Ok progress on Maggie the yellow is limited to the very top as buds are building in particular those a couple inches from the top. Thinking another root drench is in order, cant hurt and letting her dry a bit as a prep. Looks like tomorrow Layla doing ok she exhibits far fewer problems but the same issue are present she is just a hell of plant along with the Runtz which she shares the tent. Thinking about the feeding tomorrow will decide what to do then. They have plenty of time to finish up, had some issues on germination on the grow following so looks like it may be delayed a week from the scheduled 2 weeks. Maggie may need it. 11/19 Have stumbled onto to something it seems. The further I move the lights out, they are now at twice the "ideal" placement of 14" at 28" and the yellowing is disappearing to a great extent. Problem with this of course is not enough light at bud sites not on the canopy which lets face it is most of your bud. It is absolutely something that makes the plants insanely susceptible to light burn. New one for me but maybe some of yall know so making a question of it. Pics at lights out only and I missed today so new pics later if I get back in time. Update : Defoliated and tightened training on all three to spread things out from the center and open up the light and air paths. Raising the lights is working just wish I knew why as lights are higher than crap with little room for more than a few more inches. Would drop the watts to 450 but need the heat to keep the grow room level as our temps here swing 40 degrees all the time. Something I learned with the help of a carbon filter. If things normalize will begin dropping lights to see what happens. 11/20 Setting the lights at 24" as I am not risking yield any further than that on Layla and the Runtz, Have the canopy as level as it can be with Brandy getting the least light being on a coco coir block (heh) for height, which she is responding well to since I opened up the plant and no longer worried over mold issues in that main bud. Have Layla on a milk crate to bring her into decent light as well as the Runtz. She is just a lovely thing building those white crystalline buds. Maggie has turned into a beast at least I know her root ball is huge from the growth above. Seriously defoliated her removing several small lower branches and leaves blocking light and air paths. Next feed will be continuing what seems to be working, Epsom salt and bloom nuets (no calmag with epsom salt) with a foliar feed after lights out which may well be with calmag. Foliar feeding today at lights out, one quart sprayer with 1ml CaliMagic and 0.5ml wetting agent un-PH warmed to 75 F before spraying (our tap water comes out at @50F so...), just trying to hit hard and effective * New Pics after foliar Update Folks its taken 8 weeks and a final piece of the puzzle provided by Grey_wolf resulted in a near full strength cal-mag foliar feeding and the last def bites the dust. See what happens from here but its the first time I have felt good about this grow since the bad time germing at week one. *big sigh of relief* Have a whole list of things I will never do again in soil more about that at harvest. Right now I need to work on why calcium is blocked at the roots but thats another day right now I just wanna look at em. 😁 11/22 Another foliar feed same as before just diluted 30% and all three got it today JIC Cannot find a pale leaf or top and hairs are standing up on the top buds for once and buds building nice on the lower ares the defs were cleared up first. Going to stop the foliars for a few days see what happens but will resume at first sign of need. Maggie has potential even after all this and we going to help her be all she can :D 11/22 Feeding day - Bio-Bloom 7ml - calmag 4ml - Recharge .5tsp / gal at 6.5PH to all three. It has been 6 weeks of flowering , this week specifically I have seen a lot of changes in the buds development. The ph and the ppm level of the reservoir is fluctuating very much. The PH drops to around 5.3 and PPM was reaching 1800 . The best way to solve this is probably to add plain water into the reservoir to balance the PH and the PPM level. This lady sure loves to produce sugar leaves , i defoliate loads of leaves but the leafs doesn't seem to stop growing out from the buds. I decreased the amount of light per day , I am giving her 11.30 hours of light instead of 12 hrs . I checked light leaks again but still pretty sure that it is not the problem here . The nutes supplier told me to increase the ratio of Superbud blue bud and superbud orange bud so that it can enhance the bud development . This week i got some new nutes from my bro "Master Mine" which i will try out on my next run . PS . Sorry for the high light exposure in the video , i was playing around with my new DJI osmo pocket . Any ideas on how long she's going to take until she's done?

This strain by crop king seeds has impressed me with its toughness. Being my first grow ever I made some mistakes along the way but the girls seemed to get through it all and grow well. In the end I am fortunate for them to provide me with more than enough bud to get me through the year if it all dries and cures properly. The past week after harvest has been cold and humid. I tried everything I could given my resources to dry it in my shed but weather of 1-10 Celsius. Rain high humidity and even hail storm one night has been hard on the drying process. Now jarred a little early to try to help with continuous burping of lids. I will submit a better review of how they turned out once dried and cured. Also will submit a dried weight I had an ounce of this exact strain given to me this past year for health reasons and that is what inspired me to track down these seeds and grow my own because I enjoyed it so much. Anyways hope for me it all turns out well

