Here we go for the first session. Hope it will be as easy as the first one was... finger crossed ! As I love sativas strains, Chocolate Haze seems a perfect choice to me. The grow tent in tall (2m) so the girls can grow till 1.6m more or less. With some training and topping, it should be ok. Germination day 5 : 2/3. I decided to put a 4th Chocolate seed. If it germinates, it will be just 5 days younger. Nothing I can't deal with ! If it doesn't, never mind. Let's give it a try ! Germination day 9 : 4/4 ! Now it means that I have to deal with 7 pure sativas in 1m2…. I love chalenges 😁😅 Germination day 12 : The litle girls are growing gently. The second pair of leaves is coming, and I thing I'll turn diary into "week 1" on saturday with their first repotting. The 4th Chocolate haze is a bit small for repotting as she's 5 days late compared to the others. But, she grows fast and strong (maybe faster than the 3 others) and I think she'll make it ! We'll see.

All the girls have been placed into their final pots 20L fabric. Really happy with the root structures due to the fabric pots - not one root bound plant and all the roots still searching for space to grow. They have recovered from transplant already and are all growing out and enjoying the root space. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have lost 1 Kushbreath x faceOff plant (Putins punch seed) The phenotype grew too short and bushy to make it in this SCROG grow - I have moved this plant to my auto tent to grow out and train. Both V2 / V3 are both growing really well and cant say either one is better than the other.

Aug 3: this is a very promising looking plant. She’s quite big and flowering quite quickly which is a great combo. She was the exact same size as my other photoperiod until the start of flowering two weeks ago, and now she’s bigger and flowering faster. Humidity is quite low during the day so I’m continuing to mist the leaves a few times during the day. Did a foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate this morning. Aug4: did a major defoliation to remove small lower buds and stuff that was growing in toward the centre. This improves light penetration and air flow which are super important but also forces the plant to direct the energy where you want at the main colas, and not wasted down below. Aug 5: lots of buds forming quickly on lots of decently uniform colas. Should be good. Big rain last night but plants were in dark garage. Watered this morning with 27 C water that had blackstrap molasses, soluble seaweed extract, Monster Maxx and Cal-Mag. Did all four on the weak side of the standard concentrations listed and just 1L used on the plant. Much cooler today so she won’t need as much water. Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. Very well deigned and manufactured like all of their gear. These are indoor lights so fair weather use only. This far north (53 N) we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. Idea is to use UV lights for a couple hours each day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm). UV light is the main environmental limit on THC and this will make the light in Edmonton in September more like California in July. Should have a big impact this far north. At other end of light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoors (FGI) 730 nm far red light as a bloom booster. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes for the far red light. Ok so had a good week approaching week 5 of flower for the rest of the plants the large critical mass that's a few weeks ahead of these has now started to be flushed checked the trichomes looking nice and milky so will flush that one over the next 2 weeks and continue with the feeding schedule of advanced nutrients for rest of the baby girls

Week 2 of Veg... OK!! So she's not doing well and I'm scratching my head a little if I'm honest... Since I upgraded to the taller tent and the Telos 6 Pro Slimline all of the plants have been doing AMAZING apart from her! 🤦‍♂️ The growth on all the others is MASSIVELY accelerated While she just sits there moaning her bag off & I don't know why!?! 🤬 Now I know that they're not identical in terms of genetics as they are 3 different species of plant (Cannabis, Pear Drop Cherry Tomatoes & Sweet Peppers) however they are VERY similar & the other 6 have no signs of burning or stress from excess nutrients or any other environmental issues like temperature or humidity problems. It is Day 16 - 30/05/21 My temperatures and humidity have stayed SOLID for the last 6 hours while the lights were on, they are at 120cm height from my babies as recommended... Temps 24-26c Humidity 70-75% They have all had the exact same weak feeds just 2 small mixes from day 10 onwards, the only difference is I have ran roughly 1L of just pure PH'd water through the Cherry Gar-See-Ya seedling as she looks like she has been burnt to crap!!! The plan now is just to leave her alone and see what happens, Let her dry out a bit and then just a drink of water when she wants it... On a good note she is standing up on her own without support now so I'm hoping she can pull through and this will only knock me back a week or 2 which is fine now I have the extra height to play with 👍 Hopefully I'm doing the right thing by her but some helpful comments right now would be VERY welcomed as I'm still a noob and new to growing 🤓... ...Eager to learn though! 🤔 Potgoblin 🌱✌️

15 Weeks clone to harvest. Still have the mother plant around. Will be keeping it around untill the plant has cured and can see weather I do want to keep. I can always try to choc mint og v2, and try more phenotypes, as on this occasion I only had 1 and it wasn't hunted was just a random seed. Was my first time growing in a DWC set up. Will be running the set up again next run, but with different nutrient line up. First time growing from clone also I was super impressed with how fast they grew. They out grew the mother plant in the vegetative stage.

I’m going to leave the seedlings in the small brown pots until their 1st node and then I’ll transfer them into bigger plastic 3.5gal pots with 80/20 soil to perlite potting mix. One Dosidos is looking a bit behind and the one with the weird leaves ended up catching up to the Northern Lights, maybe even growing faster than it. All Dosidos’ ended up dying but one and I’m sure it’s on the way out. Northern Lights has had no issues and growing perfect.

Started the week with 3 sprouted the 2 others basically never started. Added two circulating fans. Just added 500ml water every 3 days or so. Added 750 mil now.. all 3 patients are doing greAt. Tent is dialed in really good. the leaves curling a little bit on Plant 1. Going to do some research on why. So Doing some reading it said the curling could be caused by overwatering. Which could be true. Patient #1 is looking healthy even with the light curve on the leaves. I read about toping. My thoughts are i have a large enough tent so i am just going to LST in the coming weeks. My tent is a 4x8 and i did not fill the tent. I am regretting now getting the most out of tent this grow. Any thoughts?

This week I changed a few elements, I changed my nutes to mills, I used mills on my last grow and had a really good result, I also like the fact that's it takes 1 week to flush, this is because it is made of organic and inorganic compounds and contains less salts. The only reason I didn't go with mills from the start was purely financial, canna is cheaper and doesn't require the expensive "start" additive like mills. The guy in my local shop swears by mills and gave me a bottle of c4 for free so I switched. I also added a greenhouse tube heater as my lights off temp was dropping to around 6c. I'm at 12c now and can live with that. My flowers are forming nicely with small spacing in between each node and I have been bending the branches down to encourage growth. This is going as planned and I'm loving this run 👊
