12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/6/2024- Germination Day 12 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Flushing can be a pain in the ass, but if you prepare yourself it can actually be fun

🌱 Week 5 – Vegetation Plants are now in a strong vegetative stage, showing vigorous growth and a well-developed structure. Leaf size has increased noticeably, and the canopy is becoming denser and more uniform across all plants. Nutrient levels have been adjusted to support higher demand, resulting in healthy green coloration and steady development. Root systems are fully established, allowing for more efficient nutrient uptake. Environmental conditions remain stable, helping maintain consistent growth without signs of stress. Overall, plants are responding very well and are preparing for the transition into the next phase.

There is a timelapse of this past week! This plant, the blueberry, is in the background. Early this week I transplanted the rock wool cube into my DWC system. I pH'd the water, but otherwise did not provide nutes for a few days. The grow tent is now on an 18hr light period. Sometime in the middle of this past week, this blueberry started wilting! In response, I provided the nutrients listed above, with the addition of 1 gallon of (hard) tap water to provide calcium. Unlike my GSC, the nutrients did not fix the wilting, but the wilting did go away after 2-3 days. I had some humidity troubles, so I resorted to flooding the bottom of my tent. This does seem to help maintain humidity around 50% RH. This plant is growing asymmetrically! It's first set of "real leaves" is not even. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

My Runtz plant is finally taking off! It took a little while to get going, but it's growing really well now. The leaves are a dark, rich green and have a really unique, wild shape to them – long, pointy, and unlike anything else in the garden. Okay, This past week has been absolutely fantastic! The weather has been incredible, and I've been able to keep the windows open almost the entire time. My plants are thriving in the humidity, and the VPD has been perfect. Everything just feels so balanced and in check.

"Delicious seeds" bank is one of my favorite. Every time germinated, impressive results and the taste! All 3 seeds popped and since I have some extra space in my tent, I decided to also stick a plant of AK74 by Trikoma seeds 03/08 Put for germ 04/08 Germinated and put into the growpot! 05/08 The sprouts are here! 06/08 A day off! 07/08 Growing bigger. The stem is getting long if you ask me, but tolerable 08/08 Nothing special here 09/08 Going strong. The leafs are eating well and grow big. 13/08 Had to go out from the city and nobody really took care of the plants. However, they look good enough after my time being off, although Eleven Roses look a bit curled and twisted, AK74 feels fine. 14-16/08 The plants getting bigger, thought I was still adjusting the setup and sometime the temperature was around 30C 16-18/08 Adjusting setup, feeding with RHIZOTONIC and starting vegetation here.

Massive growth this week

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Que pasa familia, arrancamos la 3 semana con un trasplante a 7L, en tierra all mix, y es que sin contar ese error con la caída, los 2 ejemplares están perfectos y sanos. La humedad la tenemos algo por debajo pero 55% estaría dentro de nuestro parámetro. Esta cepa pinta de 10 familia.

I don't have anything special to write, today is the end of her third week, she hasn't made any special progress, the weather is constantly bad... today was a nice day and I took them outside to sunbathe after a long time, from tomorrow everything will be as usual, for the next week only rain, the temperatures won't be as low as before, but it won't be satisfactory either, during the day it will be okay, but again with a little sun... Stay high!

Bella oggi finalmente ho iniziato il ciclo di fioritura, due piante mostrano segni di carenza di magnesio ? O nitrogen nn so....solo quelle due le altre sembrano apposto ,oggi ho defogliato un po' e tolto i rami più bassi che nn prendono luce , le due auto ancora sinceramente non so da dove provengono saranno semi che mi avranno regalato e sono finiti in mezzo..... comunque procedono bene iniziano a buttare resina e di questo ne sono contento. Ho spostato le piante con i vasi più grandi verso il fondo sembrano promettere bene. Ci si vede al prossimo update.

All and all I popped 19 seeds lost one after it came above ground 5 of those I will be posting on here which are mandarin cookie crossed with zweet og they are regular photoperiod plants so I will have to sex them it is a small pheno hunt looking for something to keep as a mother plant didn’t use any nutes for the first week

Only 4cm vertical growth this week, but it has been at 12/12 now. Feeding with 6-12-36 powdered fertiliser now, lets see how she likes it.

The grow is going exactly as planned so far, and the plant was topped on day 16. To minimize stress from the procedure and boost recovery, I bumped up the relative humidity, dropping the VPD for 24 hours. At the same time, I slightly dialed back the light intensity for this short recovery phase. ​I watered twice this week with one liter of nutrient solution each time. The first feed was at an EC of 1.8, and for the second one, I lowered it a little to an EC of 1.4. ​Right after the short recovery phase, I applied some LST to pull the final 4 main shoots outwards. By the end of the week, the light intensity was increased again and is now sitting at 75% (around 450–500 PPFD). The plant is now ready for a very early flip to the 12/12 light schedule.
