So that we already have to work with high temperatures, I carefully ordered the leave coat from Biobizz but it is still not there!Just like the rest of the order. I gave the plant 350ml Enchancer from Greenhouse. This is a new product for me. Which I will definitely include in my range. The room climate is 40% -50% humidity humidity from 25 to 28c during the day and 21-23c at night.I once read that frozen 2L bottles can help get a few degree down, and I think about trying it. Lady BanaN starts "shinning" in the light with her precious trichomes, I have feeling that all that stress will coat the main cola with sugar :) Space Girl have that Jamiroquai vibes all the time, no worries at all, pretty forgiving plant (Royal Critical / 14% THC / Indica dominant hybrid) it was a freebie. I plant it only to have variety from Fat Bananas (22%THC/Indica dominant). I'm mainly looking for Rosin extraction so Trichome production is the most important for me. Don't care about the yield, this is why I filled the tent with biggest pots. Due to lack of place I can't stress these two plants just right before harvest (dark period etc). I was thinking about stressing whole tent with music. I have played Techno Rave already and they seems to like it... so... I don't think loud and aggressive music will stress them. Maybe sound of a city? Honking cars? Talking people? will stress her more? I'm gonna experiment. I just need to think of a way to make her thinking it's time to die and she needs to protect her self. I was thinking about temps and lights also, cuz she gonna coat her self with sugar if it's gonna be too hot/cold to protect/isolate herself from temperature changes. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir, and added my bloom nutes, adjusted my light schedule to 12/12 and defoliated the plants. I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.1 My hope is that by flipping this cultivar earlier than my last run, I will not run out of vertical space ;). On day 2 I adjusted my reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 3 the clawing is almost completely gone. I adjusted the reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir's PH is at 6.1. I defoliated the plants removing anything blocking lower growth to increase light and air penetration of my mains. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir up from 6.0 to 6.3. I will let the PH drift between 6.1-6.3. on day 7 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I lowered the light intensity from 100% to 85% to give the top of my plant canopy an average PPFD of 700-1000. I plan to reduce the intensity as the plants continue to stretch to keep them in the 800-1000 PPFD range. I just got my first quantum par sensor and I'm really loving the new data it gives me to optimize my lighting.

Day 43: I pulled the LED to the most possible height and she keeps stretching, thus I had to bend the main branch with LST clips to keep some distance to the LED to avoid light stress. Day 44: Today was cleaning day of the reservoir and a new set of nutrients are applied. I'm quite curious how they support her. I also removed some foliage. Day 45: I noticed some tip burn at the leafs of the main bud. So I checked the PH in the reservoir and noticed, that it is off and adjusted it. I hope this supports her. Also, it might be a bit of light stress, as she is pretty close to the light (~ 25 cm). Nothing else to do today. Day 46: I refilled the reservoir today. As I noticed, that the PH was off the last time, I lower now the PH from 6.4 to 5.6. This should also support her to consume the nutrients, as I use 50% coco. Day 47: Nothing to do, today. Day 48: I removed some fan leafs. Day 49: Last day of the week. She is really thirsty now. I decided to lower the humidity to 65% to get a VPD of around 1 kPa. Dosido is dancing her way to new heights. She is 14 inches which means she grew 6 inches this week. @RoyalQueenSeeds says, "In the garden, Do-Si-Dos Auto seeds grow into slightly taller plants of around 140cm"--which is 55 inches. Time will tell but we are well on our way to reaching new heights. Miss Dosido is also dancing her way to a lot of undergrowth. Lots of growth is taking place. Flowering time is said to be between 7-8 weeks. So we are right on target. Because it has been so hot in this area, Miss Dosido is getting 1 gallon of nutrients per day. I have a pool umbrella up to protect her from the direct sunlight, but the heat is real here. Dancing is described as good for the soul so dance on Miss Dodido! As per usual this plant tells me it needs watering by looking limp, it doesn't mean the pots are dry it just means its demanding more water. We're gunna need a bigger tent!

18.10.2024 very humid and little sun on the west side 21.10.2024 day 187 Beautiful sunny day, then powdery mildew discovered and started the 3rd harvest.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Start of week 7 and all plants are looking great. Added the net to hold them later but I may take it out. Ran into a slight issue…my plants got so tall that I was not able to provide enough PPDF to the lower stems (I need a bigger tent and better lighting…in time). As a result a caused light burn on the top leaves. Additionally, early in my grow I was using Mass Pro. That alone with amendments and I foliaged early with Foop. I believe the Foop and Mass Pro were too much for these plants to handle. Still rocking though…
