In the video you can see quite well how much work the defoliation of Mrs. Jealousy has been. I had to graze so many nodes and internodes, really gigantic, these genetics. We'll see how it goes. I can already imagine it. What do you mean?! So, I'm going to call it a day for today. Food is waiting. Take care & bee ๐Ÿ positive! Yours Alpha_Green Hello dear garden friends, I hope you are doing well and everyone is high in the sky. Finally, the American election campaign has come to an end. I can't hear all this anymore. So let's start right away with new photos from this morning and of course a few suggestions from me. The profile of my beloved Sour Jealousy now resembles that of a closed tulip. It will soon reach its full potential and bloom as if there were no tomorrow. Last night I personalized the conditions a little more precisely and adapted them to the respective growth. Since Lady Jealousy is still withering a bit, I keep the humidity just about at the reasonable limit of tolerability for both fully flowering Sweet Seeds ladies. I think temperature and humidity is a good but necessary compromise here. Different strains require different conditions. Especially when growth is so different. I also find the tribes of the three protagonists interesting... In my opinion, it tells us a lot about the selection of phenotypes in breeding. So my dears, the day takes its toll. Time to sleep. Thank you all for being out there. Like-minded and motivated to share our efforts around the cultivation of these enchanting plants. Thank you for this wonderful gift of being able to grow. Nothing can be taken for granted in this world. Not even happiness and peace. Take care and bee ๐Ÿ positive! Yours Alpha_Green Hello againโ€ฆ. ๐Ÿ‘‹ This morning the buds of the Dark Devil lady, which was harvested a little too early, came out to dry. I tried a little in the vaporizer. And I would like to take this opportunity to express great praise. The effect and taste are really very pleasant, although it was not quite there yet. And a berry-scented taste - very pleasant. I'm already looking forward to the perfectly matured lady then even more... ๐Ÿคฉ Yes, everything is going great at the moment. I'm really happy and satisfied with all the girls. Tomorrow my Sweed Seeds Jealousy package will be delivered from Spain. Despite the circumstances there with so much suffering due to storm disasters, super punctual. I'm already mega excited about it. Sweed Seed also presents a brand new hybrid strain. It hides or unfolds 55% indica and 45% sativa parts. Can't wait: Jealousy Z XL Auto Sweed Seeds I think this will be my first run of the Homebox! Yes!!! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that from today on the 8 side radiators are active for 12 hours each during a daily cycle. Predominantly 640 โ€“ 780 nm. Dark Devil is definitely really poisonous, wow - awesome turn... I had a 3-month break, that's noticeable... ;-)) A little mental excursion at the end of week 7: "Freedom"... We cause ourselves the most stress, because we have a completely distorted conception of freedom. Freedom does not mean being able to do everything you feel like doing. The assumption of having to do something all the time, is the main reason for stress. Only, when we have internalized, that we don't have to do, what we don't want to do: Only then, we are free.

