At the end of the 12th week I decided to chop. The plant grown a lot filling my entire tent, il she gives to me about 500g (or more) of wet harvest. The smell is very intense and the buds are sticky a lot. I put the branches into the tent with the dehumidifier, fan and extractor 24 hours on. Update: two weeks after the first harvest I've decided that it is time to harvest the second plant that I transferred outdoor when I discovered that she was showing signs of illness. It's buds are not so fat as the ones of the other plant, but they are rich of trichomes. Harvest today, light trimming and put the branches into a box.

As you can see, I don't do heavy defoliation on my plants as I think it's not natural to shock them like that. I don't give a flying f@ck about yield. My philosophy is turned towards good flavors before all and I like to follow plants development in more natural way when comes to defoliation. I believe that plant will always adapt and focus on where energy comes from, and in indoor grows we all know that bottoms will get bleachy as we enter late flowering. On the other side, nobody wants mids and small buds, so yes, of course I remove bottoms, but only first few nodes and not in a way of lollipopping or something like that. I'm just trying to be in balance with natural process of plant development at all times. I'm not saying defoliation is wrong, but since I never grow the same cultivar twice, it's way safer to observe their natural behaviour, instead of forcing techniquies other growers are claiming to be "the best". With that being said, my plants are exploding from happiness, as you can see. I got two of more indica leaning phenotypes and two taller - more sativa alike specimens. But all have a distinctive OG structure and smell is getting super intense. It smells diesel and chem like no run before. It's the reason why I'm growing it in the first place. And what better way to try out the true OG than from the original creators of White Fire OG. Yes. If you didn't know Terence and Philip, in collab with Rascal, the real OG's, also known as Payaso and Cannabis Gardener, are behind the legendary OG cross and all the rest are just white labeling this famous cross. Know your genetics, brothers and sisters. There are too many copycats out there, so try to show respect to the origins. Noone can make a patent on a certain cultivar, but we as consumers, need to know who are we going to support in the future. Breeding is art and I like to pay respect to those who actually do the work of breeding. Just look at the Blue Dream for instance. Do we actually know who stands behind this cross and who has the original tissue of this genetics? Ask Google a little bit, dig in, and you'll be shocked. Show respect to those who truly deserve one. I've overwatered my plants the past 2 times, so I let them go through the whole drying cycle which took all week. I'm feeding them tomorrow morning. I put up my trellis and trained a couple branches and tops are already evening out. I also battled some fungus gnats this week.

Like someone being married for 20 years she's really starting to fatten up. Bought the new dehumidifier which is really helping me, expecting her to really gain some weight the coming weeks. Thx for having a look

8/14/17 Sorry for lack of updates. Been feeding the new flowering schedule. It will modify slightly every week, most likely. It sure is crowded in that tent. Humidity is now being lowered to 45% during lights out as it was spiking during that time. Dehumidifier is on it's own timer and runs during lights out taking a liter or so water out a night. With the canopy that thick for a couple feet vertically and all the way horizontally, i do not want to take any chances with either stagnant or damp air now that most of the girls are actively flowering. They missed a transition week, but they were suffering deficiencies so I had to quickly get them on flowering nutes. All seems good so far except for the very crowded workspace when I do anything in there. I think I am going to drop grow. I REALLY didn't expect them to pass 3 feet but the danger is real. I have just over a foot of space to move my light up, so now seems like a good time to drop FloraGrow

La planta ha comenzado a crecer vigorosamente en su 5ta semana de floración debido al estrés que sufre la floración se ha realentizado pero la planta se ve bastante sana y vigorosa como si recién se estuviese preparando para la explosión de la floración, todo caso noto que la cepa en sí tiene una floración retardada , florece parejo toda la floración y no avanza a explosiones como normalmente lo hacen algunas genéticas , predigo cogollos bastante compactos aunque no se ven Tan resinosas aún su efecto final lo dirá todo, hay una gran densidad de ramas y los entreudos son muy cortos debido a los leds y su ataque en espectros monovanda (450 nm royal blue) las hojas se ven muy sanas casi partiéndose de vigor y algunas raíces sobresalen sobre el sustrato.

I am now using bud candy .2ml per gallon. Also still using mammoth p .6 ml per gallon. Flowers are forming nice on both strains. I turned the diablo up to 90%

I’ll start by saying I’m NOT using both bud blood and bud ignitor in one solution, I am using bud blood on the rear wedding gelato plant and bud ignitor on the front one to test the outcome of them individually to see the best results! I tied down and defoliated twice in the week and have switched to 12-12 yesterday so they’re transitioning now and should be in bloom by week 7! I made some extract them made some gummies successfully I might add and added the photos in the diary!

