harvested two buds found 10 seeds they are very potent regardless the buds were about 8 inches each with 5 seeds could have been alot worse if i didnt see they turned hermi and worked really hard to find and destroy all male flowers i gave it hell tho.Wish i knew how they stressed to turn cloning is the most stress they got and some topping early on other than that they were well taken care of. will be harvesting by next week for sure tricombs are milky and there is alot of amber ones also they are ready and ripe

Buds size growth on #1 is good for the stage she's at will breed a branch or two later down.... Growth on #2 is just great..if u been following u will see exactly what am talking about or u can take a stroll 🔙

So guys, one of my 4x4 tents 3 of the plants have been harvested so the Wedding Cake have been relocated for their final week as I am starting a new grow. Very exciting, can't wait to share with the rest of the gang. Bang Bang

All seems to be going well. I'm watering twice a week with 80ml per plant. Using mainly plain water with a little Fish Mix. If growth is strong this week, I'll look potting into 5 gallon pots next week. I've begun some small training with my fingers to keep the stalks malleable and see what shape I want. Once they're in their final pots I'll start training with clips.

The pot size will be 2 Gal each for 12Gal total medium in a 2x4 tent under a potentinla maxium of 480W via the 2x Medic Grow Mini Sun 2's LED Lights. Germination methyod will be the same, soaking seeds in water then into the final pots medium. They will be getting a 18/6 light scheulde from start to finish and a PH of between 6.2-6.5 for the entire grow. I will be useing some root incolulents to help the plants form a strong and healty realnship with the medium. From what I can tell this should go smoothly without many issues. I have a few good friedns on here who only grow in hydro so if I run into any issues I am going to hit them up and learn some new things. Good Luck to all the brands competeing. 2020-02-18 (Day 81) - I spoke too soon. This girl is stretching WAYYYY more than any other girl in the tent, I have to raise 1 light daily it seems. All in all even with the asymmetry this is the most beautiful plant I've grown. As stated in my other journals my heater crapped out and I am not buying another one so she'll have to deal with the cold night time temps. Hopefully the stretching slows down and she can start putting all her energy towards bud development. This is the thirstiest of all the other plants in the tent drinking roughly 1 gal every other day. Stay tuned to see this girl develop!

Will report back with a smoke report, but this thing smells incredible and budded extremely well. Didn't have much of any issues with pests. Got a BIG 4' plant from only super soil in a 5-gallon fabric pot. Tons of resin. Very impressed with these automatic genetics from Pride of the Lion Seeds... and I'll definitely be growing another one of them in the spring.

Having sorted out the PH issue and the salt build up. These girls have enjoyed it so far... I will be looking to stack up each cola as mich as I can so I can yield as much as possible. I'm going short as I know these are high on Sativa. One plant has stretched very high compared to the other

My Runtz plant has some dark green leaves, and they're the most interesting of all the plants in the tent. They're really pointy and almost look like they have some old European genetics. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers.