Week 8 summary - another busy first few days of LST and some light pruning. Continuing to spread her out as much as we can, trimming fans where needed to get as much light to as many growth tips as possible. It's been a process lately but it should pay off. Shout out to my man @TOTEM about the light distance comment👊. That totally explains the tight internodal spacing I have - next grow will be testing the stretch in veg. using light distance to control plant heights. #stonerobsessions! Thanks bro! Tried to get the best pics I could of the extreme bend in the main stem as per the video, The two lowest side branches are actually buried in the medium and we've been doing everything we can to keep the canopy even with the neighbour kush. Here's hoping @stinkfox has never seen an NL strain stretch as much as this 😉. If my man is right, we're gonna end up with a height issue but whatever 😎. At this point I've got two healthy plants that are primed to blow the F$&%K up! Now about the flip, I'm gonna run another week of veg. I think just for the hell of it. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). I made it to week 12 flower. Visual changes are, trichomes of top colas range from 15-30 amber, there's some purpling of the leaves from the cooler temps. After waiting longer then I wanted this week, I found a day to harvest comfortably(after record breaking heat)...I've harvested both plants already, and they are drying while suspended from hangers. Next week, and after the drying period I will have dry weight and more pics of the harvest. Temperature is 70-65°, and humidity is 45-50 during drying, and I'm going for a 6 day dry.

It's finally here 😀. Both phenotypes are in the fermentation phase 😍. The grow was a lot of fun, so I thought I'd make an Iolator hash out of leaves and a little bud and a little oil out of both phenotype buds. Cannabis: The grow: Both grew beautifully. Your stretch was normal and it didn't cause any problems. Feeding : You received GHSC bio Grow once in the vegi phase and GHSC Bio bloom twice in the flowering phase. GHSC enhancers were added every 2 weeks. That was just the right amount for both : 1:. Optic: The appearance of Phenotype 1 is almost completely purple 😍. Pheno 2 is coated a bit purple with a mixture of silver from the resin :-). Smell / taste Pheno 1 tastes very fruity. You can really say that it tastes like a tangerine in the finish : 1:. Pheno 2 also tastes a little fruity but with its distinctly stronger note in the Kush direction. Both very tasty : 1:. Storage: The cannabis is stored in glasses in a dark place where the temperature is between 19-22 degrees. The first 2 months of fermentation are boveda packs 62% in the jars. Then the 58% come in. Since I was in the mood for a few specialties again, as mentioned above, I also made Hash Oil and Ice Oilator hash. Let's start with Video 1 (BHO) Hash Oil production: Hash Oil: Process: Small grated cannabis goes into the Dexso tube. Below is a container in the PTFE film that serves as a base so that the oil can be easily removed at the end. At the top we give the Dexso gas through the Dexso tube filled with cannabis. The result is a mixture of the gas and the cannabis oil. We put the bowl with the mixture in a hot shot of water but make sure that no water comes in at the top. We let the whole thing simmer for 20 minutes so that the first gases can evaporate. Then everything goes into the vacuum chamber so that all remaining vapors can really escape and we have a pure product 😁. The whole thing is carried out for 2-3 days until the oil is ready 😀. I can only recommend everyone to vaporize oil in a dabbing rig 😍. Taste: The taste is extremely delicious. In the finish, it tastes much more like mandarin than the buds 😀. Optic: The oil is very shiny to matt. If you pull it apart, it becomes light as honey :-). If you roll it up, it's very conceit. Consistency: The oil will become a little harder in the silicone storage after a short time. However, if you take it in your hand, it can be pulled and kneaded very easily after a few seconds. That was it with the oil production. So let's continue with the Ice o Lator 😀. Making the Ice o Lator: I took all the remains of the leaves and placed them in the small net. Then the IO maker is first made about 1/3 full of cold water with water. I add 3-4 kg of ice cubes and wait about 15 minutes until the water is below 0 degrees. As soon as the temperature is reached, I put in the net with the leftovers and set the timer to 15 / on and 10 / off. I run the whole thing 3 times. Then the complete broth is passed through the sieves (160, 120, 73 and 25) in a bucket. After sifting everything is spread out on a ceramic plate and poked very small with a knife. The whole thing comes in a dark place and is then allowed to dry for about 3-4 days. As soon as the hash has dried, it comes into the press for a few hours at a little temperature. The result is a kneading oily Ice o Lator 😍😍😍. Optic: The optic is partly reminiscent of that of oil :-). Consistency: The ice o lator has a very soft consistency :-). You can roll up small sausages while smoking 😁. Taste: The taste is very medicinal. But very earthy and smoky finish : 1:. All the screenings are very good but the 25 and 73 are the best 😃. That was it with the production to see everything again in Video 2. So we come to the end of a beautiful passage ☺️.
