Hey everyone! Week 5 is complete, and we’re moving into week 6! Everything went smoothly without any issues, and the ladies showed no signs of stress or deficiencies. We’re slowly approaching the final phase, so I’ll only be giving water from now on, possibly with a few beneficial microorganisms. This was the last week of flowering and therefore I stopped giving any nutrients for a good FLUSH. This is very important in order to avoid a harsh smoke later when the plants are dried, because any nutrients left in the plant will burn your throat and the weed will hurt while you smoke it. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and I cant wait to try the dried end-product. All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎

The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

It's start the 10th week, I think it will the last week and after I will harvest it. Buds have a very good density and smell is amazing. The cage is very usefull I don't notice any other attack in both plants.👌

We kicked off Week 3 with our first set of transplants. The Gorilla Melon was transplanted at the end of the week, while the Papaya Zoap is still patiently waiting for its turn to shine. Each plant that’s been transplanted is now comfortably settled in 15-liter Autopots, filled with PRO-MIX HP BIOFUNGICIDE + MYCORRHIZAE, and wow, I’m loving this mix! 🌱 Why PRO-MIX HP is a Game-Changer For those of you unfamiliar with PRO-MIX HP, let’s take a closer look. This soil provides superior drainage and aeration, thanks to its high porosity. The addition of fibrous peat moss and coarse perlite creates an ideal environment for water flexibility. We’re sitting at: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Relative Humidity: 62.9% • VPD: 1.30 (I know it’s a bit high, but they’re handling it like champs) • CO2: 800 ppm • pH: 6.18 • TDS: 215 ppm • Solution Temperature: 23.2°C To make things even more efficient, I’ve adjusted the light height, keeping the PPFD around 360 to 400 to save on energy. These beauties are still soaking in the light perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how they’re responding. 💧 Watering and Feeding At this stage, the plants are thriving with just enough nutrients to keep them happy. I’ve kept things simple with a balanced solution, ensuring everything stays within the perfect range. The PRO-MIX HP, with its mycorrhizal fungi, is really helping with nutrient uptake and boosting overall health. It's been a great week for the seedlings! They've really taken off and are looking strong. I'm planning to transplant them into larger pots in the next few days, so next week's photos should show some impressive growth. I'm so excited to see how they thrive in their new homes! I've been giving them distilled water from the start, and I'm still doing that, but I just started adding 10 milliliters of Fox Farm Big Bloom and 1 milliliter of Fox Farm Grow Big. All of the seedlings are doing really well, and there's not really any visible difference between all the ten strains. I started all ten packs of each strain and kept all the best seedlings, so that's why they're all doing so well.

Send them into Flower at Day 36 Used Scrog net on Day 38 + 1.5l water fertilized with top-Max, BioBloom, BioGrow for every plant. One Runtz got a little LST Ladies looking great 💚

The plant has the classic structure, low and wide, both have the same characteristics only the vase changes the sample #A and larger, but it seems that this does not bother you at #B! it grows smoothly. I defoliated to allow more air and light ... they are at the beginning of the 5 week and they seem excellent!☺️

