9/22 topped them at 4th node. some of them are looking better for mainlining that others. some of them i may not mainline and others i left an extra node in case i want to keep clones around. #1 is looking happy with the topping and looks really good. #2 is the only one thats been praying and is the tallest and strongest looking all around. #5 short and such tight internodal spacing that it makes it hard to see whats all there. just looks like a bunch of small leaves until they grow out. i may not mainline this one either be cause of it being so tightly packed it may make it 9/27/24 day 20 theyre growing quite well. #1 i ended up taking the bottom nodes. i was originally goi g to use them as clones later on but decided to just let her go with her 4 nodes. #5 is so tightly packed, she has like 8 mains all in such a small space, its hard to even make sense of it all.

I joined Grow diaries late in my growing career... I wish I would have found this site sooner.. Enjoy! I personally enjoy growing mephisto genetics. I was very happy with the toof decay grow and end result. I ended up letting this cure for 2 months. It is number 2 in my book so far for my adventure with Mephisto seeds. Walter white is #1. I grew this in colder conditions through the winter of 2019. Super dense buds loaded trichs, very loud smell, and great appeal! I have more of these seeds so I will do a start to finish eventually. ¿Cómo se encuentran esta semana? Por aquí por mi zona no para de llover, y la verdad que me beneficia, ya que así reduzco la potencia del humidificador, y aprovecho la humedad del ambiente. Que la seguimos manteniendo en 70% HR. Bueno lo mas destacable: El primer día de la semana le apliqué una poda apical a la mayoría, y una poca FIM a dos de ellas (1 Zkit Kandy y 1 Super OG Kush) Lo que se hace cuando aplicas la poda apical, es corta el ápice principal de la planta, por lo que, los demás brotes, lucharán por el poder de ser el ápice principal, resultando unas cuentas cabezas principales, y ensanchamiento de la planta. Y en la poda FIM, se corta un 70% aproximadamente, del ápice principal, la planta, actuará de manera parecida a la poda apical, pero no pierdes el verdadero ápice principal. Les fue muy bien esta poda, en mitad de semana, ya se ven los brotes más estirados, comenzó la carrera! Y a finales de semana, no se si en ese momento era buena idea o no, pero lo hice, les corté todas las hojas de abanico de la planta😵 con el objetivo, de eliminar las sombras de éstas, dadas sus dimensiones, abarcaban mucho territorio. Resultó ser bueno, al siguiente día se puede apreciar en el video, la estructura que están formado mis pequeñas💪 Muchas gracias, si te has molestado en leer mi pequeño diario de cultivo! Really noticing the buds putting on size quickly. Still another 4 weeks of flower left to go roughly, will start to slowly drop the nitrogen so they can concentrate on fattening the buds

2/04 Very nice strain by Weed seed shop, first time 100% indoor. Growed Fems and Autos outdoor from their bank few times in the past, and it was also nice. Loved the colours, very homogeneous plant. Manicure made just before the harvest I will weight flowers after drying, before curing and add infos and photos

7/29 - Week 9 of veg is starting. At this point, it is just let them grow up a few inches, and also fill out the pots some more with roots before transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots (their final homes). I also plan on mixing a 'flower blend' soil to fill up the 5g pot around the rootball that is transplanted. This recipe for the soil is taken from MaximumYield: Enhanced fruit/flower potting soil recipe This soil recipe is designed for plants that are ready to fruit or flower. In particular, this recipe works great for ornamentals that are already in bloom and for fast-growing annuals that are entering their fruiting or flowering stage. Parenthesis indicate small changes or products I'm using. 1/2 cu. ft. (60 cups) sphagnum peat moss (Promix BX) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) coco coir (Mother Earth Coco Peat) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) compost (either compost or manure) 1/4 cu. ft. Anywho, the plants were watered with ~1.25 liters of water each, about 90 minutes before lights out. Will be interesting to post the 7/31 photos after a couple hours of lights on, and see the difference in appearance. I also mixed the soil for flowering, and it will now have a couple weeks to 'cook' and become ready for the plants. I did make a mistake and accidentally added 1 cup of fish meal instead of 1/4 cup (oops), and the alfalfa meal just smelled too good, so I added 1/2 cup instead of 1/4. Hopefully those 2 'changes' don't add too much nitrogen for flower, but I imagine it won't. I also instead of adding perlite (didn't want to buy a 4 cu ft bag when I needed at most 2.5 gallons (1/3 cu ft), so I opted to add 1 gallon of pumice. Since the coco peat and promix both have perlite in them, I didn't want too much added. There were also some worms from the compost that made it into the tote that is now storing the mix, so life has already started in the soil. 7/31 - It wasn't just after lights on, as I didn't have time to photo earlier, but this is just about 24 hours after watering, and praying/looking good. I had noticed that it looked like the fan had slipped down the pole a bit, and was causing some wind burn/clawing of the leaves yesterday, which probably attributed to poor looks, but looking better today! While I am not that versed in checking preflowers, from what I can tell, if I had to guess, CH#1 could be either (maybe slightly leaning towards female, thought I might have saw a couple hairs), and the #2 actually looked male to me. 8/4 - After getting home from work, and realizing I hadn't checked on the plants in a couple days and I knew they were due for water either yesterday or today, I saw some THIRSTY plants. They each got ~1.2L of water, and also a quick trim back. After checking preflowers again, I am afraid that both Chinook plants may end up male :(
