Compared to her sister, this Pineapple Express auto flowered very early! I LST'd her while I could, and defoliated what was necessary. She turned out great! Although the yield for this phenotype is at my lower limit for acceptable. I'm happy that I'm growing a second one, that vegged out longer, making for a much larger Pineapple Express!

Week 6 Summary: First off, Happy New Year! May the new year filled with peace, love, joy and dank buds! 😄😉 Day 36-39: Despite my heavy defoliation they seem to bounce back quite quickly every time, but this is my first grow so I could be completely wrong and slowly murdering my plants... 😅 WC1 starting to frost up, the two double buds are starting to split themselves up while stretching: WIN! WC2 and WC3 really starting to show their size compared to just a week or 2 ago, really spread out now, and starting to stretch. Day 40-42: WC2 and WC3 really stretching now. WC2 almost catching up to WC1's height, and has probably spread out the most out of all plants when you compare it to a few weeks ago. Maybe defoliating is a good thing for Autos after all? I'm stoked about these. Although WC2 and WC3 are a few days behind of frost production it's definately starting to show itself by the end of week 6. Stoked for these!! These are stinking aswell, but for now the 4AM in the tent is sweetening it up! On to week7!!!

Edit from 19th May. Literally 00:09 Pre-Flowering. Fat Banana looks like Hermie. Royal Critical = clean pre-flower. Edit from 19th May. 16:26 Fat Banana had balls sack and pistils growing all over the place. I nuked everything that had balls on it. I left only top node with pistils. Royal Critical is full of pistils, no balls. Now I wish I had photoperiod seeds instead of automatics. I would give Critical 1 extra week in veg. She is around 10-15cm smaller then Fat Banana. I switched the lights back to 400W. Edit from 20th May. 14:45 I think 32C is maximum what these plants can handle. With 600W I was reaching 34C on some top leaves and that could possibly turn the Fat Banana into hermit (she was the tallest). I open the tent a little (front doors), I put big-ass fan on second gear blowing strong wind through the mesh-window of a tent. I put the lights straight up to the ceiling, I literally can't put them any higher. Fat banana is now 58cm tall and around 80cm away from the light. girls smell sweet and are stacking like right on top of one another. I had to splay her out and thin some leaves to ensure good airflow. This is the Wedding cake XL so I am starting to see what the buds are going to looks like on this one. Can't get over the fresh sweet smell.

The plant is starting to show more rezin and emphasizing more on the flowers, I still cant get over how sturdy this one is.

Day 48 - 11/11/19 started this week early by accident. Plant smells like tropical cheese and i cant see the stalk anymore except from the leaves, very bushy and seems to be in a mid stage of flowering. buds are getting bigger by the looks of it. very sticky also! Ive been removing about 2 leaves per day from this one, started with a couple touching the soil and removed a few higher ones today to expose the buds to more light and fresh air. when looking at this plant side on the main cola looks huge and growing more every day. im assuming this is about 2 weeks away from harvest so il probs flush next week. roll on harvest time! other than that the humidity has went up to 50-55 the odd time when watering all the plants. it doesnt stay high long with the heat from the lights so it should be fine. Day 51 - 14/11/19 Still removing the odd couple of leaves every day to let the fresh air get near the main cola, i still cant see it very well but it looks like what a 6-7g bud looks like when its dried aha. the smell can be described as if someone took a cheese strain and added something powerful and herbal/tropical to it. cant wait to order my jewelers loupe in a few days to see where im really at :) and i added a video to show the plant looking all frosty. a few weeks to go now!

06/12: c'est le moment de commencer à compter les semaines de floraison. Arrosage ce matin qui a été suivi par une drôle de réaction de la part de la plante je n'arose que très peu depuis le début vus que c'est une automatique et aujourd'hui après deux jours de canicule et 3 jours depuis le dernier arrosage. Enfin voilà ce matin j'arrose et les feuilles deviennent tombante je me dit ok: attendons quelques heures voir ce qui se passe et je l'a retrouve dans une forme holympique. Mise quotidienne du LST. 06/13: arrosage 1L *engraisser 06/14: vague de chaleur. ... je sent que je vais vite devoir arroser de nouveau la chaleur et les ventilateurs et pot en geotextiles égale substrat qui sèche vite! 06/16: arrosage 1.2L (engraisser) 06/17: température extérieure 33*C température dans la box 30*C malgré cette vague de chaleur la wcc réagi plutôt bien on dirait qu'elle aime la chaleur et le vent plus que les vario. Que j'ai grow jusqu'à présent. 06/18: la temperature retombe sous les 30°C ouf temp. dans la +/-26° arrosage 1.5(AN ph Perfect grow pour corriger un manque d'azote + bud candy) (j33)

