Welcome back, Day 23, everything is on track, and I'm able to leave the system to run, although I still check on the girls 2 times a day and foliar feed Remo cal-mag. pH sweet spot seems to be around 5.8/5.9 upto about 6.3. EC has been gradually dropping which let's me know the plants are uptaking the nutrients. Roots are now getting very established hence the faster growth. I am due a RO water change in the next day or so. Plant training - I plant to do some LST and Topping soon. Withing the next week for sure. Stay tuned until then! Day 28 - Things are looking good, some decent growth the past few days. Everything is luscious green and looking healthy. Occasionally foliar feeding cal-mag as I use RO water. Taken off 2 fan leaves off each plant as they were pretty big blocking light. The rest I've just leaf tucked. Trying to open up the lower shoots without causing too much stress to the girls. The LST and topping will start properly soon. Let the fun begin

Here we go, this is the ninth week of growing. The plants look, and smell incredible right now, I've started flushing last week, and will continue this week , and I hope to make the harvest next Saturday. By the time I've been removing a lot of leaves, because they started to turn yellow, as the cycle of the plants is getting to its end. I am really satisfied with the overall quality of this plant, every aspect of it is amazing! My retarded daughter is getting herself together, but she still has almost 3-4 weeks until she's ready.

Veg Week 5 Day 35 to 41 - 3/25 to 3/31 This week is primarily test training recovery. Seeing each recent topping was at the 3 node point I topped again. Follow up of the cola breaks was nice for all but 1, The worst break (the one with tape over it) actually recovered very well, I see no future issues from that branch other than monitor for weight tears. The next worse break on the other plant wasnt so fortunate. While it started out okay, it also kept ripping under its own weight as it grew topping wasnt only beneficial, it was the only thing that allowed this branch to survive past the day (lesson here is to make sure all breaks are back supported early while they recover at least) I think this branch may need to be supported for the entire grow, and the amount of recovery time is possibly past the point of which I would want to see in a normal grow since it may not produce nearly as well as the other colas. The lighter break on each plant look to have taken advantage of the damage and produces giant knuckles of cured hardwood at the breaks. This is exactly the kind of recovery I want to see since all future water ways will pass these points and the branch will still be strong enough to support future weight of giant flowers. Feed this week was again an auto pot reservoir feed at 300ppm total before add-ins. I used 300ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and NO Bloom concentrate mix (just showing the recipe in week 5- I am adding it in week 6). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.0 Next week I plan to top cut the branches again and change out the feeds with 350ppm at 6.0ph

The two plants this week look like they are turning green again and the yellowing is going away so I think all is well

Hoping that this week will not be a tennis match with my PH and my nutrient solution. Last week I saw my solution drop a full point in a matter of hours - consistently. I also ditched the PH up/down dosers crutch two grows ago, and I am not missing it as the intel is far better without them. IMO PH dosers do not give you real-time feeding feel from your plant - yet they adjust your PH to the "Perfect" level. Less is more in this craft, and in more ways than not. There is a balance between technology, automation, efficiency and most importantly - humans. If we removed the human element out of a grow, the product will be inferior, right? - trichome check showed mostly cloudy, with a few random amber if one looks hard enough. She’s ripening nice and reservoir running fairly normal for late flower. Wonder if that zero water filters-gone-bad caused my major PH crashes. Fed her KookBloom dry only this week and now in a 2 day flush. Should be about 10% amber.

I burned them. I knew 2000 ppm was too much but I went with the NFTG chart anyways. The different charts worked great at 100% until now. The one in the back took it the worst. The front one only somewhat. I stopped feeding and have just been giving them tap water for the last week which is about 100ppm. They seem stable now, I guess. These fuckers have gotten unruly. They are too big for their own good. I can barely get in there to do anything. When I started these I didnt look too much into the strain. I just figured i'd use up some free seeds and got to it without much of a plan. I was going to use 5 gallon pots but on transplant day I realized I only have 7 gallon pots so I went with it. They are 2 giant bushes for sure. The buds on the back plant are getting massive. I got yoyo's everywhere. They smell great. I took out a couple lights and started to simulate shade. Roughly 4 weeks left, give or take.

Hello Diary, White Widow has completed the third week of vegetation and is entering the flowering stage. This week the White Widow grew 15 cm, got a bunch of new leaves and started to form flowers. The leaves are a nice green color and generally White Widow looks healthy. It is really developing very nicely, which makes me super happy. The summer heat is still present which affects the temperature in the grow box, this week the average was 29 degrees although sometimes the temperature rises to over 31 degrees. But I don't notice that it is harming them, I make sure to water them regularly, so that the soil does not remain too dry although that sometimes happens. Every week, as the plants grow, I increase the amount of water when watering. I continue to add Bio Grow Fertilizer and CalMg with each watering. pH I drop to 6.0 with Plagron's Lemon Kick. At the end of the week, more precisely after taking photos for day 21, I increased the power of the led lights to 80%. Here is a quick overview of the week: 10/08/2024 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added Bio Grow Fertilizer and CalMg. With that amount I evenly watered all three plants on the farm. 13/08/2024 - Day 20. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as the three days before. 14/08/2024 - Day 21. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. Official end of the vegetation phase. I just did a solution change yesterday. I was having a issue getting the right amount dialed in. She has shifted into flowering, and is still making progress. She is under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 320 watt. I have her in Athena blended line nutrition she hopefully bounces back now fast, and makes some great progress. Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.

10/08: i just switched the lights over to 12/12. I am pleased enough with how the grow phase has gone, though i made some mistakes, and i am frustrated with how significantly different these phenos have been in their grow patterns. The canopy isnt great, and two pf the plants are significantly taller than the others. And i simply was not able to train them the same. I took 3 cuttings of each and am hoping to propagate them and keep a mother of my favorite of the 4 plants, assuming any of them actually end up with color. Really looking forward to the next couple of weeks as buds start to grow in. Fingers crossed for purple.
