OGbros topping all the plants including strawberry lemonade. Small LSD deficiency probably due to a calcium/magnesium deficiency, so I patched the solution with 0.5ml/l of biobizz cal-mag. OGbros On the 30th day of vegetative growth, I heavily defoliated all the plants, removing all the low internal leaves that weren't getting light or were shading the shoots. Then I performed LST on all 4 plants, and in some cases even HST when the branches were harder to bend. The Zkittles is the smallest, has very short branches but the stem is branched. Strawberry Lemonade has made a great recovery. On day 31, the plants are doing well and seem to have responded very well to the stress. I think I'll leave them a few more days to recover before changing the light hours and moving on to the flowering phase. On day 32, I changed the light hours from 18/6 to 12/12, thus inducing flowering. Just two days after defoliation and LST, the plants have recovered greatly. I would have gladly waited a few more days, but the stretching in the first 3 weeks of flowering is significant, especially in hydroponics. Now the plants are not reaching 30cm in height, but I expect a final height of over 1.10m. I've already had issues with stretch when the 20cm plants grew to over 1.60m and touched the ceiling of the box. Now the box is 2m high, but never say never; these little girls push too much. OGbros everything is going normally, the plants are fine without symptoms of stress. I changed the amount of fertilizer in the solution following what the fertilizer sheet for the pre-flowering period says. In less than a week from the very heavy defoliation the young ladies have put back a large quantity of new leaves that I will remove in the next days / weeks (but no more than 3 weeks from now day 2 of flowering) edit: after just 5 days the plants put on many new leaves and spread out exactly as I had hoped, except for the watermelon zkittles which remained smaller than the other 3. I performed a defoliation on all 4 plants and then I put a scrog slightly above them so that in the next few days they can pass through it as I expect a not indifferent stretch for these young ladies👻

OGbros the plants have recovered well from the last defoliation and do not seem to show symptoms of deficiencies or stress. Among the 4, the one left behind is still the watermelon zkittles, the root pruning experiment did not give the desired results. Fortunately, I should not run into problems related to excessive height as there is more than half a meter (perhaps almost one) to reach the ceiling of the box. All the plants show no signs of stress or deficiency, even if the solution temperature has risen in the last few weeks: I started with the solution at 20C and now we are at around 25C. Unfortunately the watermelon zkittles remained smaller than the others 3. This may have been caused mainly for two reasons (from my point of view which is not Kyle Kushman's) 1. root cutting 2. excessive stress due to a number of topping too high resulting in excessive branching of too thin branches to support the weight of a dense and compact bud. In any case I will try to save what can be saved. I performed a defoliation on all 4 plants because in the past week and a half the weed has put back all the leaves. I also pruned the lower branches that didn't get enough light, at least as far as I managed to get as my growbox only opens on one side and getting to the other side is practically impossible unless you have 6 meters long arms. Vedrò nei prossimi giorni se si vedranno risultati EDIT: l'umidità purtroppo non è scesa in quanto non c'è ricircolo d'aria nella stanza in cui c'è la box. Probabilmente userò un deumidificatore. Le piante hanno messo molte foglie e si coprono un po' motivo per cui tra qualche giorno eseguirò un'altra defogliazione. OGbros I finally bought the dehumidifier I needed. I plugged it in on day 36 and hope it will do its job. OGbros the humidity has finally stabilized and is around 50%. Laughing Buddha has dry and yellowish leaf tips, I assume it was an excess of top max last week (4ml per liter is obviously too much). The smell makes itself felt but the filter (and the dehumidifier which has an activated carbon filter) do their job well. At day 60 I start topping up the solution with water only so that the concentration of dissolved salts in the water will begin to decrease, so that the plants understand that soon it is time to harvest. Later I will change all the water in the tanks with pure water without fertilizer for washing the roots

OGbros we have almost reached the end of the journey. I removed all the solution in the system and replaced it with salt-free tap water. The plants will remain in this way for 2 to 4 days for washing the roots. Together with the water I used Flora Kleen (formerly flush kleen) from GHE, at a concentration of 2ml per liter. The harvest is approaching !!!! edit: I finally harvested the plants but what an effort guys! 4 of us took the whole afternoon and early evening to finish trimming !! I cut the plants branch by branch so that drying is faster. I hung the branches in an 80x80cm box with a 10mm dehumidifier and extractor inside. The humidity ranges from 48% to 55%, I would say excellent! I will update the diary after weighing the dry buds and after a few weeks of tanning for the smoke review