The outdoors are going great at the moment other than a few yellowing lower leaves. I corrected with a nitrogen booster (mainly blood and bone meal I think) and also hit them with some rock phosphate, manure, compost, earth worm castings, bio-char, and epsom salts for a magnesium kick, the yellowing should fade in the next week and I’m thinking they’ll have everything they need for flower. I mixed all that, top dressed the ground around the bottom of the pots (they’re well and truly rooted in the ground) and topped up the pots with the rest. Looking forward to a good yield out there it has been raining lately, humidity is up but I’m sure the week of sunshine coming up will correct any issues trouble is they’ve gotten so think at the top it’s hard to splay everything out in an optimal way, I’m slowly working through the branches bringing heads down and airing the more bushy sections out. Other than that I’m a little concerned about insects I’m seeing lots of fungus gnats but i have been using eco-neem so I’ll continue to foliar spray thoroughly, soil drench and hope for the best 🤞🏽

So that's my first ever grow completed! And something tells me i don't think it will be the last 😁🤔 overall I am proud as punch with the end result. Overall from 7 plants I ended up with 5 1/2 oz dry, top buds seem to be more compact and built up, apart from that the majority 70-80% are very airy, however absolutely packed with thc shining! Being my first grow its all for personal use so i dont mind 😁😊 any suggestions moving forward for future increase in fatter/denser nugs would be appreicated. I ran 2 x 600 watt cheap led lights, which im 100% certain dimmed towards the last 3 weeks (the brightness dramatically reduced) making me think that a few leds burnt out throughout - I think moving forward i would look into better spec grow light. Found these girls very easy to grow, very forgiving for anything i done wrong being my first experience. The plants grew all different shapes and sizes I done some lst rather late into the grow which I think give some funky growth shapes, in the end all grew out with loads of bud locations all over. Really wish I had given more space for light penetration. I ran 6 fabric pots and 1 plastic, I felt the ladie in the plastic pot took off much quicker than the rest and on cutting down seemed to have the best root setup, anyone else have an opinion on what they find best? The smells and taste are very very fruity and cirtusy/lemon, smoke nice head high still curing will update with full smoke report in a week or so! Towards the last 3 weeks or so the smell from the plants was strong and very fruity, would reccomend a carbon filter if trying to stay down low. Used all my trim and alot of of the pop corn nugs for butter so nothing went to waste currently making a huge batch for some tastey treats. Would love another blast at growing these ladies, learnt alot throughout and will take the knowledge to future grows! This is an outdoor light depravation run on 3 Purple Push Pops(PPP). These were clones on May 5. I’m running this outdoor light dep grow side by side with my indoor garage grow. Each strain and site is set up to finish over 4 week period (July -Aug ). After they’re all finished I’ll post an average per strain in both the indoor and outdoor sites. That is, if I finish…. ____________________________ Two weeks ago at solstice they showed signs of flowering so I decided to go for a light dep grow and avoid the 100 degree days in September. I’m also trying to avoid moths and caterpillars, which frequently lay at night. These are outside during the day and placed into a closet at night. I have multiple issues to deal with: light leaks, high humidity and ventilation in the closet. Growing outdoors is easy, hand watering is a pain. I have some pumps and drip systems but moving them every morning and evening makes that hard to connect and disconnect every time. So, this is just a test and we will see how things go. I’m also growing a few black cherry gelatos, both in and out. So check those out. Best of luck on your grow.

Is a potent strain & has a spicy aftertaste but sweet & candy gas terp on the low. Can definitely tell leaning on the Runtz side & yield was okay but not like Permanent Pounder yield since I harvest both on 420. Runtz Head a tasty strain while Permanent Pounder gassy funk & sour.. will update pounder .. I think I shall do better in future. Going to go with a 4 gallons fabric pot & see what happening without the net trellis

Start of week 4. Week 3 went very well, even though this girl is losing more leaves that the OG kush, they yellow and die quicker, she's still developing nice bud sites and is starting to stank and get sticky.

Both of the girls are really packing on the weight now. These are their last week or two. Haven't decided whether I'm going to harvest this week or next. But you'll see a harvest post soon, I'm sure :) It doesn't look like left is quite ready for harvest(white hairs popping up still), but I'm going to chop them both at the same time, regardless. I may do so a bit later on account of left being behind. If anything, I'll just harvest right, then do left a week or so later. Cheers everyone! This was a pretty fun grow, but I don't think I'll be running this strain again during the winter. Looking for more hardy strains to better handle our fluctuating climate.