***** Week 7 December 26 to Jan 1, 2020 - Days 43 to 49 from germination ***** Oh yeah baby.......that was a stretch week in week 6!!!.......she gained roughly 10 inches last week😀👍 Only 7 days ago I was not sure where we stood with transition and stretch but she took off by mid week last week. I expect this week to be similar to last and she will keep stretching through mid week at minimum but then likely be pretty close to end of stretch and focus on buds. Using this week to ensure we keep her tied down and try and maintain an even canopy in order to have lights at optimum height. She is consuming a couple of liters a day now and will continue this way for a few weeks I suspect. Ensuring that she is getting silica now to strengthen the branches to help support weight. She has some nice thickness to her 8 main branches reaching for the top. Good signs that she will be able to support weight of bigger buds. Its also time to get Terpinator going in full gear as well. This girl has tons of terps according to other diaries so want to ensure we support their production as well👍 Not sure if I will add Rezin from Green Planet to help with trichome production this go or not.....I wanted to stay with just Remo's line of nutes but I still have to add silica, microbes, beneficial bacteria, and enzymes........yes healthy microbes will produce beneficial enzymes but I always add them as well.......so am I really staying with just that line already??? She had more yellow leaves at the below than I realized when I pulled her out. Not what we want at this point in life so ppm have been stepped up and frequency will increase for both Fast Buds girls😀 Healthy and strong growers need the meat and potatoes!!!!! Really want the flavors to come out for this girl so I have been watching the feed and trying to make sure I don't find myself unable to flush her well enough. Finding the balance😃 Little more daily detail......... Dec 26/20, Day 43 - 2L full feed again. Had mixed up 12L yesterday. - Added 2ml/L of Microbial Mass and Piranha = 1200ppm and 5.9pH. - The girls needed their microbe allotment as we get closer to the end. - Bacteria added to help keep some of the nutrients in the media as she finishes. - next watering is more of plain water and add Terpinator. Dec 27/20, Day 44 - pots are light again in the afternoon. - 2L watering with Magnifical and Microbes and Rezin @ 2ml. Terpinator @ 3ml = 400ppm and 5.8pH - She is a hungry girl but backing off the ppm on this watering a bit. - trimmed lower branching on the outside and down low. No need for her to waist energy on four branches so cut them off. - I have added Green Planet Rezin because it has become part of my routine now for the last few grows and my girls have been frosty......continuing with it on this grow......in moderation😜 Dec 28/20, Day 45 - the girl is hungry so feeding again today with full nutrients. - 2.5L watering today, stepping up from 2L volume. - Full line of Remo, all 6 parts plus silica again @ 2ml = 1150ppm and 5.9pH Dec 29/20, Day 46 - another feeding in the morning today. Pot was really light. - 2L in the morning giving with same feed of 1150ppm and 5.9pH. - in the evening, 12 hours later, pots were pretty light so gave another 1.25L of feed that was left over for 16L mixture yesterday. - she had a total of 3.5L feed today......water tomorrow and not feed. - observing today that she is slow accepting new water into the media......root issues starting? - stripped off two lower outside branches again today that are too low. - will keep talking some lower branches from this girl this week and then leave her alone after that.......not too radical, just a few that will not amount to much in the end. Dec 30/20, Day 47 - she has not finished her stretch just yet......she is taller again this morning. - Pulled them out quickly to test the weight of the pots and they need watering again today. - The leaf colour is quite green now when you pull them out and look at them under natural light.......back off ppm next two watering's and keep CalMag, Terpinator, and microbes for now only. - 11:00am she had 2L watering with Magnifical @ 1ml, Enzymes Komplete and Microbial Mass @ 2ml = 175ppm and 5.7pH Dec 31/20, Day 48 - pots are really light this morning. - 2.5L feeding with Terpinator @ 3ml, MagNifiCal and Rezin @ 2ml Natures Candy @ 1ml = 600ppm and 5.9pH - pulled her out and trimmed off a fair bit of lower branching. Did it now before she gets too far into flower. - she has really vigorous branching so trimmed a lot of inside growth and the bottom 1/3 of her. - It was actually fairly aggressive stripping so will keep an eye on her and see how she reacts......should have added some kelp and vitamin B to the feed but didn't😶 Jan 1/21, Day 49 - watering in the morning. - 2.5L watering with CalMag, VeloKelp and Vitathrive @ 1.5ml = 400ppm and 6.0pH (Had to add Terpinator for 1ml/L to bring down the pH......missed it so added something, too much pH up was added.) - they have been given a lot of ppm this week so backing off a bit and just giving some basics as using RO water. - bud sites mid way down the stems are getting bigger and stacking more........she has some huge potential to yield but with her only in a 3 gal pot.......I feel like I shot myself in the foot and she should have certainly had a 5gal pot!!!!

Well she's looking fine this week! Romping through flowering. She's getting very sticky!!! Still no sign of purple. 😭

Ze Chem Bang is growing well. She is stretching, and starting to flower. Everything is going really well. There is not much to report at the moment. She defo comming along now, still praying for them heavy sticky buds , hopefully another couple of weeks and I think she will be done, each individual bud side branch has been tied out and other lst applied also gave her a defoliation, all of this has had to have a positive effect overall.

They get wider, bigger, and firmer. They are already starting to smell very tasty. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above). Unfortunately I found a couple of single trips that tell me that the trips still haven't completely disappeared. Since I'm not a neem at this stage I will inject more oil and the lady has already finished over half of her cycle, I will let her run like this and the newcomers will be treated again 👍. So I hope that at the next round all of them will finally be gone. I had the problem more than 5 years ago and it took a long time until everything was ok again and there was no animal left. Otherwise everything was checked and everything was cleaned. I wish you a lot of fun with the update.
