • Stretch should begin to slow down • Bud sites will start: • Thickening • Connecting • Nutrient demand may stabilize or slightly increase • Watch: • Light distance (she’s getting close) • Airflow through inner canopy No major interventions planned. We continue observing. ⸻ 🤝 Gratitude To everyone walking this path with us: • The OGs who’ve been here from day one • The new eyes discovering the journey • The growers sharing knowledge openly • The communities — inside and outside this platform • The genetics, the gear, the support behind the scenes And yes — even the critics. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Bonjour les amis, Les températures commencent à baisser et c'est tant mieux. J'ai repris l’engraissage pour quelques jours, il me semble qu'avec la chaleur le développement ralenti. Les fleurs peinent à prendre du volume. C'est une question de patience. A bientôt, bonnes vacances à tous, M.

Day 42 from sprout. I been torn on if I'm going to transplant again. I know that since i am doing an organic grow its all about that soil and its microbes. I feel I been doing pretty good with these 3 gallon pots so far and only got a 2x4x6 to grow in. That being said I did top dress today 2-11 with my gaia green fertilizers and did a bit of defoliation. They lookin like their 60 year old blind Auntie cut their hair and look mangled but I just defoliated an hr before I took these pics. I am considering on transplanting to 5 gal before i flip to flower in about a month but not sure yet.

Harvest Part One, Day 93: First harvest of the Main colas, as a lot of the trichomes turned brown. An awful lot of work to trim wet, but wanted to get rid of all the dryed leaves. A comment on another diary said leaves turned yellow because of possible lockout. Well, i cant deny it, but i have no experience at all with it. In hindsight i should have used a lot more fertilizer during the vegi phase, i guess, because this monster turned out to be super hungry (if that makes sense). Density after removing the leaves is ok i think. Expected a bit more to be honest. Massive headbuds still though. However, kinda „raw“ on the inside as you can see by the color and general appearance. So wondering if it was to early still. Alright, half of the plant cut down, and placed in dryferm bags (compare to dryaging but tailored to Cannabis), as i have mentioned before. Still in the process, after like 7 days half of the weight gone already. A Bit more to go i think. I think i will post another update with the bottom part of the plant and for sure one with the finished product. So far very surprising strain in a positive way, still very delicate smell (i get the „doughy“ and in a sense creamy part of dutch Passions Description, its very subtile though and not much else, almost citrusy tea like), great yield, grows somewhat easy but probably isnt easy to maintain and doesnt like errors in handling. All in all im very happy and cant wait to try the First Buds. So far 7.5/10 — very decent. Let‘s see how it performs. Might change the evaluation then. And sorry, might totally be wrong about everything. Let me know your opinion, criticism, etc., please!

Day 65, 17th of November 2020: Welcome back at the beggining of the 3rd week of flowering. They seem to be stopped streching and now concentrating on buds. All of them are gorgeous..... The 2 Zamnesia genetics Gelato and Kalini Asia are pretty and buds are forming nicely. Kalini Asia might strech a bit more but not long. The Sweet Seed ones are really nice and I am so happy because Red Hot Cookies is already getting red.... pistils and around the leaves.. I hope the same happens to the Red Mandarine and Tropicanna Poison also. They are so gorgeous. They calmed down I don't expect more strech. Fertilization still the same every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. Some lollipopping (Defoliation) is also done. I removed all the LST the plant remains in the same shape from now. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

Hey folks, Late update this week due to a big rain store we had last Friday. It called for 5mm of rain which equated to about 3.6L of water for each plant! A bit much for young plants with a small root system, but the good news is that the smart fabric pots did thier job to help dry out the soil. Since our last update, I have topped and defoilaited the damaged leafs from my f$%# up last week. Girls are healthy and show no signs of slowing down. I also started some basic LST with 3D printed plastic clips! They work great and I will be modifying them a bit to provide me more angle selection. If you guys wanna know more about these clips please let me know. Other than rotating the pots and doing some regular maintenance, everything looks good, gnat traps are up and so far there are no signs of them which I credit keeping the topsoil dry. I have not water the plants and it is calling for rain tonight into Thursday, so it seems like mother nature is doing God's works of water my plants for me :). I hope you guys enjoy the update, see you on the next one!

Day 57. All goes the best for this girl. How she looked on third week and now - is very nice improvement. Strain is very strong and resiliant to growers mistakes ;))) Mars Hydro TS1000 is dimmed to approximately 80%, great light no doubts , BUT i think i found one issue. That cover sink makes air circulation harder and it looks like she produces a lot more heat when is running on max output. Will take surface thermometer from work next week to check this. Ill post denial if i was stupid, but looks like 240W quantum runs colder than 150 upside down sink version. Yesterday girl got 3 liters of pure 6.3 ph water. No feeding in plans for at least two weeks. Happy Growing !!!
