Grow Update: Vanilla Latte Is on Day 27 Black Strap by Brother Mendels on Day 22 These are outdoor grows. Unfortunately the weather has been 100+ since germinated which is hindering growth. During the 100+ weather I use mister to keep them cool. Yes this did cause mild damage to the leaves but it was much better to keep them cool then to have them bake in this mini greenhouse setup. Heavy LST will take place through out the grow. I use standard twine which causes the least amount of stress possible in my opinion. Humboldt vanilla latte Auto has responded extremely well to training and has been a joy to work with. The black strap has also been okay but it is 5 days behind and is more indica dominant so its not taking the heat as good as the vanilla which is showing more saliva Dom traits. So far no complaints. Vanilla latte auto by HSO 1 of 10 seeds germinated. Blackstrap by brother mendels 1 of 1 germinated. It's in day 3 now and surviving outdoors with 100+ weather. Both seedlings are doing fantastic in the heat. Vanilla is on day 8 and blackstrap today is on day 3. Let's see how these go 🙌

This was a lot bigger grow than I had expected, in a good way. 45 gallon pots were a good choice. Next year I’m definitely doing better on trellis and supports, that’s where I definitely failed for this one. I definitely have enough weed to last me till next outdoor season. I’m working on getting some better genetics for next year. 23462

She did get huge, but she has some berry fruity smelly flower on her. Loaded with trichromes and looking like they will be dense and delicious. * All plants had one feed last week with some PK soluble ( SODK one more feed this week). The rest of waterings are tap water with some microorganisms in. * No new deficiencies spotted (except stomper#1 & 2 from last week), PK gives us the last boost. * Buds progressing well with a lot of crystals, smells are medium and so glad about that, promising though after curing properly. * Lights at 35k - 40k Lux. * humidity 45% - 60%, temps 20C° - 25C°. * D53 --> Fixing the canopy with a bit more aggressive LST to all the plants, except the main stem of stomper #3 (the stressed one). * D56 -> Final day of week 8 and the most mature plant is the stomper#1 (the plant with the early LST and most affected by N toxicity in early stage. - Trichomes are looking like 10 days before harvest, letting the other 5 plants enjoy more light. Week 8 --> finished ✅

Apologies for the late update on the diary. Was out of town for a sec. But this is what she is currently looking like..Full!Frosty!!Thick!!Smelly!! All four ladies posses unique qualities..Each lady performed differently in regards to the training performed.. From a visual perspective..the lady who got topped is the most appealing..with very nuggety buds. The lady that received no training 🙌 👌 😌 she has this terps that's soo loud!! It's mind blowing...I rubbed some sugar leafs on my fingertips and dammn! My phones keypad is super sticky lol..

She has not picked up in the last few weeks and she’s not recovering with more signs of deficiency it’s evident that she never made it but I will bloom her and try again with her in the near future. She must have some kind of infection I’m not sure if there is root damage but hey I really tried 😏

This week the nice flowering continues. I bought a new light in China, Samsung LM301H 240W so I added it into my grow tent. The weak plant is probably destroyed and the yield will be very small.

Had a busy week looking after her this time. I topped her mid way though last week. It felt so wrong taking a pair if scissors to her after trying to take good care of her. Lol. It definitely slowed her growth down for a good few days after. Then at the weekend I re potted her in a larger pot. I think it's 20lt but not 100% sure. She went a little bit limp after re potting, but only for a day or so, and seems to have recovered nicely now. I'm still on an 18/6 light cycle and using formulex once a week. Though I intend to switch to using Ionic soil grow from tomorrow, so hoping to see the veg stage really come on this week. I added a video clip this week too. Went away for seven days had a friend come by and water the garden Absolutely exploded since I’ve seen them last very pleased with all of the plants except for mystery auto number one. It is disappointing me some but hopefully the top will bring more growth. Can’t wait to see these continued to develop!!!