Day 29 โ€“ Holding Strong Indoors While Awaiting the Sun After two bright and sunny weeks, the UK weather has taken a turnโ€”temperatures have dropped and grey skies have taken over. For the second day in a row, the plant has remained indoors on the windowsill, patiently waiting for the return of warm, sunny conditions. Despite the limited direct sunlight, the plant is showing steady vertical growth and structural development. The inter-nodal shoots are beginning to stretch confidently, and the canopy is broadening out with healthy fan leaves. Itโ€™s clear that the root zone is well-established, as no wilting signs appear and the medium remains nicely moistโ€”no need to water for now. While it may seem like a temporary pause in outdoor activity, this rest indoors is helping the plant conserve energy and avoid potential stress from fluctuating cold and wet conditions. Once the weather stabilises again, itโ€™ll be back to soaking up real sunshine. Observations: Location: Indoors (windowsill) due to cool outdoor temps Temperature: Noticeably lower; unsuitable for outdoor stay Soil: Moist, no watering needed Growth: Internodes extending, foliage thickening Patience remains key, and this CBD Auto 20:1 continues to impress with its resilience. Day 32 โ€“ Stretching Skyward with the Sun After a few overcast days indoors, the sun is backโ€”and so is our CBD Auto 20:1, basking once again in full-spectrum natural light! The shift outdoors today was met with bright, clear skies and a lovely warm breeze. The plant is thriving in these ideal spring conditions, showing confident vertical growth and a strong central stem thatโ€™s gaining both height and girth. The leaf spread is wide and lush, with healthy serrated edges catching the sun from every angle. What stands out now are the multiple lower branches developing evenlyโ€”clear signs that this plant is preparing for the flowering transition in the near future. Itโ€™s rewarding to witness how much energy the plant can absorb on days like this. The outdoor environment clearly encourages a more upright and assertive growth posture compared to the last couple of indoor days under diffused windowsill light. Observations: Light: Full sun exposure, ~7 hours direct sunlight expected Development: Lower branches maturing, stem thickening, leaf canopy expanding Mood: Energised, reaching, vibrant Weโ€™re now well into the vegetative peak, and the structure is shaping up beautifully. Letโ€™s hope this weather holdsโ€”itโ€™s perfect for what comes next. Day 34 โ€“ First signs of flowering! Weโ€™ve entered a new chapterโ€”today marks the visible appearance of pistils, signalling the official start of flowering! This beautiful CBD Auto 20:1 from 420FastBuds.com has been developing steadily, and itโ€™s been an exciting journey transitioning it from indoor windowsill care to full outdoor exposure. Last nightโ€™s rain disrupted my plans to leave the plant outside overnight, but perhaps that was a blessing in disguiseโ€”timing and adaptation still matter. Today, however, the sun is back in full swing, delivering strong warmth and excellent light. The super soil is doing its job wonderfully, holding moisture and nutrients efficiently. The plant is clearly enjoying the rhythm of nature. Growth has stretched upwards significantly since the last few days, and side branches are expanding too. Unlike in a tent where watering might happen every 1โ€“2 days, this outdoor grow has taught me the art of patienceโ€”watering is done only when the soil truly dries out, which depends on weather, sun, wind, and positioning. Huge thanks to 420 Fast Buds for this amazing strainโ€”resilient, beautiful, and rich in promise. Canโ€™t wait to see what the next days bring! Day 35 โ€“ Settling Under the Open Sky This CBD Auto 20:1 lady has now officially begun spending her nights outside under the open sky. So far, I havenโ€™t felt the need to cover her, and sheโ€™s handling the shifting weather conditions with impressive resilience. Some nights are slightly cooler, but the days bring back that familiar warmth โ€“ and she clearly loves it. Her structure is becoming more defined, with side branches now fully visible and stretching confidently towards the light. Since sheโ€™s grown outdoors from the beginning, the natural rhythm of sun and wind has made her strong, well-adapted, and noticeably more robust than my previous indoor tent grows. Itโ€™s truly fascinating how dynamic and engaging outdoor growing can be. Thereโ€™s a deeper connection to the process โ€“ monitoring the skies, respecting natureโ€™s timing, and witnessing each subtle change. Plus, itโ€™s certainly a more economical setup! The pistils are now popping with greater clarity, signalling the transition into flowering. Itโ€™s incredibly satisfying to watch her shift gears and get ready for her next stage of development. My super soil continues to do all the heavy lifting โ€“ no feeding schedule, just pH-balanced water when the topsoil is dry, which depends entirely on whether sheโ€™s basking outside or sitting in the shade indoors. Massive thanks to 420FastBuds for this incredibly vigorous and well-adapted strain. Sheโ€™s growing with confidence, and I canโ€™t wait to see how she flowers under these natural conditions. Letโ€™s keep the rhythm going โ€“ one sunny day at a time!

Day 84 This smaller plant shows compact and balanced growth, with several short stems supporting evenly spaced leaves. The leaves are a healthy green color, slightly lighter toward the new growth at the top. The plant appears to be in an early to mid-growth stage, with developing shoots that suggest steady progress. It is potted in a well-aerated fabric container, and the soil looks moist but not overwatered. Overall, the plant seems healthy, stable, and properly maintained.

13th - Checked the power usage data from the AC unit and the Smart logs: around the time heat stress on #1 occurred the AC barely turned on. New zigbee sensor is working well it seems! CO2 tank is almost completely empty. I lost a fair bit from a few incidents I suppose, maybe a lot more than I thought!?.. ..want to look into stopping CO2 when AC is running with smart power switch and app. 14th - CO2 tank depleted. Setup smart plug on CO2 regulator, works fairly well. Occasionally stays on for a bit more than it should, but then self corrects. I can take that as an improvement.. 15th 16th - Replenished water tank - TDS 650 , gave both a good soak, runoff was 1200 initially and eventually down to 800. 17th - Concerned about density - have clipped several sappy buds growing into already thick areas - hoping to improve ventilation within the canopy. Rotated the pots a bit and adjusted the tie downs.

Week 5 check-in ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ”ฅ We keep rollinโ€™, growmies! ๐Ÿ’ช Last weekโ€™s heavy training sesh is paying off, the stretch has finally stopped and those side branches are poppinโ€™ off! The girls are starting to bush out nicely ๐ŸŒฟโœจ Had a slight cal deficiency, so I switched over to my trusty Green House Feeding Calcium. Not too happy with the Terra Aquatica CalMag, tbh Aside from that, theyโ€™re looking healthy and vibing strong ๐Ÿ’š Did the first major defoliation โ€” mainly opened up the center to let those secondaries soak up more light โ˜€๏ธ Two waterings this week: one with plain water + cal, and one full-on nutrient mix ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ช Seems like the girls are lovinโ€™ the light levels, so we kept it at 60% intensity, 45 cm above the canopy โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ก Theyโ€™re soaking it up real nice! ๐ŸŒฟ

Flowering day 18 since time change to 12 / 12 h Garden of Green Cup Hey guys :-) The ladies have recovered well from the cold thanks to the heating mat and have developed beautifully ๐Ÿ‘. During the check today I saw that despite spraying neem oil 3 times, there are still a few trips :-( . Now I've ordered nematodes again specifically against trips for leaf and substrate. I will use that immediately ๐Ÿ‘. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.3 l (nutrients see table above) Next week I will remove the lowermost shoots so that the energy goes into the upper buds. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water and put into the 100 liter tank so that the water can stand and I'll have enough next week :-) Otherwise everything was cleaned.