Sorry for the Massive gap in the diary. I got sidetracked by life . The purple punches are now in full flower. Around 24-30 inches tall . Currently enjoying a 36 degree heatwave. Purple hints of colours now showing on the leaves. Foliar fed today and top dress fed supersoil nutrients

I’m quite surprised as to how well these girls are looking and smelling!! They’re quality genetics but i also believe every strain will provide pros and cons during the grow. This one particularity has been quite the learning experience. Cannabis is quite the resilient plant and I definitely like growing them. As far as this week goes they’re definitely producing more trichomes and resin glands and appears there’s no more stretch from the plant. No more new growth even small amounts hidden within the canopy. I did a little flush earlier this week and it made the tips of what fan leaves turn yellowish so it def means we’re getting close to the end. Prob got another 2 weeks before I fully flush for Atleast a week then pulling them down. The trichs will be the ultimate deciding factor. I’ll pull when i see the first sign as I like more of a heady high than a couch-lock with little to none clear. Well till next week y’all happy growin and hopefully ya had a good thanksgiving

Week 4 Flower (11/24 - 11/30): Well, well, well... This was the week of thanksgiving and both of the kids parents were out of the state! We had to call in uncle Marcus to come and tend to them. We set him up with the second batch of tea on 11/18 (I'm sure I've given them like at least 4-7 batches of tea so far even though the feeding instructions said start during week 3...) but honestly, I feel like it was a good decision. The canopy isn't as leveled as I would like it to be, butttt there are ton's of bud sites coming up. I did a healthy defoliation (that honestly scared me).. but I think it was for the better removing any overlapping leaves, lower branches that were not receiving much light, and new branches below the top three nodes that were stretching to get light. The new branches were the hardest to remove, as it was hard to tell whether they could live on as new bud sites... but remembering that most of those were beneath the top of the canopy and that all energy is transferred energy.. guided our defoliation. We were home for exactly 24 hours between 11/17 and 12/1 and that is when we prepared another tea for the plants to get 11/27 from there they got one more watering of plain water before another tea to kick off week 5. The stretch is in full effect and they might get a little taller, but we can clearly see where the buds will be packing on weight soon.

Nov/21 She grew like crazy. Big green fan leaves coming in. Branches are growing strong. Smell is starting to get intoxicating. i finally got over my habit of nervous watering and am feeding the girls way less and they're happy. Cant wait to flip this girl to flower. No problems this week at all. 11/29 Shes growing ok. Green and healthy branches and leaves. She growing more like a sativa, sativa hybrid tall and branchy, manageable fan leaves but because of that she started to get some light burn. Dont have my tent yet so i cant adjust my light any higher so i tried to lower the plant down a little So hoping she can do without super direct light for another day or so. Other than that shes looking healthy. (some of this is the same as White Widow diary) 11/30 It wouldn't let me do veg and flower in the same week on the diary so i just split it up in here. Its my first time on an indoor grow so i hope it works out well Shes super healthy. Super green leaves are big stems are thick everything is a lovely dark green i can smell it more because theyre tented now. but it looks great. 12/1 topped dressed with some happy frog soil I couldnt add the castings amount in the thing above So ill say i mixed about a quarter of the amount of soil into about 1 to 2 gallons of top soil i had some down to earth dry amendments i mixed in with that soil as well. i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. I only put in 5 tsp of great white instead of the recommended 7 because i switched the bloom nutes and i didnt wanna over do it i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. Fed them some flowering nutes, but cut back on the amount of nutes by a lot. Decided im going to just follow what biobizz instructions say from now on so apparently less is better. started the bloom and the top max kept everything else the same and cut out the fish mix for flower, added great white at the end. Defoliated the bottom few branches and cleaned any growth at wasnt going to produce. Nothing to major. 12/2 Temp of tent is steady at 70, 71 degrees. thats a little bit lower than id like but ill figure out something in the next few days. Took the bottom branches and leaves the night before and Wanted to give it a night of rest before i defoliated the big leaves. Took most of them off but left the few at the top of the plant. Looking extremely green. Hoping i get to see some pistils soon.

This new week since the soil is a soil improver specifically formulated for lawns, its task is to keep the pH around 8 and stabilize, there is peat that also acts as a buffer, I did a flush giving 2 liters of water since the vase is 3.2L at pH 5 to balance it with the runoff pH which is pH 8, since the pH is 8 the plant is unable to take nutrients as it should and therefore problems with curled leaves begin, which discolor, lose vigor (I wanted to do this experiment also for those who are new to it)
