This plant was ready on Sunday, but I didn't have the time nor energy to chop her. Today was the day, and I am excited to see how it is after the dry. Maybe this will allow me to take a break before I get my next lineup selected.

Was a good learning experience. I'm not going to get near the weight I expected from these, and though the bud turned out really tasty, I don't think I'll grow it again. I'm not sure I would recommend to a newbie. It was in some awesome living soil, but some deficiencies crept up in flower, and I wasn't impressed with the roots upon post mortem exam. On second look, even the photo on msnl's site shows some spots that looks like deficiencies. Definitely some grower errors here, but all of my ongoing grows faced the same challenges and these just seemed less adaptable. Anyhow, I've been graced with some clean meds for now, and I'm a happy growin hooman. 👽 I also probably won't do any more autoflowers moving forward. Just not my style. There are some great peeps doing outstanding work with autos though. Best to them and all! :) D82 - 12.12 - cut the second auto cheese yesterday. Let her go as long as I was comfortable. Think her run in with the gnats resulted in the the deficiencies. Awfully covered in trichs, so it should make for tasty smoke after dried, trimmed and cured.. Shall update

Had a panic attack this week!!! Found some little fast moving crawlers on my mulch. Most were on the leaves I had trimmed off during defoliation. I come to find out they are a type of mite that eat the decaying foliage and were likely already within the soil itself. Luckily no problem at all. Lots of new growth and they all seemed to respond well to the little LST and HST I’ve used (topping and fimming). Almost daily I come in and press the tops out or down to help spread the canopy before trellising. The purple queen is truly the most impressive lady in the garden at this point. The Citradelic Sunset is a close second. Both plants are expressing 11 finger fan leaves and have very thick branches. I’ve had to raise my lights to 60” and everything has responded very well. They received about 4 cups each of compost tea this week. I backed off my watering schedule to help with the soil saturation.

Day 50 400 ml plain rain - just drank up her nutes Day 51 400ml plain rain - prob need to thin her out for flower - instead going to lst the leading stems in the centre - try and get some 2dary growth and control that stretch and then see which other stems make it to the party by end of week Day 52 400ml plain rain Defoliated heavily for preflower stretch - took out all fans of strong established stems and fans of totally weak sites which I fimmed. Fimmed a few under branches. Pulled the leading mainlines out again - there is so much stretch so very soft, can't tie down so rolled them and the central stems that are leading - just to get them to toughen up. Exposed many who might be something - left their fans on if they wanna try. Then I decided I wanted to try the scrog idea I had and would you adam and eve it? It fit! Gentlefolks - may I present "disability_scrog". I had this left over from when I was real ill, and just thought with my cargo net from the car ... anyway I don't know what I'm thinking LOL. It fits - didn't take too long either but after the pruning and looking after my mite infested 24hr grow - I will save the tying in for tomorrow, yaaaaaay 😏 Day 53 Well yesterdays' defoliation has resulted in lots of stems going for it, going to hold off on tying in. I intensively fimmed everything at bottom including their fans - leaving stronger stems to get more air & light. Under leading meristems, I left a few nodes and their fans for the general wellbeing of plant. The mainlines are still tied to get more light to the remaining branches I hope will stretch. As per usual I have two sap sucker leading stems that are screwing everything up - these are tucked and hoping won't hold up the rest from stretching. She’s starting to finally bush out. I defoliated her last week and I’ll do the same again. Looks like she really liked it.

Exciting news my Lemon Haze Auto has officially entered her flowering phase!🌱 She's also started stretching, although so far it's mainly the main stem that's showing significant growth.💚 This week, I also adjusted the nutrient schedule with Biobizz fertilizers to better match her new needs during flowering. 🌿 She's looking healthy and strong, and I’m really curious to see if the side branches will catch up or if the focus stays on one big central cola. 🌞 Let's see where this journey goes! 👀✨

They are small plants compared to HighCloudZ in these 1-gallon pots. They have established heights of 52cm and 67cm. But the flower development is faster, as the higher percentage of indicas shows. They are already gaining weight and producing good resin, at just 50 days old. Next week, a larger application of ferts, in this organic living soil. The union of two great worlds. The smell is reminiscent of apple, very sour.

The Wonder Pie were showing signs of deficiencies so I added 2ml/L of liquid worm castings to see if it helps, also top-dressed diatomaceous earth to help get rid of the fungus gnats. Will top dress the powdered nutrients again in 1-2 weeks. Also foliar sprayed them with Sugar Candy Syrup to help with the deficiencies. I'll go with bigger plants next time because I think I won't get much from these smaller plants. Other than that, just waiting for them to do their thing and hopefully harvest in 5 weeks or so.

Week 2 F D1 Another week down for my lemon ICE and everything goes well . Defoliated her one more time today since she was getting a bit bushy again and I want the lights to reach the lower parts of her ! I haven't overdone that keeping more than half of her leaves on. I think I could go a bit harder but its okey ... I find defoliation a really interesting technique for indoor gardening since plants are disease and pest free compared to outdoors. I will defoliate her one more time at the end of week 3 Cant wait for the next two weeks !! D5 Lemon ICE growing massive and those bud sites are getting taller every day! She's going super fast into flowering and more and more pistils are showing up every day Lushy deep green leaves and I really have nothing bad to say about her . Dec. 11 - Week 10 begins with a fresh sachet of Cucumeris and lots of plain water. Dec. 15 - I have removed the majority of the crispy leaves. Watering is a slow process now, 5ml takes almost 5 minutes to absorb into the soil, and about 25ml before there is any runoff if the soil was allowed to dry at all, like when I sleep. During my waking hours I just give it 4-5ml here and there as I go about my day. There are a few trichomes showing up so she's still progressing, still growing. This is such a hearty cultivar, it's a shame Humboldt Seeds may be retiring it, but excited for what the'll introduce next. Dec. 17 - While applying the first bit of water today I noticed something moving on the can, often it's a droplet from spilling, but this was different so I looked closer. It was what I assume to be a fairly young thrip (3-5 days) being harassed by a couple cucumeris, something I presumed was happening, but never actually thought I'd witness. Unfortunately for the cucumeries I squished the bugs they were after.
