Week 12 for Fuel D.OG by seedsman She's really starting to pack on the weight & the smell. Getting fed Plain water every 3/4 days. Shes one of the ones packing the most bud size at this age 😎

*If anyone read through my GDP diary, this is going to be mostly the same stuff. So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn't getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don't know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3+ months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. Now I have learned the hard way and it feels like when your parents "told you so" haha. Thanks to everyone who stopped by along the way. Stay tuned for a new grow coming soon. Hey hey :) Flowering mode ON. They are looking realy good, one week in flower and i noticed this Strains require a boost of Phosphorus at this phase. Beside that the Vegeative phase was really good for a 150W Hps Lamp. I will keep it updated every week, Cya next week guys

Week 5 Day 1: The smells are starting, they’re starting to chunk up from a week ago. The chem is definitely larger than the rest, but the Durban is doing its regular thing and making hard nugs. I haven’t done anything except tuck and defo large shading fans. Just on cruise control. I fed with the above amounts 2 days ago which is that same as suggested for week 5. I’ll be adding the overdrive in week 6 and see what that does. The Shishkaberry is a little lack luster in size but we’ll see she goes and the Dutch is stacked up pretty nicely with some crowding between the nets. All in all getting more pistils, size and trichs every day so nothing to complain about. Happy Growing 🌱 Update: W5 D4- So I opened up one of the ovules from each plant and there are tiny seeds inside, does anybody else have that or does that mean I have seeds again. Also, starting to have a bit of a leaf tip burn but not sure what the reason is yet.

16.02 First day of the fourth week of flower. Defoliated a little bit again. This time around I’m picking smaller amounts of leaves every day in comparison to one major defoliation on one day. Also I ve added pk booster at 100 ppm.( 0.2 ec) will gradually raise it over the next weeks. Lowering the base nutrients. I think they finally stopped the stretch and they are barely fitting in the tent. I ve added some swirski ulti mite . Predatory mites as prophylactic measure for thrips. I’ve noticed some tiny damage on a couple of leaves. And a couple of larvae.

Had to add a trellis net, DP all the way on the left was getting way too heavy.

Damn she is looking great! 🤩💖 9/17- Yesterday I top dressed her with 1/4 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish then watered it in with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉. Her flowering is continuing beautifully and she's smelling stronger every day it seems! I'm staying on top of tucking leaves blocking light and turning her pot daily as well. 9/19- Four weeks of flower on the books! We're almost halfway there now, she's stacking her flowers tightly going into Week Five and she's looking phenomenal! 🤩 When I watered her today I added 1 tbsp/g each of Kelp Extract and Fish Emulsion (both liquid) to the 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water she received, which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉. ~Thanks for stopping in! This update is a day early but this girl is booming growth in the last week has been amazing shes drinking like a monster gobbling it up .started the bowl training got the top 6 branches tied will tie the rest when they are big enough removed a few leaves I think shes gonna start showing some pistols shortly hope can get a bit more growth first but im happy with her thanks for reading happy growing guys

This week another huge growth. Still on EC 1.5. I try EC 1.7 and little bit of nutrient burn show up, so I low it to 1.5. By far biggest plant I grew. Plant is very vigorous.

Both are really shooting up. I’m noticing a real difference between using 5 gal pots vs larger containers. Planter size has a huge impact on plant size as one would assume.. But, does it have any impact on quality? I guess we will find out in a few months. Again, learning and experiments. Sooo soo hot… was afraid they would show signs of fatigue but they were good..not really trying to push dry back too much in these temps 6/27 saw signs of caterpillars and accidentally broke off an upper branch
