Grow Journal Week Zero : Special Project Kickoff 🌱 Hello dear growers and growerettes, I’m thrilled to start this new grow journal, featuring a special project that I'm incredibly excited about. Here are all the details for Week 1: Plant Details The plants are already 9 weeks old when transplanted and have been kept alive through careful repotting. They are topped and include 3 plants of the Banana Krumble feminized strain from Greenhouse Seeds. 🌿🍌 Tent Setup I’m placing them in a 90x90x200 cm tent. They will be in 20 liter fabric pots filled with Living Soil from Florganics. Watering will be managed by the Blumat system, which works particularly well with my living soil, as the soil needs to be kept constantly moist. 💧 Soil Additions Nematodes were added to the soil while mixing the living soil, not during transplanting. Control System Everything is monitored by my TrolMaster Tent-X system, thanks to TrolMaster, who kindly provided me with the controller. This system also controls and dims my lights. Don't miss out on this great deal! 🛒💰 Goals and Expectations Last year, I overextended myself by trying too much and expanding too rapidly, which led to less control over my grow. Therefore, I’ve decided to go back to basics: only one strain in the tent to refine my skills. 🌱 To focus more on one thing, I chose the Blumat system, which works particularly well with my living soil as it needs to stay constantly moist. During my last Automatic run, I introduced the plants around week 4, which was not the best decision. It was too early, so I had to top them to keep them small, leading me to practice mainlining. I succeeded with one plant, but learned a lot from the other two without any serious damage. After 6-7 weeks of growth under truly wild conditions in terms of VPD and stress, they were finally moved into their 20-liter Living Soil fabric pots and the humidity and temperatures were adjusted. Weekly Progress This journal starts in week 9. The ladies have perfectly adapted to the soil and recovered well in the 2 weeks since being placed in Living Soil. I will create a timelapse of the flowering phase; due to the above-mentioned conditions, it wasn't possible during the vegetative phase. At times, I was really worried about the ladies, but they seem to be recovering. I am excited to see what this run will yield. Watering Schedule An aquarium pump constantly supplies the watering watertank with oxygen. I am eager to take you on this journey with me. Let’s see how this setup works and what you all think! 4th day in flower here, plants have doubled in size since a week or so ago. Once again very nice healthy colour to the girls really impressed so far, not a hint of stress shown from the plants at all, very hungry the soil is becoming dry everyday they just take everything I give them.

They look like about another month on most of them. I'm interested in how big the buds will get, I'm used to having a big main cola instead of an even canopy. The dirty aquarium water has been doing great through flowering so far, no nitrogen toxicity. 3/11/22 - Defoliated for the last time! Defoliated so there's no moisture buildup between leaves, preventing PM. There were so many leaves, it looked pretty like a beautiful bush - but my intuition told me that those are going to hold too much moisture. Now there is enough space for the buds to fill out with even airflow throughout. They don't look as beautifully full after defoliation but they'll be cleaner & easier to trim come the end of flower. Well she has had 2 feeds and has doubled in size in the last week. No signs of flowering yet but looking very healthy. I have stopped lst as she is very bushy and making it hard to train.

9/1 Going good prob will chop in a week or two

Growth is just going amazing. Both phenos are doing just astounding. I'm overall delighted with these genetics. Days 35-37 Growth is going amazing as you can see. When preflower stops. I'll move it under a 300w light from mars-hydro. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks. I have moved over to giving bloom now. She is showing light mag issue so I added Xpert Nutrients Calmag and have been feeding the 20L pot without it fully drying up. I love soil growing. Day 38-39 She's pushing on at an alarming rate. I did not plan for it to be these big. They're going to get 50-100% bigger. So, it's not necessarily their size now. But in 3 weeks. I need to start using IR in my flower tent to push my fems into high gear. Adding 2hrs of extra light should easily cut days to a week depending where they are. Got to also becareful as if I add IR to anything in preflower it'll stretch like crazy. So, im at least 5 days or so before my flower tent will have no preflowering plants just all girls into heavy flower. This plant will STAY away from any IR 730nm for at least another 2-3 weeks. So, she'll do all her preflower under the p1000, which will be an issue in itself. Day 40-42 Took her down to separate her as they're far to close, to big and too many shoots not to do anything will only set the mid-lower parts back weeks during the flower process. I did do some very very light lollipopping at the very ends. The shoots were the smallest. And removed their fans obviously. That's the only defol I've done more or less over this ENTIRE grow. Which is very rare for me not to remove some leaves. With autos, you really shouldn't. Some can take it & still do well. But left alone. And good lighting/airflow throughout the plants. Has really made a huge difference. I separated them as best I could with as minimal stress as possible. It'll take a few hours to look all pretty again when she settles. She'll look really good. No HST/Defols done in any major way. Left it all. And just let them do their thing. Working with it, the smell is LOVELY like a black berry smell. Is absolutely lovely scent she's giving off. But, she is a good candidate for stealth growing. Only when she's worked on does she pong. And you have to be close to smell it. Day 42 and she's doing AMAZING. Really happy to see both phenos looking beautiful & separated really well. Hoping she'll push through pre flower in the next 10-12 days. This week was EVENTFUL! I topped her the first time and applied LST after some days of recoveery. I still gave her just pH adjusted tapwater.

this is my winter stash. Two days in and i got sprouts.

White hairs so definitely flowering. Plants 1-4 are all positively female. Plants 5-6 still pre flowering but look female. There may be no males for breeding. I will resume nutes soon.

Fight with high humidity. Any advice?

Last day of week 5 today. Got a great start to some frosty tops. Seeing some.purple leaves coming in. My wife's shower music played a key roll in this video. These 2 Minnesota strains from Mad Shark Genetix , Taste of Minnesota on left, Blueberry Winter on the right, are doing very well and I have enjoyed growing these 2. 4 more weeks ish to go. Well I have harvested 3 of the 5 Runtz ladies at day 78.The other two took to the training a bit better and have a lot more colas and atleast another week to go.I will post outcome after they dry and I trim.It is rainy season for my area so humidity will be high but I can control it with a dehumidifier.Nice slow dry for these ladies shooting for low 60s in temperatures and humidity Plant. 420 2025 Easter Sunday I have harvested the last 2 Zamnesia Runtz these girls are loaded with trichomes smell amazing and pretty big producers for an autoflower.Thank you Zamnesia and Plagron for sponsoring this journey happy Easter/420 :)
